Mitra Ash-Sibyan adalah jurnal di Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan yang mencakup bidang pendidikan dan konseling. Jurnal Mitra Ash-Sibyan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah bagi dosen, guru, dan praktisi pendidikan untuk menerbitkan tulisan ilmiah. Jurnal Mitra Ash-Sibyan memilih bidang pendidikan dan konseling karena pada tataran pendidikan anak usia dini akan bersentuhan secara langsung baik secara psikologis maupun bagaimana cara mendidik anak. Hal ini tentu sangat erat dengan fungsi konseling. Harapan besar tentu semoga jurnal Mitra Ash-Sibyan dapat dimanfaatkan secara positif di bidang pendidikan dan konseling. Abstract

The research is to discover the teacher’s readiness on applying full day school program declared by the government. Qualitative research method is used to grow descriptive data in for of interview. The findings clarifies that SMA N 1 Reteh is well-organized in applying full day school program to develop students’ potential by serving meaningful activities, in order to create generation of full of competency, attractiveness, and able to compete in the worldwide, as the 2013 curriculum persistence – building character education.

Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic hitting people arround world caused many changes in various aspects of life which one of them is education field. Government, teachers, families, and even students are required to be able to adapt to the situation. Breaking down the corona virus transmission, the government got deal with the rules of working and studying from home. Concerning the previous session of learning classically conducted, it seemed to be agreed that the rests are designed to be accessed online – which combination (offlne and online) was so called by blanded learning. That’s why the researcher put a high interest on whether it can effectively be applied at pandemic especially for Early Childhood Education. Data was collected through the questionnaires which are onlinely filled out by 30 teachers of 5 kindergartens who carried out blended learning. Data were then analyzed by using a trial scale, percentage formula and SPSS, 16 version. The results showed the effectiveness of the application of blended learning for early childhood when the pandemic was in the good category.

Abstract

Cognitive development is one of students’ development that emphases on knowledge –psychological process –to discover surroundings. Developing students’ knowledge is a teacher work. This is an analytical library research that is to show the optimization and simulation on development of the early childhoods’ cognitive. Piaget asserts four cognitive development which one of is preoperational stage. The stage is the early childhood development where they are in a golden age should be optimized through the education. At this stage, they learn through the use of symbols with the latest approach in learning. Teacher can help over the skills process and giving concepts for the students’ refinement of reasoning, so we should be aware of giving interpretation in class by giving them chances to express their ideas.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a coaching effort for children (0-6 years old) by providing education to grow and develop students’ physical and spiritual, so they are able to step forwards to the next level of education. Having a qualified institution, there should be well-managed and be accredited. Accreditation is crucial for the institutional quality. The qualified institution is greatly expected to creat qualified generation in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify (1) the level of the STAI Auliaurrasyidin students’ activeness on group counselling, (2) the level of the STAI Auliaurrasyidin students’ confidence, and (3) whether there is a significant impact on the students’ activeness on group counselling to the STAI Auliaurrasyidin students’ confidence. This research took PIAUD students as subject, and those of who joined the counselling (29 students) were taken as object of the research. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to bring data together. Product moment was used to analyze correlation among data. Accordingly, they shown that (1) students’ activeness was at medium category (82.85%), (2) students’ confidence was at medium category (62.85%), and (3) correlation coefficient was at 0.671. This thus presented that there was a significant correlation between group counselling and STAI Auliaurrasyidin students’ confidence.

Abstract

This article clarifies the meaning of personal values on creating moral education. Meaning clarification of values is a special identity to mind, feeling, and attitudes. Values clarification is in coherence with normal physical development. Education and assessment should touch the stages of the development. The stages of mind development consist of theological, metaphysical, positive, and existence. Existence consist of eclectic, etic, and religious. Meanwhile, fostering moral should develop moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action.
