Abstract

Mosque-based Posdaya is a community movement by refreshing social capital, strengthening commitments and networking based on local wisdom and potential carried out by the community, by the community and for the community. The reason the mosque is used as a place of axis in empowerment this time is that worship is not only fulfilling the obligation to pray 5 times, but how Muslims are able to escape poverty, here the concept of development becomes integrative between the world and the hereafter. The concept of poverty alleviation is not only the duty of the government but is the responsibility of the mosque and the surrounding community. Therefore Posdaya mosque is formed as a forum for the community through mosque media to equally help overcome the problems faced by families through work programs in the education sector in the entrepreneurship sector, the religious sector and the arts sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the education of environmental-care characters through the School Garbage-Free Program at SDN 1 Bareng District of Kabat consisting of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study were elementary school SDN 1 Bareng. Techniques Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Testing the validity of data using, persistence, triangulation technique, source triangulation and member check. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) Planning phase of School Garbage free program includes preparation of work program of Sekolah Bebas Sampah, scheduling activity schedule, and budget funding and activity fund source. (2) The implementation of the School Garbage free program uses a strategy of habituation through conditioning, routine, programmed, spontaneous and exemplary. Implemented programs include socialization of the importance of maintaining cleanliness, daily and monthly cleanliness, provision of hygiene facilities, separating organic and inorganic waste, and utilizing waste into more useful items. (3) Evaluation of School Free Program for the students of SDN 1 Bareng Kabat elementary school that is integrated in attitude assessment in each student progress report card. The conclusion is that the education of the environment-care character of the School Free Garbage program through the stages of planning, implementation, and Assessment.

Abstract

Kokurikuler activities are intended to further deepen and appreciate the subject matter that has been learned in intracurricular activities in the classroom. In grade IV elementary school subjects there is material about memorizing short letters in the Qur'an. If it is associated with the cognitive development stage of elementary school students who are still in the concrete operational stage, the material for memorizing short letters in the Qur'an is still difficult for students to understand because it is still abstract. In order to facilitate and understand the material of memorizing short letters in the Qur'an, the teacher needs a method of hand movements so that the letters are not only memorized but also can be understood by the students. The activity of memorizing the Qur'an's short letters with hand gestures is part of the form of dedication carried out at SDN 1 Genteng Wetan. The method of hand movements carried out by the child is in accordance with the meaning, so that the child knows the meaning of each verse. The application of the hand movement method is not boring for children. Through this method the child does not have to sit and listen and repeat reading. Learning activities with movement, playing, verse reciting quizzes, and giving each child the opportunity to practice.

Abstract

The use of good natural resources can improve people's lives. Thematic KKN based on Posdaya in Baitul Ulum mosque, Bayu Village, Songgon Subdistrict, utilizes natural water resources and agricultural land for koi fish breeding with the rice mina system. Besides harvesting rice, it also harvests koi fish. This system can develop natural resources without having to damage the ecosystem. It can even be a source of income for people other than rice.

Abstract

Broadcast programs owned by radio mass media, interactive dialogue broadcasts are broadcast programs that are also owned by the mass media, one of which is radio broadcasts. Interactive dialogue program is a conversation that is carried out in television or radio mass media, which can involve viewers and listeners by telephone or message on social media or other communication tools so that they can interact with sources in the studio. The selected speakers are people who know exactly about the information they want to convey. This interactive radio model is truly capable of providing effective information to listeners. The method of this service activity is by giving training to students of SMK 1 Blitar namely in the direction of TP3R (Radio Program Broadcasting and Production Techniques). During the activity, participants actively follow the material and practice in an interactive dialogue. The enthusiasm of the participants in the event was able to develop the abilities of participants in radio management management by using interactive models as a form of community aspirations in the mass media. The result was that students participated in training in interactive dialogue material, lasung practice, and evaluation of interactive radio programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of the management and residents of Maspati Surabaya Tourism Village on how to manage a tourist destination. This is important considering that as of January 24, 2016, Maspati Surabaya Tourism Village has been officially designated as a New History Leading Destination in Surabaya. Therefore, managers and residents really need knowledge and skills regarding the management of tourist villages absolutely necessary. After the training, they are expected to understand and have knowledge about aspects in managing a destination.

Abstract

Mosques are one of the places of worship for Muslims, but mosques are also a means of building excellent personal formation. Inside the mosque, the beginning of the civilization of Muslims began, but in the view of the community, the mosque only functioned as a place of worship even though there was a lot that was usually done through the mosque's media. Mosques can be the center of civilization and human development, it is through mosques that we are educated by the Prophet Muhammad to become qualified human beings. The type of data collected is primary data. Primary data is a variety of data and information obtained directly from informants and recommendations in the field that are administrators of takmir and from village officials. The data collected is related to the goals and objectives of the activity, such as reports and documents regarding the empowerment of education by families and communities obtained from community leaders. Mosque-based Posdaya Thematic KKN is carried out according to a predetermined schedule with systematic stages. The stages begin in the first week and the following weeks according to schedule.

Abstract

To activate literasi on villages are still be the challenges, especiallyto access the information itself. It’s like Bejong which is located on the dale of the Raung mountain.In this digital era, this region is difficult to obtain access to information because the topography of Bejong region being hilly, so that the attempt to activate literasi be the challenge of which is more difficult. KKNPosdaya that based on mosque is trying to unlock the peoples insight one hamlet in the dale of the Raung mountain with education and social program that named library literacy.These activities are done both more or less 40 the day.The outcome of the activities shows to the establishment of the posdaya capable of being increase citizens participation in educational, religious and social activities.On top of that the initiation of the a mobile library and the inspiration library capable of being motivators and inspirators benefit the development of education activity, social and religiousness.

Abstract

English as a local content is important and must begin to be taught even though it is still in the operational stage as concrete as in elementary school age children, though only through simple vocabulary recognition. The more someone masters the vocabulary, the more people will be able to speak well and correctly. The fact revealed is that teachers prefer conventional learning with very little use of learning media. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a strategy in learning English that encourages and stimulates students to be active in learning, so students want to speak out when they pronounce the vocabulary they say, one of them is the Sing a Song Method. From the results of service that have been done related to the use of the sing a song method as an alternative learning in improving English vocabulary mastery students at MI Al-Ikhsan Canga'an Genteng contributed significantly. After the sing a song method is applied, students tend to be more active and easier to catch new vocabulary, so that the vocabulary of students increases.

Abstract

Every village needs to see what sectors or commodities have great potential and can be developed quickly. In order for products that are produced by a village based on the potential and superiority of the village, the products produced by the village must be able to compete with products from other villages. Community Empowerment through the Utilization of Local Wisdom Sources into Featured Products through the Role of Mosque-Based Thematic KKN in Bangunsari Songgon Village is carried out through economic empowerment in the form of: 1) Training on Making VCO (virgin coconut oil); and 2) Coffee Pie Making Training. The identification of problems in the implementation of this service uses a participatory rural appraisal (PRA) model. From the results of the training given to the Bangunsari Songgon village community, the community welcomed very well because they were able to receive new knowledge and the right marketing strategies of potential crops in their area.
