Abstract

The idea of spirituality in Islamic education is not a new idea. But the facts about the dichotomy between science and the science world hereafter impact on the education system. Therefore, it becomes very necessary in order not to lose the spirit of education. Spiritualize education in this paper is defined as a concept, the education system which not only intellectual and emotional side, but also education that emphasizes the spiritual or spiritual development capability with a standard that can be perceived by the learners to achieve the perfection of life according to Islamic size. The education Spirituality instill spiritual values for all components of education ranging from components educators, learners, educational, educational facilities, as well as the contents of the curriculum or the educational leadership.

Abstract

The interpretation of the holy Al-Qur?an find many varieties and perspective. This makes the Qur?an remains can be guidance for mankind. The future, the fate and safety human in the face of an uncertain future and tend to move out of the planing-planning man-made. From problem understanding : Yusuf Mansur on the concept kun fa yakuun get relevance. Kun fa fakuun is a manifestation of omnipotence Allah SWT where if wills will happen. Humans can beg and ask to face the problems that it faces. Surely there are steps which must be done. There are five (5) concepts offered by Yusuf Mansur as the answer to the problems of modern man to g et kun fa yakuun or help of Allah namely, the concept of monotheism, the concept of repentance, the concept of submission (trust), the mathematical alms and praying. In the hermeneutical dimension / comprehension passages al-Quran regarding the intent concept yakuun fa, YM present verses supporting inter-paragraph which is absurd. YM also prove that the verses of the al-Quran each other interpret and explain. While the aesthetic dimension YM present hu- man experiences when have practiced five concepts that he offers. As mathematics alms will not reduce proper- ty human but rather adds. As well, the experience of teachers TK wanting payrolls rose by tahajud and establish prayer alms. In essence, what is done by humans to perform five steps to achieve kun fa yakuun or getting help is the means / tools communication between god and man.

Abstract

TOEFL (Test of Arabic as Foreign Language) is a test to measure the ability to speak Arabic. This test is used as a prerequisite in thesis writing at several universities. Language skills tested in TOAFL include Maharah istima ?and Maharah qira?ah. Both Maharah includes elements mufradat, qawaid wa tarakib an nahwiyyah, fahm nash al masmu ?, and fahm nash al maqru?. To facilitate the students attend and solve problems such TOAFL, UPT Language IAI Ibrahimy Banyuwangi held TOAFL Preparation Class (Fashl al I?dady) that the material in the form of the materials tested in the TOAFL.

Abstract

Advocate in Law No. 18 Year 2003 concerning Advocates Law Enforcement domiciled is on par with other law enforcement, such as police, prosecutor and judge. As law enforcement, advocates in their duties is framed by a set of code of conduct in order to advocate professional in their duties. Advocates in carrying out its duties and functions continue to struggle in the struggle to reach the truth, justice, liberty and equality for its clients in order not terdhalimi in the legal process path. In international agreements, as contained in the Basic Principles on the Role of Lawyers (Adopted by the Eighth Crime Congress, 1990), can be seen in the international community recognition of the importance kedudukaan pensihat law. Within this international document set principles that prove how important the position of legal counsel in the criminal justice system. The success of law enforcement in fact influenced also by the role and responsibilities of the group of legal counsel. Justice is quick, simple and honest is not solely addressed to the four components of law enforcement that have been prevalent recognized, but also to the group addressed legal counsel as the fifth component.

Abstract

The ability to know the color is very important in a child's life. Process to improve children's ability to recognize colors can be improved through a learning process that involves children in finding something of his own experience in learning. It can enhance the formation of children's cognitive structure so that the child is able to know, discover and understand conceptually color. The purpose of this study to describe how to improve children's ability to recognize colors through the experimental method in group B TK Khadijah 202 Karangsari Sempu. The results showed the experimental method can improve the ability to know the color of the child with the percentage 62.50% achieve mastery class.

Abstract

Individuals in everyday life are required to establish a relationship with another individual. Through this socialization process, individuals make adjustments with the surrounding environment. To establish a good relationship, an individ ual is required to have good intelligence emosianal. Basi cally between emotional intelligence and social adjustment interconnected. Emotional intelligence is a subset of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor feelings and emotions well in ourselves and in others. This study aims to determine how the intelligence level of students emosianal acceleration, how the level of students’ social adjustment of acceleration, and learns of the relationship of emotional intelligence and social adjustment in students acceleration MAN Banyuwangi. This study uses a quantitative correlation with research subjects students of class X MAN accel eration Banyuwangi totaling 214 students, while 31 of them designated as a sample. Keywords :
