<![CDATA[The potential of students who are in the village Madrasah Diniyah if traced more in the not yet well-explored, then to increase and maximize the potential must be touched through well-organized trainings, so that the potential to be excavated can be explored to the fullest. This is a qualitative study using the ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in the village of Sawahan Lengkong Nganjuk. Data collection is conducting deep interviews to informant, observations, documentation studies and recordings. The result showed that The existence of Madin Al Aziz which is in the environment of Pesantren is quite helpful for the program that is proclaimed can run optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the knowledge development of the feminine field of the mosque of Al Amin, Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk. Based on the fact that there is a village, most of the population is the livelihood of farmers and the level of public education that productive age tends to still be low. Especially knowledge of the fundamentals of religion. In this research authors use a type of descriptive research with the approach of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results showed that the knowledge development of femininity for the mosque and community in Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk Village has been able to be implemented well through workshop activities. Workshop participants participated in all series of activities, ranging from listening to the delivery of the material by the speakers, discussing about the realistic and actual feminist problems in the community, especially mothers and young women worshippers]]>

<![CDATA[Community empowerment in the era of globalization requires the involvement of universities to carry out social transformation. Social transformation can be done by making the community a social laboratory to bring about change. The religious, economic and social community in Gedungglugu Gondang Nganjuk which is the subject of assistance from STAI Darussalam shows a willingness to mobilize its assets and potential to be empowered. Through the assistance program with the ABCD approach, the three communities were given stimulation to build networks in order to solve the problems they faced. The apparent result of the assistance is the building of social philanthropy so as to facilitate social solidarity. The building of social solidarity is proven to be able to encourage the three assisted communities to realize activities independently and sustainably.]]>

<![CDATA[Community economic empowerment is suspected to be effective if based on the empowerment of individual potential and assets. Such efforts are implemented in Kedunggalih Gondang Nganjuk, economic assets in the form of processed agricultural products and individual assets in the form of lots of free time owned by PKK members are opportunities to be more empowered. This economic empowerment uses the Asset-based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Researchers collaborated with agents from the village apparatus and Posyandu cadres to mobilize PKK members to be involved in catering. The results obtained from this training were to increase the awareness of mothers to increase the variety of processed foods to be marketed in their own internal environment. The supporting factor for the success of the activity is the involvement of agents of change that come from village officials and Posyandu cadres in solving problems faced by residents. <![CDATA[This research is conducted based on the interest to know how to actualize interest of talents of the field of the students, the landfill Roudlotul muta'allimin Jati Punggur lengkong Nganjuk, once it is known that the students who are educated in the TPA actually have a lot of potential based on their interests and talents. This research aims to describe the actualization of interest of talents of the field of the students TPA Roudlotul muta'allimin Jatipunggur. This research is a qualitative study using the ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk village. Data collection is conducted at LANDFILL Roudlotul Muta'allimin in the local area by conducting interviews in-depth to informant, observations, documentation studies and recordings. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the research data mention that the potential of the students must be excavated and maximised by referring to the interests and talents they have.]]>

<![CDATA[The Community Service Program (PkM) has the theme “Skills Improvement Assistance by” and takes the location of mentoring by the youth community (Dibaiyah and IPPNU members) Kedungrwant Hamlet, Drenges Village, Kertosono District, Nganjuk Regency. The target of service is focused on improving the skills of the younger generation towards the use of used goods to be useful and even valuable. This effort is based on the observation that there is a lot of potential that can be developed considering that the available assets are also very abundant. However, so far there are still obstacles and it has not been maximal in preaching. The type of research used is qualitative research with ABCD (asset based community development) approach. Data collection was carried out in the Kedungringin youth community from among young women members of Jamiyah, Dibaiyyah and local IPPNU members by conducting in-depth interviews with informants, observations, documentation and recording studies. The results of the analysis state that the potential and skills of youth can be encouraged and optimized so that with this program, it is not only keeping the environment clean from piles of useless used goods into useful goods and has a high selling value. .]]>

<![CDATA[The worship practice orientation program is carried out by the KPM Team in the Kalangan Hamlet of Mojoseto Village by inviting the assisted partners along with the maghrib prayer congregation at the Taubah mosque in the Mojoseto Gondang Nganjuk hamlet in the lecture and question and answer method. The approach in this service uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of this assistance research are able to increase knowledge for worshipers, the realization of the prosperity of the mosque, the creation of a new spirit in carrying out daily worship and the creation of cooperation between parties in fostering the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The role and function of the mosque in rural Takmir often still dwell on the management and service, has not touched on the empowerment efforts of pilgrims. Takmir Mosque has the opportunity to develop community based education. In this case the role of the college in the mentoring of the mosque Takmir indispensable. This mentoring uses an ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk village. The result of mentoring managed to realize community based education in the form of empowering the mosque Takmir to build worshippers in terms of the care of the body and to overcome femininity problems. This achievement can be achieved because the process of mentoring from the stage of social analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation is done with all the mosque stakeholders. Takmir Mosque managed to get mentoring to organize community based education by involving administrators, village apparatus and religious and community leaders.]]>
