Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui angka kecelakaan dan daerah rawan kecelakaan (black site) pada ruas jalan Raya Pekanbaru - Bangkinang KM 02 – KM 11, Kota Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau. Data korban kecelakaan lalu lintas tahun 2009 – 2011 diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dihitung angka kecelakaan dengan metode EAN (Equivalent Accident Number) dan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan daerah rawan kecelakaan dengan menggunakan metode BKA (Batas Kontrol Atas) dan UCL (Upper Control Limit). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa KM 07 (EAN = 288) dan KM 08 (EAN = 249) teridentifikasi black site karena memiliki angka kecelakaaan EAN melebihi dari batas kontrol BKA dan UCL, dimana pada KM 07, BKA = 142, UCL = 141 dan pada KM 08, BKA = 142, UCL = 139.

Abstract

Risiko adalah variasi dalam hal-hal yang mungkin terjadi secara alami atau kemungkinan terjadinya peristiwa diluar yang diharapkan yang merupakan ancaman terhadap properti dan keuntungan finansial akibat bahaya yang terjadi. Manajemen risiko merupakan Pendekatan yang dilakukan terhadap risiko yaitu dengan memahami, mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko suatu proyek. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur tentang manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi dengan mengacu kepada teori-teori yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko sangat penting dilakukan bagi setiap proyek konstruksi untuk menghindari kerugian atas biaya, mutu dan jadwal penyelesaian proyek. Melakukan tindakan penanganan yang dilakukan terhadap risiko yang mungkin terjadi (respon risiko) dengan cara : menahan risiko (risk retention), mengurangi risiko (risk reduction), mengalihkan risiko (risk transfer), menghindari risiko (risk avoidance).

Abstract

PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Tbk Perawang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pulp & kertas. Penelitian di lakukan di departemen produksi pembuatan kertas yaitu Paper Machine 7 (PPM#7). Pada proses pembuatan kertas salah satu yang paling mempengaruhi adalah sistem lubrikasi pada mesin kertas. Sistem lubrikasi yang kurang baik akan menyebabkan seringnya terjadi kerusakan pada equipment mesin seperti gearbox dan bearing pada roll di paper machine. Dimana hal ini akan mengakibatkan mesin akan stop untuk melakukan perbaikan. Hal ini menyebabkan tingginya loss time pada paper machine yang mengakibatkan turunnnya target produksi.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisa terhadap permasalahan lurbikasi yang ada di paper machine 7 untuk mengurangi loss time dan mencari solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah PDCA (Plan Do Check Action). Untuk mencari penyebab dominan masalah sistem lubrikasi dan mencari alternative perbaikan. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan maka akan dilakukan pengamatan untuk melihat efektifitas perbaikan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Clean water is one of the necessities that must be fulfilled for the continuity of life. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru at the Nuansa Kulim Indah Housing Community Type 36. This research was conducted to design, build and calculate the cost of a-based water purifier backwash. The method is Quality Function Deployment used to obtain a comfortable design for residential communities. For designing-based water purifier backwash an ergonomic, the dimensions of the-based water purifier are backwash adjusted to the anthropometry of the Nuansa Kulim Indah housing community with data on upright height (TBT) 165.10 cm, forward hand reach (JTD) 68.88 cm and length arm arm (PLT) 73.27 cm. The based water purifier is backwash -equipped with pressure pressure to identify the state of the filter media so that the filter media is kept clean. In addition, the-based water purifier is backwash designed for cleaning by reversing the direction of the water (backwash) if theprocess is backwash no longer possible to clean the filter media because the dirt content has clumped up and cannot be pushed with the water pressure itself, then the flange fitting provided can opened for manual cleaning.

Abstract

There has been a breakdown and failure of Swing Drive Wheel Exavator M 322 C is not yet known the exact cause, it is necessary to study scientific and laboratory testing for the event can be clearly known cause, by identifying, inventegasi include systems and procedures for the operation, maintenance, testing laboratory on style and material (macrostruktur, microstruktur), based on data analysis of the causes of damage and failure can be revealed.Visually test shows that the defective object is pinion gear suffered damage types: surface damage (wear / wear and deformation). Furthermore, through testing fraktografi, metallographic, hardness, chemical composition and SEM, then we can determine the factors causing damage to the pinion gear, whether because of metallurgy (material and / or manufacturing), or because of assembly / installation, the factors of operation, or because maintenance factor. The results obtained from these tests can provide recommendations and suggestions were appropriate and safe in the use of materials as well as efforts to prevent damage to the more fatal the following steps - steps appropriate care to anticipate failure event at the Pinion Gear Swing Drive Wheel Exavator M 322 C in particular

Abstract

Cognitive ergonomic is the ability of humans to receive information determined by the five senses. The eye is one of the senses that receives the most information. The information obtained is in the form of visual information that can be obtained through displays originating from various sources, then from that information humans take a decision. The current era of reform is that everyone has the same right to be elected as a representative of the people. During the campaign period in all media decorated with advertisements from prospective representatives who fought to gain people's sympathy, one of the most widely used media campaigns was billboards. Billboards are one of the mainstay media in advertising, both products and social service advertisements. Based on this study, it was found that many 2019 election campaign billboards that were made with art considerations were not considerations of readers' comfort which resulted in the non-delivery of information on billboards. Respondents are required to be over 17 years old, have a minimum education of junior high school (high school) in order to know the intentions and goals of billboards for candidates and increase public participation in supporting the success of the 2019 elections. Using 7 questions that have passed the validity test and reliability test , the average rating of respondents is 2.006 in the assessment range 1 to 4, illustrating that most of the billboard campaign designs for the 2019 Election in Taluk Kuantan City have not met ergonomic rules so that the public considers billboards to be less attractive, unsafe and polluting the landscape.

Abstract

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a maintenance analysis method used to improve maintenance systems that focus on improving machine reliability. The problems that occur in the Wartsila machine at the Balipungut Duri Electricity Center is the frequent occurrence of machine failure that causes the low reliability of the machine. From the data of 2014-2016 years, a study of engine failure time in the line gas system that causes cessation of the machine. The study was carried out by FMEA treatment, damage rate and Weibull distribution data. The result of analysis shows that there is a critical component at Main gas admission valve that is at gas admission valve, admission valve filter and gas pipe feed. The rate of damage to the Main gas admission valve with the weibull distribution has a reduced rate of damage for b <1, of 0.010627 of this value can be known recommended treatment is Reactive / preventive maintenance and inpection maintenance.

Abstract

The Supri furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished products. The furniture industry is one of the growing industrial sectors in Indonesia, as an industry engaged in furniture or furniture, there are several machines used to support productivity. Early observation research methodology in the form of evaluating the potential and symptoms of musculoskeletal complaints with the help of a nordic body map questionnaire, analysis using the RULA method approach, Preliminary observations in the form of subjects observed in this study were 3 male wood splitting workers with an average age of 42 years and had worked for 3 years. The waist, back, neck, eyes and arms are the areas that many workers complain about. The resulting wood dust can make the eyes sore. Sometimes workers suffer from cough despite having used a mask. From the above table it can also be seen that workers with a height of 175 cm experience lower back, neck and neck pain more seriously than other workers. o that work is not too risky, equipment and workplaces should be designed according to worker anthropometry.

Abstract

Gempa merupakan pergeseran tiba-tiba dari lapisan tanah di bawah permukaan bumi. Ketika pergeseran ini terjadi, timbul getaran yang disebut gelombang seismik. Ketika terjadi gempa, struktur akan mengalami perpindahan secara vertikal dan horizontal. Gaya gempa arah vertikal jarang mengakibatkan keruntuhan struktur, namun gaya gempa arah horizontal akan menyebabkan keruntuhan karena gaya ini bekerja pada titik–titik lemah struktur. Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) adalah metode identifikasi suatu bangunan secara cepat tanpa harus menganalisa bangunan dengan menggunakan software. Untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko suatu bangunan terhadap ancaman gempa bumi, bisa dilakukan dengan RVS pada tahap permulaannya. Kemudian hasil dari RVS bisa menentukan apakah gedung yang di evaluasi tersebut berisiko atau tidak, kalau berersiko maka akan dilanjutkan ke evaluasi FEMA berikutnya.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem hidup dan kehidupan, system pemerintahan, dan sistem kemasyarakatan. Kondisi sosial demografi wilayah memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja transportasi di wilayah tersebut. Tingkat kepadatan penduduk akan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan transportasi melayani kebutuhan masyarakat. Pengembangan transportasi dan tata guna lahan memainkan peranan penting dalam kebijakan dan program pemerintah. Pengembangan infrastruktur dalam sektor transportasi pada akhirnya menimbulkan biaya tinggi. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembenahan atau restrukturisasi sektor transportasi menjadi hal yang mendesak.
