Abstract

Inflation is a process of increasing prices in general and continuously, related to market mechanisms that can be caused by various factors, among others, increased public consumption, excess liquidity in the market which triggers consumption or even speculation, to include the consequences of inability to distribute goods. Inflation is an indicator to see the level of change, and is considered to occur if the process of price increases takes place continuously and influences each other. Inflation stability is a prerequisite for sustainable economic growth which ultimately benefits the improvement of people's welfare. With the large amount of data generated from the inflation rate of cities in Indonesia it is difficult for the government to classify the inflation rate. The author took the initiative to conduct research on classifying the inflation rate of cities in Indonesia by using the K-Means Clustering Data Mining algorithm, with the number of clusters being 3. The high value group is in cluster 1 (above average), the value group is in cluster 2 (around the average based on the distance used from the centroid), and the low value group is in cluster 3 (below average). flat). By grouping the rate of inflation of cities in Indonesia, it will be known which cities in Indonesia have high, medium and low inflation rates.

Abstract

Gold is one of the most precious precious metals by the public because gold prices tend to be stable and increase every month, gold investment has also developed quite rapidly. Gold can be invested in various forms such as gold bars and gold in the form of jewelry that has value to add to the wearer's appearance besides that there is also gold in the form of ancient currency coins that have historical value and are usually kept by collectors, gold is one form of investment that is not influenced by trends in society because gold is bought by everyone at any time. The purpose of this study was to determine the determination of the price of 24 carat gold in medan city. In this study, the authors used 3 criteria including demand, quality and price.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze with the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, whether the increase in employee class at the Unit Kebun Marjandi can be applied. The results obtained using either manual or computerized calculations show the same results, namely alternative A1 selected as the best alternative in determining the increase in employee class at the Unit Kebun Marjandi. The results obtained in the form of ranking a number of alternative candidates with several criteria as parameters in determining the increase in employee class at the Unit Kebun Marjandi.

Abstract

Milk is an important intake to meet nutritional needs. Both consumed by children, and adults. Indonesia has many producers of fresh milk, but it is not sufficient for national milk needs. Data mining is a science in the field of computers that is widely used in research. one of the data mining techniques is Clustering. Clustering is a method by grouping data. The Clustering method will be more optimal if you use a lot of data. Data to be used are provincial data in Indonesia from 2000 to 2017 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study are in Clusters based on 2 milk-producing groups, namely high-dairy producers and low-milk producing regions. From 27 data on fresh milk production in Indonesia, two high-level provinces can be obtained, namely: West Java and East Java. And 25 others were added in 7 provinces which did not follow the calculation of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, including in the low level cluster.

Abstract

In human life, many things require decision making, including in agriculture. One of them is rice farmers who make the decision to determine the selling price of their grain according to the quality of their grain. By using Fuzzy logic, the grain price can be determined by going through the following stages: Fuzzification, Knowledge Base Formation, Fuzzy Inference, and Defuzzification. One of the Fuzzy logic methods that can be used is the Tsukamoto method, where this method has an output in the form of firm values. To be able to determine the price of grain, the data is taken from the Central Statistics Agency website, so that later prices and levels of grain quality can be determined properly. With this research, the farmers can determine the price of their grain exactly according to the quality of the grain. So that the problem of determining their grain prices can be overcome properly.

Abstract

The performance assessment of honorary staff at the Manpower Office was conducted on 7 employees. Aiming to carry out performance appraisals in order to help the office or agency to be able to determine the appropriate employees to be elected if there is an appointment that is carried out once in 4 years, then it is carried out for the assessment of the performance of honorary employees. Then we need a system that can help make a decision to assess the performance of honorary staff as a reasonable basis for 4 years in the future to be able to submit an appointment file based on the criteria and the weight value of each predetermined criterion such as, 35% Attendance, 20% Work Quality, Work Discipline 20%, Service 25%. So that the ranking results that have been processed using the MOORA algorithm, namely, A1: 0.4139 are eligible to be selected in the performance assessment of the highest number of honorary staff. And A3: 0.4103, A2: 0.4042 and so on.

Abstract

Selection of the best private schools in embassy cities with the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method. This decision support system is built through 6 stages. The first stage is collecting data and information through interviews and document analysis. The second stage is processing data and information to get the system design to be built. The third stage is system analysis which includes school data input, weighting criteria with the PROMETHEE method, and alternative ranking with the PROMETHEE method. The Fourth stage is designing the system using the concept of Object Oriented Design. The fifih stage is the implementation of a web-based system. The last step is evaluating the system by comparing the level of accuracy between the PROMETHEE method. With the implementation of the PROMETHEE method for the selection of the best private schools that will result in the ranking of the best private schools, it is expected that in the selection of the best schools that are truly recommended in accordance with the wishes and abilities of students

Abstract

With the Decision Support System can improve the quality of research to be made. For example, in the selection of superior quality oil palm seeds for the new land planting process. However, in the selection of oil palm seedlings not only in financial terms, but must be seen from a variety of criteria such as weather which is very influential in the process of selecting superior seeds of oil palm and others. If the oil palm seedlings to be selected have met the criteria, the oil palm seedlings will be a good supporting factor. The support system applied in this study is called the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The ANP method is a procedure which is used to make decisions with many interrelated criteria. by using the ANP method, it will produce priority value weighting on all elements contained in the decision making system.

Abstract

The research aims to classify the settlements along the river banks by province. To solve this problem, the researchers applied the K-Means Algorithm method. Where the source of research data was collected based on documents explaining the number of villages / sub-districts according to the existence of settlements on the river banks produced by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used in the study are data from 2014 - 2018 which consists of 34 provinces. The data will be processed by clustering in 2 clusters, namely the settlement level cluster on the high riverbank and the settlement level cluster on the low riverbank. The high cluster consists of 11 data, namely the provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, Jambi, South Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, East Java, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi. By conducting the research, it can provide input and as a solution to related parties in charge of dealing with settlement problems along the river banks, especially for the government, in order to get more attention in provinces with high riverbank settlement rates.
