Abstract

Achievement of learning objectives can not be separated from the role of a teacher. Teachers should be a motivator for her students, so that their potential to be fully developed. Teachers should be able to create a classroom climate that is conducive to learning materials proposed for creative teacher will be able to manage the class that student achievement can be optimized. This study aims to determine how to improve students' motivation and achievement through cooperative learning model of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division). This research is a classroom action research. The subjects were students of class IX MTs Muhammadiyah Kasihan, Bantul in the academic year 2015/2016. The results of this study showed an increase learning motivation significantly. Percentage of students' motivation in pra-cycle by 26%, the first cycle of the first meeting by 30%, meeting II rose to 59%. Cycle II meeting I rose to 60% and then at a meeting II to 78%. Cycle III meeting I rose to 79% and on the meeting II rose to 85%. Student achievement obtained in the first cycle of the first meeting by 84.2%, meeting II rose to 88.1%. However, the second cycle of the first meeting fell to 85.1%, meeting II dropped significantly to 62.9%. Cycle III first meeting application STAD cooperative learning improved back to the percentage obtained rose to 97.8% and on the meeting II rose to 98.4%. The implementation of cooperative learning model of STAD can increase motivation and achievement by making modifications in the case; use of media interest, seating arrangements, and effective classroom management strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the activity and creativity of multiple intelligence-based early childhood learning and evaluation to determine the application of multiple intelligence-based early childhood in TK Tunas Harapan, Tambakrejo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study; data collection techniques performed using the method of observation, interviews, anecdotal notes, and documentation. The results showed that the development of multiple intelligence-based early childhood learning in early childhood in TK Tunas Harapan done by integrating it into the learning material prepared curriculum. In addition, the development of multiple intelligence learning is done by playing a role, singing, storytelling, field trips involving children directly in the activities, discussions, and streets. Learning that involves the entire intelligence of the students will have a positive impact for the future of the child. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreatifitas pembelajaran PAUD berbasis multiple intelligence dan untuk mengetahui penerapan evaluasi PAUD berbasis multiple intelligence di TK Tunas Harapan, Tambakrejo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif; teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, catatan anekdot, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran PAUD berbasis multiple intelligence pada anak usia dini di TK Tunas Harapan dilakukan dengan cara mengintegrasikannya ke dalam materi pembelajaran yang disusun pada kurikulum. Selain itu, pengembangan pembelajaran multiple intelligence dilakukan dengan bermain peran, bernyanyi, bercerita, karya wisata melibatkan anak secara langsung dalam kegiatan, berdiskusi, dan jalan-jalan. Pembelajaran yang melibatkan seluruh kecerdasan anak didik akan berdampak positif bagi masa depan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcome Fiqh using strategies the power of two and four. This research is a classroom action research conducted on students of class VIII-B MTs Darul Ulum. The results showed that after the implemented action with the strategy of the power of two and four, the atmosphere became more active learning and classroom come alive, learners become the spirit of learning and learning outcomes maximum. The research was conducted in three phases: pre-cycle, the first cycle, and the cycle 2. At the stage of pre-cycle spirit of learners have a percentage of 48.27% and average values ​​to the end of the 66.20% in cycle 1 after the implemented action spirit learners increased to 68.96% and the average value of the test 76.37%, while in cycle 2 after evaluation implementation cycle action 2 spirit learners has risen 93.10% and the average of the final test of learners is 86, 89%. Of the three stages is clear that there is increased before being applied learning models the power of two and four before.

Abstract

This research is a field research and it is done without treatment (naturalistic). To get a depth data this research used qualitative approach. Reseacher use observation methode, interview and documentation to collect data. This research refers to the policy of one of the Islamic Study teacher in senior high school (not Islamic high school). The teacher obliged students (especially girls) to wear veil during his subjects. At another learning subject, Students are free to wear the veil or not. The aim of this research is describing and analyzing that policy and the influence of the policy to the religious consciousness of students. To analyze the long-term effects, reseacher made the alumni to be subject of this research, because they have experienced the policy before.

Abstract

This research is a field that discuss management headmaster in improving the quality of education in MI Ma'Arif Giriloyo 2 Bantul Yogyakarta, which are qualitative. The results of this study were (1) the management headmaster in MI Ma'Arif Giriloyo 2 Bantul Yogyakarta include: educator, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. (2) improving the quality of education can be accomplished by efforts to improve the professionalism of teachers by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies to a higher level and includes the seminars, workshops, and computer training. Religious activities and provide additional tutoring subjects to students for national exams. (3) factors affecting the implementation of management headmaster include factors: the availability of funds, personnel, infrastructure and the presence of MI 1 that become obstacles for MI 2 in making innovations, because MI 1 and MI 2 under the auspices of the same foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) dalam perspektif balanced scorecard meliputi empat subfaktor yaitu perspektif pelanggan, perspektif keuangan, perspektif proses internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, dengan mutu pembelajaran. Dan juga untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan kontribusi penerapan manajemen berbasis Sekolah dalam keempat subfaktor perspektif balanced scorecard terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Maguwoharjo dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 171 siswa yang terdiri dari 88 siswa kelas XI dan 83 siswa kelas XII. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling dan proportionale sampling dengan mengacu pada random table. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) sebagai alat bantu statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam perspektif balanced scorecard yang meliputi perspektif pelanggan (X1), perspektif keuangan (X2), perspektif proses internal (X3), serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (X4) dengan mutu pembelajaran (Y) tidak berpengaruh secara langsung, namun dimediasi/diintervensi oleh budaya madrasah (Z). Hal ini berdasarkan perbandingan hasil analisis korelasi bivariate (ryx) dengan korelasi parsial (ryx.z) diperoleh nilai ryx > ryx.z untuk keempat variabel independen (X1, X2, X3, dan X4). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh variabilitas variabel X1 dalam memprediksi variabel Y sebesar 20,7% (R2=0,207), variabilitas variabel X2 dalam memprediksi variabel Y sebesar 18,4% (R2=0,184), variabilitas variabel X3 dalam memprediksi variabel Y sebesar 25,7% (R2=0,257), variabilitas variabel X4 dalam memprediksi variabel Y sebesar 31,6% (R2=0,316). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis regresi berganda dengan memasukkan variabel Z diperoleh variabilitas variabel X1, variabel X2, variabel X3, variabel X4, dan variabel Z dalam memprediksi variabel Y adalah sebesar 35% (R2=0,350) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65% variabilitas variabel Y dikontribusikan oleh variabel yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui metode penanaman akhlak dalam pembentukan perilaku Siswa MTs N Ngawen Gunung Kidul. 2) mengetahui problematika penanaman akhlak dalam Pembentukan Perilaku Siswa MTs N Ngawen Gunungkidul. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan sebagai tolok ukur bagi setiap guru dalam peranannya dibidang belajar mengajar dan dapat menjadi masukan bagi semua pihak yang berkompeten dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya guru.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Metode Penanaman Akhlak dalam Pembentukan Perilaku Siswa MTs N Ngawen Gunungkidul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Penanaman Akhlak dalam Pembentukan Perilaku siswa MTs N Ngawen Gunungkidul melalui Metode cerita, Metode keteladanan, Metode latihan pembiasaan, Metode demonstrasi dan Metode ganjaran dan hukuman. Problematika yang dihadapi dalam penanaman akhlak adalah; terdiri dari faktor luar dan faktor dalam. Faktor dari luar adalah arus globalisasi dan informasi, internet yang sudah dapat diakses di desa-desa, mahalnya biaya hidup, minimnya organisasi keagamaan. Sedangkan problematika dari dalam sendiri adalah; rendahnya masukan (input) madrasah, kondisi ekonomi sosial orang tua siswa, pengelolaan manajemen pembelajaran belum optimal, semangat dan motivasi belajar siswa belum maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah obervasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Adapun analisis datanya menggunakan tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melahirkan pemuda Indonesia yang cinta damai di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Islam Al Azhar 14 Semarang dan objek penelitian ini adalah proses kegiatan sehari-hari siswa dari proses pembelajaran maupun kegiatan sehari-hari siswa. SMA Islam Al Azhar 14 Semarang pada prinsipnya menggunakan konsep pendidikan yang Islami, dasarnya Quran dan sunnah, sehingga sebisa mungkin kita mengarahkan kesana, baik dari segi pergaulannya, tata bicaranya, kebiasaannya, sehingga diharapkan semua meniru apa yang ada di panduan Quran hadits tersebut walaupun pada kenyataannya belum sempurna, karena manusia pada dasarnya Long Life Education, belajar sepanjang hayat sehingga memang perlu penyempurnaan dari berbagai sumber. SMA Al Azhar 14 Semarang menjunjung tinggi keberagaman, menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, menjunjung tinggi perdamaian dan juga menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai perbedaan. melihat kondisi SMA Islam Al Azhar 14 Semarang yang beragam suku, adat dan kebudayaan di dalamnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan peace education di SMA Islam Al Azhar 14 dapat kita lihat dari kegiatan- kegiatan siswa SMA Al Azhar sehari- harinya yang positif, tidak anarkis, saling menghargai satu sama lain. Jika ditinjau dari background Al Azhar yang bernuansa Islam, sudah dapat mendukung penerapan konsep peace education tersebut.

Abstract

This study was to describe the implementation of moral theology lesson on the formation of character. This study aims to reveal the problems of implementing learning moral theology to the character formation of students facing the teacher, as well as descriptions of the description of the planning, implementation and evaluation of the problems faced by teachers of moral theology. Collecting data using observation technique, interview, and documentation. Processing data using qualitative techniques. This technique is used unyuk dariobservasi process data, interviews and documentation. The results showed that 1) the implementation of character education on planning subjects still characterize moral theology lesson planning and lesson planning has yet to show character. 2) Implementation of the implementation is still conventional. Character education learning in every learning still appoint the same pattern between the first and subsequent learning even planting code execution just is not relevant to the material that is taught by a teacher of the moral theology. Implementation of character education at the stage of the evaluation has been done, however, only use one technique that observation.

Abstract

The research was quantitative research associative. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship of two or more variables. There are two variables in this study, the independent variable is the discipline of work and the dependent variable is the performance of teachers. The population in this study are all teachers and MI MI Al Islam Al Ihsan Medari which amounted to 26 teachers. The method used is direct questionnaire method, where a list of questions given directly and specifically to the teacher. The result of this reasearch that work discipline is very positive and significant impact on teacher performance in MI Al Ihsan Medari. Seen from the t_value (variable X - Y (7.450> 2.262). Of the value of R Square looks massive contribution of 0.686 or 68.9% variable teacher performance can be explained by the variable work discipline, while the rest (100% -68.9% = 31.1%) influenced by other factors not examined.
