Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the developments and challenges faced in the halal fashion industry in Indonesia. This research is library research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by reading, studying, and analyzing various existing literature, in the form of books, journals, news and research results. The results of the study show that the development of halal fashion in Indonesia continues to increase and progress from year to year and has a positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth. However, behind its development, there are challenges that must be faced by Indonesia to become the center of global halal fashion, fierce competition with foreign countries, the absence of halal competition that applies globally, categorization of halal fashion that is still united with general or conventional fashion, there are still problems in The JPH Law is still low and lacks raw materials, only the competitive spirit of the Indonesian people, and adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

This article describes the concept of property ownership as part of human economic rights and also describes how the Qur'anic insights about the concept of property ownership. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a library research approach. Sources of data in this study using primary and secondary data sources. The technique of collecting data is by keyword searching, subject searching and from the latest scientific articles. Data checking is done by triangulation technique. The results of the study found that (1) Property ownership is one part of the concept of economic rights that is recognized and protected by law. Islamic economics distinguishes the concept of Islamic ownership from the concept of ownership in countries that adhere to both capitalist and socialist systems. (2) Islam as a Shari'a highly upholds economic rights which include property rights. Allah explains about property ownership in the Qur'an that humans are given the right by Allah to manage and own property as a gift and mercy from Allah. This is an affirmation for humans that Allah is the owner of everything in the heavens and on earth. Keywords: Concept of Property Ownership, Economic Human Rights, Qur’anic Perspective Abstrak Artikel ini memaparkan tentang konsep kepemilikan harta sebagai bagian dari hak asasi ekonomi manusia juga memaparkan bagaimana wawasan Al-Quran tentang konsep kepemilikan harta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan riset kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan pencarian kata kunci, pencarian subyek dan dari artikel ilmiah terkini.Pengecekan data dilakukan dengan tehnik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) Kepemilikan harta adalah salah satu bagian dari konsep hak asasi ekonomi yang diakui dan dilindungi pelaksanaannya oleh Undang-undang. Ekonomi Islam membedakan konsep kepemilikan Islam dengan konsep kepemilikan pada negara yang menganut sistim kapitalis maupun sosialis. (2)Islam sebagai suatu syariat sangat menjunjung tinggi hak asasi ekonomi yang didalamnya mencakup tentang hak kepemilikan harta. Allah menjelaskan tentang kepemilikan harta dalam Al-Quran bahwa manusia diberi hak oleh Allah untuk mengelola dan memiliki harta sebagai karunia dan rahmat dari Allah. Hal ini menjadi penegasan bagi manusia bahwa Allah adalah pemilik segala sesuatu di langit dan di bumi. Kata Kunci: Konsep Kepemilikan Harta, Hak Asasi Ekonomi, Perspektif Al-Quran

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of education assistance on saving behavior that is attractive as well as to prevent and find solutions to the consumptive attitudes of elementary school students in Makassar city.  This study uses the qualitative research type.  The type of data used in this research are subject data and object data, the data is obtained from interviews with informants and documentary data.  The results of this study indicate that the steps taken in order to assist education on saving behavior are attractive to elementary school students so that they like to save, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the activity process, and the evaluation. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent and find solutions to the consumptive attitudes of elementary school students in Makassar is to provide education and understanding of how important it is to instill a simple lifestyle for elementary school children in order to be able to determine their needs rather than their desires, therefore the role of parents and also teachers are very important in that effort.

Abstract

This study discusses an overview of Islamic economics on the use of Shopee Paylater transactions in the city of Makassar. The purpose of this study is to reveal an overview of Islamic economics on the practice of using Shopee Paylater transactions in the city of Makassar. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach method, sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results of the study reveal that Shopee Paylater provided by Shopee aims to benefit from user loans. Electronic loans provided by Shopee to users through the Shopee Paylater feature in terms of the Islamic economy are not justified because this feature draws profits from loan proceeds while Islam forbids taking advantage of loans. Loans provided by Shopee Paylater are usurious and contrary to Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know: (1) the implementation of sanra galung by the rice farming community of Wadilmuqaddas hamlet, Lawatu Ea village, Kec. North Poleang, Kab. Bombana; (2) an Islamic economic review of the implementation of sanra galung by the rice farming community of Wadilmuqaddas hamlet, Lawatu Ea village, Kec. North Poelang, Kab. Bombana. This research is field research with a qualitative approach method, sourced from primary data and secondary data. The researcher acts as the main instrument in this research by collecting and assessing the quality of the data and the validity of the information obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation activities. The data is processed based on analytical procedures that are natural settings with a phenomenological and sociological approach through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of sanra galung by the people of Wadilmuqaddas hamlet, Lawatu Ea village, North Poleang sub-district is carried out according to customs such as not involving witnesses, without a letter of agreement and the use of collateral by the massanra (debtor) which in the broad sense of the community has not to understand the provisions of Islamic law. (2) the implementation of sanra galung in the hamlet of Wadilmuqaddas based on an Islamic economic review is not by the law or Islamic economic principles.
