Abstract

The development of cafe business is increasingly rapid, demanding that the cafe always create innovations and new concepts that are able to attract more consumers. The main key in attracting consumers in addition to innovation and new concepts is the ability of cafes to provide satisfaction to consumers. The purpose of this research is to find out whether customers are satisfied with the service at Pasco Cafe. The method used in this study is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires to 150 customers at Cafe Pasco. The variables used to assess satisfaction given by the Cafe to consumers are infrastructure (X), price (Z) and service (Z). Where infrastructure has criteria (complete and incomplete [1; 9]), prices have criteria (cheap, normal and expensive [1; 6; 9]) and services have criteria (satisfied and dissatisfied [2; 9]. example of infrastructure cases has a value of 6 and the price has a value of 5. The results of the assessment of customer satisfaction with service in the Cafe Pasco category satisfied with a value of 5.2462

Abstract

Plantations are all activities that commercialize certain plants on the soil and / or other growing media in suitable ecosystems; process and market the goods and services produced by these plants, with the help of science and technology, capital and management to create prosperity for plantation businesses and the community. In ordinary or more dominant plantations, rice fields with sufficient yields and even processing with a fairly short period of time, especially in rice. Rice is the main or basic need and source of calories for humans. Factors that affect rice production include land, seeds, weather, and fertilizer, these factors clearly affect the quality and amount of production produced by farmers. The fuzzy logic method applies Tsukamto's fuzzy inference system in estimating rice production with the variables that influence it. The research objective is to estimate how much rice production with the Tsukamoto method of fuzzy inference using AND operations based on land variables, rice seed material, fertilizer, and the amount of production.

Abstract

Lecturers are one of the essential components in a system of organizing education in higher education. The main task of lecturers is as educators, lecturers carry out their duties and responsibilities to educate students to become individuals who have good abilities and potential. Given the importance of the role of lecturers, their existence in educational institutions must be able to motivate themselves and develop themselves, useful for maximizing work. In order to know the performance of the lecturers, it is necessary to evaluate the best lecturers at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can be used by decision makers to decide on things from data and structured models. MOORA Method (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting attributes simultaneously. By applying the MOORA method, the method can determine the best lecturer effectively and efficiently in STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar.

Technological improvements and rapid population growth are now encouraging mineral water companies to continue to innovate and expand their market network in order to continue to survive and compete with companies - companies. A product that can be desired by consumers must be able to provide satisfaction to consumers who consume these products. In realizing the goals to achieve customer satisfaction, companies must be able to learn in advance about products that consumers are interested in, habits carried out by consumers, why consumers are interested in consuming these items, and how many products are needed by consumers. The author wants clean water customers which will be clustered using the K-means algorithm to do which provinces will get customers of clean water companies.

Abstract

In a company, salary is a salary for employees who have been working for a month. However, in order to provide fair salary to all employees, the company must determine the criteria for providing salary. By using fuzzy logic, wages can be determined by going through the following stages: Fuzzification, Formation of the knowledge base, Fuzzy Inference, and Defuzzification. One of the fuzzy logic methods that can be used is the Tsukamoto method, where this method has an output in the form of firm values. To determine the salary, the data is collected from the Central Statistics Agency website in accordance with the criteria to be examined. With this research, employers can use the calculations from this research to determine salary salaries for their employees quickly, well, and precisely. So that the problem of determining the wages of their employees' salaries can be resolved properly.

Abstract

This study aims to assist relevant parties in making selections in the selection of olympic students at the Elementary School Level in Gunung Maligas District. The method used is the AHP method. Source of research data obtained by observing and interviewing the school. The research data samples were four elementary schools in Gunung Maligas sub-district, among others: 1) SDN 096780 Kampung tape, 2) SDN 097806 Kabupaten Simalungun, 3) SDN 091263 Karang Sari and 4) SDN 098145 Karang Sari. The assessment criteria used as a basis for assessments include: Olympic Experience, Intelligence, Academic Ability (Science Report Score or Mathematics) and Olympic Capabilities. The results of the study showed that alternative 4 with a value of 0.356 (first rank) was recommended by Olympic student participants.

Abstract

Regional tax is a tax set by the regional government with regional regulations, the collection of which is carried out by the regional government and the subsequent results are used to finance the expenditure of regional governments in implementing governance and development in the region. Poor knowledge and understanding of taxes received by the community in paying taxes. The quality of good tax knowledge will greatly affect the smooth running of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations. In this study, the method used in measuring the free or not of taxpayers in Simalungun District uses the method of using Naive Bayes. The parameters used are Modernization of Tax Administration System, Taxation Information Session, Taxation of Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance. The data used in this study provides questionnaires to people who have a type of business in Simalungun District specifically in Java. It is expected that the results of this study can help the government specifically the Regional Revenue Service to understand the understanding and responsibility of the community in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Abstract

The existence of small industries shows their existence in improving the economy. Small industries have the ability to utilize raw materials and produce goods and services. Evidence of the existence of a small industry that is by opening a new employment so that it can reduce unemployment. Likewise with the small industry of cassava chips. Along with the increasingly globalized era of modernization in which small industries began to develop, both through increased technology and increased productivity so that the competition is increasingly tightened among small business owners. Likewise with the small industry of cassava chips experiencing intense competition so it is necessary to have business strategies in business development. One of the reasons why small industries fail to compete is the lack of marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of purchases of Harahap cassava chips with the Sugeno method of fuzzy inference based on inventory data and sales data. This study uses three variables, namely inventory, sales and purchases by having two inputs, namely inventory and sales and one output, namely purchasing. The results of the application of the Sugeno fuzzy method can help the company to determine the number of purchases of cassava chips with a success rate of 88.88%.

Abstract

The number of criminal rates that occur in the area of Simalungun Regency each year experiences an increase and decrease in crime cases each year. For example in the types of gambling crimes, in 2012 there were 89 cases, in 2013 there were 102 cases, in 2014 there were 92 cases, in 2015 there were 102 cases, in 2016 there were 94 cases, and in 2017 there were 86 cases. Then this problem is used as a basis in this study, which aims to provide information in the form of prediction data to the police in an effort to anticipate the rise in cases of types of crime in the following year. Efforts are being made to predict the level of crime in Simalungun Regency by applying the Bacpropagation algorithm ANN method. This research uses MATLAB R2011b and uses 5 architectural models to test the data that will be used for etimation / prediction, namely models 4-20-1, 4-30-1, 4-40-1, 4-50-1, 4- 70-1. Then the best architectural model results obtained are architectural models 4-20-1 with an accuracy of 93%, with the number of epochs 4575 in 51 seconds and MSE of 0,0009995011. This model will be used to predict Criminal Levels in Simalungun District from 2018 to 2022 with an accuracy of 93%.
