Abstract

BNI Syariah adalah salah satu dari Bank Umum Syariah yang ada di Indonesia. Keberadaan bank tersebut menjadi sangat penting karena telah memberi nuansa berbeda dari berbagai produk-produk yang ditawarkan pada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bagaimana penerapan akad wadiah pada tabungan iB Hasanah, dan Bagaimana tinjauan syariah dalam akad wadiah pada tabungan IB Hasanah di Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Tbk KCP Wonomulyo.Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengolah data hasil wawancara dengan pihak BNI Syariah Tbk KCP Wonomulyo, dari data yang peroleh kemudian diolah dengan dukungan data hasil kajian pustaka, mislanya mengumpulkan data dari literatur, artikel, jurnal serta dari situs internet yang berkenaan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik BNI Syariah Tbk KCP Wonomulyo menerapkan dua macam akad, yaitu akad wadi’ah dan mudharabah, yang kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam tabungan iB Hasanah. Pada BNI Syariah Tbk KCP Wonomulyo memiliki banyak varian produk yang dapat menajdi pilihan masyarakat untuk bermitra dengan pihak bank. Dan tabungan iB Hasanah adalah salah satu produk yang menjadi pilihan utama nasabah, lantaran transaksi tersebut memberi kemudahan padah masyarakat dan tanpa ada potongan biaya. Sedangkan praktik akad wadi’ah dalam bentuk tabungan IB Hasanah di Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Tbk KCP Wonomulyo telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.hal tersebut dapat dikethaui dari penerapan rukun dan syarat yang telah ditentukan dalam syariat Islam.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the indicators reflecting not only a firm financial performance but also their connection to the stakeholders. This study will analyse the CSR disclosure between two Islamic Banks in MENA Countries; Boubyan Bank from Kuwait and Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain origin. By employing a mixed qualitative-quantitative method, the paper will contrast both financial reports for 5 consecutive years (2011-2015), and utilise CAMEL rating, as the indicators for financial performance. Furthermore, the data will be analysed intensely using Belal, et al (2015) CSR index. For the non-financial performance, a deeper analysis of the Chairman’s statement will be conducted through text analysis software (DICTION and LIWC). The result showed a consistent output, between financial and non-financial performance, for both banks. Boubyan Bank performed better in terms of financial state, and in addition, avoided impression management procedure. In contrast, Ithmaar Bank indicated the opposite result.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menanggulangi peningkatan kemiskinan telah diterapkan. Islam mempunyai kebijakan dalam menangani peningkatan kemiskinan, yaitu melalui isntrumen zakat. Namun yang perlu dipertanyakan apa saja upaya para lembaga amil zakat dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan peningkatan angka kemiskianan, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai insturmen pemerataan ekonomi, khususnya di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi BAZNAS sesuai dengan seluruh komponen konsep delapan jalur pemerataan ekonomi masyarakat, yaitu dengan program-program yang diterapkan oleh BAZNAS. Dengan demikian harapan besar dari program-program tersebut dapat menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia yang meningkat diakibatkan dari pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.

Abstract

The pros and cons of public toward the DSN-MUI fatwa that allows the sale and purchase of gold on credit is inseparable from how to understand the text of the hadith. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a research on hadith as it has been a source of law. This research focuses on the study of hadith texts on the sale and purchase of gold with external and internal criticism methods. External criticism is intended to confirm the status of the hadith, while internal criticism uses contextual interpretation to understand the content of the hadith. In the process of research, it was found that the hadith, which relates to the sale and purchase of gold has many chains so that it is categorized as a famous hadith quantitatively, while in quality it is defined as an authentic hadith. There are two versions of Muslim scholars in understanding the hadith of selling and purchasing gold as the result of ijtihad among the scholars in understanding the hadith. The first version is to restrict the sale and purchase of gold with money, yet it can only be done in cash and to prohibit the sale and purchase of golf on credit according to the appearance of the hadith because gold and money have the same ‘illat ribawi although they are different in type. The second version is to allow the sale and purchase of gold in cash and credit because gold has changed its status from money to goods like any other goods, so that ‘illat gold as a currency requiring cash transactions fall by itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the shape of the match between the fishermen's cooperation in the village Sampulungan and syirkah ainan. It is a qualitative descriptive study. The research is conducted in the village Sampulungan district northern Galesong district Takalar. The approach used is both the phenomenon approach and the Islamic economy approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observation and documentation. The data gathered is analyzed through several phases of data reduction, the presentation of data and the deduction phase. The population of this study included the businessman, courtier and cabbage from the village Sampulungan subdistrict northern Galesong by the method of a snowball sampling. The results of this study indicate that the role of fishing in the village of Sampulungan was matched by the syirkah ainan.
