Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat menjelaskan struktur fungsi tunggal bahasa Bugis dialek Barru termasuk variasinya yang gramatikal dan juga untuk dapat mendesjripsikan kategori-kategori yang bisa mengisi setiap fungsi sintaksis kalimat tunggal bahasa Bugis dialek Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan, sumber data diambil dari percakapan sehari-hari yang digunakan oleh penutur asli bahasa Bugis dialek Barru dengan teknik observasi, teknik rekaman, teknik simak, teknik catat, dan teknik intropeksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur fungsi bahasa Bugis dialek Pinrang terdiri atas P/S/O yaitu predikat, subjek, dan objek, dan terlengkapnya adalah P/S/O/K yaitu predikat, subjek, objek dan keterangan. Adapun mengenai penjabarannya ditemukan atau terdapat delapan macam variasi struktur kalimat, yaitu P/S, P/O/S, P/S/K, P/O/S/K, P/O, K/O/P, K/P/S, P/K. Untuk pengisi fungsi sintaksis bahasa bugis Pinrang ditemukan bahwa fungsi subjek diisi oleh kategori nomina, pronomina, dan deminstrativa. Fungsi predikat secara keseluruhan dapat diisi oleh kategori verba, adjektiva, dan nomina Fungsi objek dapat diisi oleh katgori nomina. fungsi keterangan dapat diisi oleh kategori frasa preposisi dan adverbial. Kata Kunci: Struktur kalimat tunggal, bahasa Bugis Barru, fungsi, kategori.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' writing skills by using a test instrument, a descriptive text writing test on students' writing skills. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive quantitative design. The target population in this study was the English Department of Muhammadiyah Sidrap University. The researchers used cluster sampling to select a representative sample and represent the population. Thus, the researchers took one class as a sample to analyze. The sample was the third semester, which consisted of 35 students. In the writing test, the researchers found that out of 35 students in the third semester of the English Department of Sidrap Muhammadiyah University, no student was categorized as good, twenty-nine students were classified as fair, and six were classified as poor.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu guna untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan juga faktor penyebab terjadinya Alih Kode dan Campur Kode yang terdapat dalam dialog antar tokoh pada film pendek “Sri, Aku Padamu”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. ”. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa dialog pada film pendek “Sri Aku Padamu” yang mengandung unsur campur kode dan alih kode. Sumber data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini adalah film pendek “Sri Aku Padamu” yang ditayangkan di Youtube. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik menyimak dan mencatat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam film tersebut terdapat empat bahasa yang digunakan dalam film pendek “Sri, Aku Padamu” antara lain bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris, bahasa Jawa Ngoko dan bahasa Jawa Krama. Selain itu pada film tersebut kita dapat menemukan ungkapan-ungkapan yang merupakan alih kode dan campur kode. Pada penelelitian ini, penulis menemukan dua alih kode dan ada empat campur kode.

Abstract

The study aims to explain that the Academic Supervision of the Sustainable Activity Program can improve teacher competence through the Ganteng Batu Madrasah, Jeneponto Regency. The method used by the author in this study is qualitative research. Where the researcher conveys data and information by describing them in the form of sentences. Meanwhile, the type of research used by the researcher is descriptive type. Whereas the descriptive approach only describes the phenomenon, symptoms, events, and events that occur. The results showed that; Academic supervision of the Madrasah Head is carried out in Jeneponto Regency through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up, with a focus on cultivating the professional competence of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ganteng Batu; (1) mastery of concepts and learning models that support the subjects they teach; (2) broad and in-depth development of teaching materials presented in a creative, innovative, and fun manner; (3) use of information and communication technology as a medium for student learning and self-development; and (4) ongoing teacher professional development through reflective action, which is the act of reviewing the learning process that has been carried out. Teachers can use reflective action to assess the learning process, encompassing media, methods, resources, student activities, and even the teacher's appearance

Abstract

The issue of zakat has long been a topic of discussion both in the state context and in the context of religion, in Indonesia the provisions regarding zakat were first enacted in 1999, namely the zakat law no.38 of 1999 which was then followed by a ministerial regulation. Then in 2011 improvements were made by amending Law No. 38 of 1999 with a new law, namely Law No. 23 of 2011. In the new law, improvements and improvements were made, among others, from the institutional, management and regulations, the method used in the research is a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The results of this study found that law No. 23 of 2011 had a significant impact in terms of regulation, supervision and acceptance because the deficiencies in the previous law were perfected in the new law. Permasalahan zakat sejak dulu sudah menjadi perbincangan baik dalam konteks kenegaraan maupun dalam konteks beragama, di Indonesia ketentuan tentang zakat pertama kali diundangkan pada tahun 1999 yaitu undang-undang zakat no.38 tahun 1999 kemudian diikuti dengan peraturan menteri. Kemudian pada tahuan 2011 dilakukan penyempurnaan dengan mengamandemen undang-undang No.38 tahun 1999 dengan undang-undang yang baru yaitu undang-undang No.23 tahun 2011. Dalam undang-undang yang baru dilakukan penyempurnaan dan perbaikan antara lain dari aspek kelembagaan, pengelolaan dan regulasi, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitaian adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa undang-undang No.23 tahun 2011 memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam hal regulasi, pengawasan maupun penerimaan karena kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada dalam undang-undang sebelumnya disempurnakan dalam undang-undang yang baru.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the Madrasah Principal's major roles and responsibilities in carrying out management oversight of teacher administration. The qualitative research method was applied in this study. Where the researcher transmits the data in line with the information acquired in the form of phrases. The form of research used by the researchers in this study is descriptive research. Although descriptive research merely reports and describes observed phenomena, symptoms, events, and episodes. According to the findings of the study; 1) A systematic strategy is developed for carrying out supervisory actions on the supported Madrasah through factors that become important difficulties and priorities. The Madrasa Supervision Program then includes coaching teachers and Madrasah heads, monitoring SNP implementation, evaluating teacher and Madrasah head performance, and supervising teacher and Madrasah head training; 2) The implementation of managerial supervision by Madrasah supervisors is very complex, involving several stages of pre-implementation, implementation process, implementation reporting, and post-implementation activities, and provides the best solution to correct weaknesses that occur in the assisted Madrasah through intensive training. Madrasa Supervisors have demonstrated their involvement in transforming educational quality and directing institutional reform in a more positive way than previously

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to find out how to improve the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Buton based on the Entrepreneurship Competency of the Madrasa Head. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Where the researcher conveys the data in accordance with the information obtained so that it is described in the form of sentences. While the type of research used by researchers in this study is a type of descriptive research. Where this type of descriptive research only describes and describes phenomena, symptoms, events, and incidents that occur. The research results show that; The Madrasah Head seeks to improve the quality of Education in Madrasahs by increasing existing teacher resources in Madrasas such as improving teacher performance by providing guidance, workshops, and socialization even the Madrasah Head provides opportunities for teachers to take part in education and training held by other agencies, seeking to improve the performance of each madrasah manager by evaluating performance and achieving targets by making an agenda for internal Madrasah meetings so that inadequate infrastructure can be used as optimally as possible, as well as seeking to increase student achievement in Madrasahs with extracurricular training so that they can compete with other Madrasas in international competition Madrasas and other public schools. The entrepreneurial competence of madrasah heads includes competencies that exist in an entrepreneur including being able to think creatively and innovatively, namely in the form of processing plastic waste utilization activities, creating fish farming business opportunities, and creating rote learning strategies. Work hard to achieve success with high perseverance, not afraid of failure, and always try to find solutions. Have the motivation to successfully carry out their main duties and functions as the head of the madrasa by providing encouragement to all madrasa residents. Never give up by never giving up on carrying out every activity. And have entrepreneurial instincts in managing madrasah activities by involving students and giving awards to outstanding students

Abstract

Penggunaan struktur kalimat tunggal di WhatsApp grup kelas R6A di Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menyelidiki suatu hal secara mendalam dan (2) mengkaji fungsi penggunaan Bahasa gaul dan meme yang terdapat di grup chat. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui akses internet melalui sebuah grup chat kelas untuk dapat mengakses WhatsApp. Pemerolehan Bahasa tersebut antaranya melalui lingkungan pertemanan, hasil peniruan melalui selebriti dan pembuatan kosa kata baru dari lingkup pertemanannya. Percakapan yang dilakukan mahasiswa kelas R6A didokumentasikan melalui hasil screenshot sehingga obrolan mahasiswa di dalam grup tersebut dapat dilihat secara visual. Dalam penelitian ini teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) identifikasi data, (2) klarifikasi data (3) penyajian data dan (4) proses kesimpulan. Kata kunci : grup whatsapp, kata gaul,meme.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Mapping of Human Resources in the Context of the Development of Integrity Zones (ZI) towards Corruption-Free Areas (WBK) and Clean Service Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM) at the Ambon Religious Education and Training Center. While the research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research results show that; Law Number 30 of 2014, actually building an integrity zone based on the general principles of good governance, in the context of service to the community, is an obligation inherent to each individual ASN, especially at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center, not just an appeal. As for the WBK/WBBM predicate itself, it should be interpreted solely as a means or tool, to measure the extent to which the general principles of good governance have been implemented by government offices. The embedding of the WBK/WBBM predicate in government offices can be interpreted as a reward or recognition, especially in this case by the PANRB Ministry as the supervisor, for government agency units that have succeeded in realizing good governance, by presenting and embodying the general principles of good governance, in carrying out their daily duties, to provide the best service to the community

Abstract

The goal of this article is to investigate the use of social-emotional competence in English learning at SMP Negeri 2 Maros. A qualitative research method was applied in this work. While researchers utilize descriptive research, the descriptive technique simply describes phenomena, symptoms, events, and events that occur. According to the findings of the study; In the learning process, English subject teachers are able to apply social competence and emotional competence in learning, so that they can help students to try to convey their ideas, ideas, and opinions, whether students are discussing in groups or alone. In addition, English subject teachers have to understand the concepts and syntax in applying social competence and emotional competence in learning, so that students feel comfortable and are able to absorb the material that has been delivered by the teacher. Social and emotional learning is to help deal with the social and emotional aspects of oneself, who can act as a teacher and apply social-emotional learning to promote the positive development of children through coordinated programs from various parts of the school community. Social-emotional learning is learning that aims to train students' social-emotional skills by achieving a balance between academic and social-emotional skills that can make students comfortable and happy in learning English
