Abstract

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) merupakan permasalahan penentuan rute terpendek yang diawali dari titik start untuk mengunjungi sekumpulan titik tepat sekali dan diakhiri dengan kembali ke titik start. Genetic Algorithm (GA) merupakan sebuah metaheuristic yang dapat diaplikasikan pada berbagai permasalahan optimasi, termasuk TSP. Untuk membuktikan kemampuan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah TSP Instance yang akan diselesaikan oleh Genetic Algorithm. Russia-20-Nodes-TSP Instance merupakan salah satu TSP Instance yang terdapat pada Russian TSP Instances. Dengan menggunakan Genetic Algorithm, panjang rute terpendek dari Russia-20-Nodes-TSP Instance adalah 10.104 Km.

Abstract

Work accidents are one of the problems that are often encountered in the world of the construction industry. The main cause of work accidents is unsafe action. This happens because there is a lack of awareness about the magnitude of the risks that must be borne by all elements of the company. One of the high-risk jobs carried out by PT. Sagara Mutiara Teknik is tank cleaning work. In the hazard identification stage, tank cleaning work is carried out using the JSA method. Furthermore, risk assessment and control recommendations are carried out using the HIRADC method. There are several types of potential hazards found in tank cleaning work, namely falling from a height, sharp materials, slipping, dust exposure, falling materials, chemical exposure. Recommendations for improvement are made after knowing the potential hazards and implemented in the occupational safety and health management system to reduce the risk of work accidents that occur in tank cleaning work.

Abstract

Sinom drink product "FA DRINK" is a traditional drink that has many benefits for the body. In the development of its business, this beverage product has constraints in developing products to be accepted by the community. One of the problems encountered is the large number of similar beverage products on the market. The development strategy that will be carried out is based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) method, which is then sorted by the QSPM matrix to get a priority strategy. The results showed the total weight of the IFE matrix score of 3.319 and EFE of 2.990 so that the company was in a grow and build condition. Based on the QSPM matrix, the highest value is 6.863 and the lowest value is 5.17. Product development strategy recommendations based on the QSPM matrix are to collaborate with traders to increase sales, marketing by participating in exhibitions, improving product packaging to make it more attractive strengths

Abstract

This research was motivated by the large number of forest and peatland fires that occurred in 2019 in Teluk Meranti District. One of the causes of the Hitan and peatland fires is human factors. Lack of understanding of humans working around peatlands. This research aims to analyze the evaluation of environmental communication in managing the peat ecosystem in Meranti Bay. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques begin with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, ending with drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the Evaluation of Environmental Communication in the management of the Peat Ecosystem in Meranti Bay has gone well. Evaluation includes research carried out, then evaluation which includes communication development, namely Focus Group Discussions, Community Responses.

Abstract

On the section at the signalized intersection of Jl. Abdullah Dg. Sirua – Jl. Adyaksa Baru Makassar City's traffic flow uses a two-way system, on this section of road the volume of vehicle traffic is quite dense plus there is high side obstacle activity because it is a trade business area such as offices, banking, shops, restaurants and shopping centers where transactions take place. sellers and buyers and there is a place of worship. Side barriers in the signalized intersection area on Jalan Abdullah Dg.Sirua – Jl. Adyaksa Baru in its existing condition obtained the highest value at point 1 on Monday at 16:30-17:30 WITA with an occurrence frequency of 456 Kej/hour per 200 m and a weight frequency of 298 Kej/hour. In this side resistance condition, it can be categorized as a low condition (Low)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the Ammonia Plant of PT Petrokimia Gresik using the Balanced Scorecard method to provide an alternative performance measurement system that can provide an understanding to management about the company's performance appropriately and thoroughly. The Balanced Scorecard method is one of the performance measurement methods that reviews company performance not only from the Financial side, but also Non-Financial. The performance index of the PT Petrokimia Gresik Ammonia Plant in 2020 is 1,891 and in 2021 it is 1,892, this means that overall the PT Petrokimia Gresik Ammonia Plant has decreased by 0.001.

Abstract

Community participation in processing waste can start from separating organic and non-organic waste bins to implementing the concept of reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) which provides added value. Organic waste can become compost which is useful in agriculture and non-organic waste can be made into handicrafts such as bags, flower vases, pots, accessories, key chains, toys and so on from plastic drink bottle caps. Crafts from waste plastic bottle caps are one way to process plastic waste. The amount that can be produced depends on the creativity and inventiveness of the craftsman and the price is in accordance with the level of difficulty in making crafts that have selling value. In the small industry of plastic waste craftsmen, Mr. Anto is someone whose job is to collect used plastic bottle caps which will be resold to craftsmen. At Mr. Anto's place, he has three main activities in choosing plastic bottle caps. His activities are pressing the bottle caps, cutting the tip of the bottle caps, and counting the bottle caps. When counting bottle caps, the tool used consists of 2 parts, namely a base or container and a checker-shaped counter that can count bottle caps per 10 doses. The container is box-shaped and made of plywood and wood with a thickness of 1 cm on the right, left and back edges, while the chopper is in the shape of boxes totaling 120 boxes and is made of plywood. Apart from calculating plastic bottle caps, it is also used to determine the dimensions of bottle caps after cutting the ends according to standards. This calculation is needed to find out how many bottle caps the worker has worked on as a basis for calculating the salary the worker gets each week

Abstract

High quality products and maintain their existence. Human resources are an investment for companies to increase productivity, because this era of globalization is accompanied by tight, heavy and fast competition, so all aspects require accurate calculations. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. Based on observations made in the finishing area-1, it is necessary to evaluate or formulate a policy for implementing occupational safety and health in the finishing area-1. Because there are still some employees and work partners who ignore occupational safety and health in the work environment. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper has implemented occupational health and safety protection for employees and work partners in the company, but there are several employees and work partners who experience work accidents while doing work which is caused by several factors, namely environmental factors and human factors. The most important factor is the human factor, there is an element of negligence on the part of the workers themselves because they do not heed instructions from the boss/employer in the employee sector and their work partners. Implementation of occupational health and safety protection for PT finishing area-1 workers. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Perawang has done quite well, by implementing programs such as working environment conditions, identifying hazards, knowing potential hazards, implementing a work safety system and preparing K3 Implementation Facilities and Infrastructure.
