Abstract

A car is a vehicle that has a varied shape or model but the difference is the brand or logo. Vehicle logos have their own meaning and meaning for car industry companies. The logo should have a practical and effective or efficient function so that the logo form is part of the marketing and branding program of the car industry company [1]. There are three types of car logos that are now known, in the form of symbols, text, or a combination between the two. The logo is always in the front and back of the car body and usually has a lighter color than the color of the vehicle. One that supports the development of technology is how to recognize a vehicle either from the brand, shape, model and color of the vehicle. Some references that are deemed feasible to help this research include utilizing the weaknesses and weaknesses of the results of previous research, including a paper entitled. Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) [2]. SIFT is combined with Logistic Regression [3] based on Gradient Orientation Histogram (HOG). Logo Recognition Using Probabilistic Neural Networks [4]. Therefore, the researchers wanted to focus on the logo recognition using the extraction of the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) feature. Testing and training testing using ANN-Backpropagation. From the results of this study the best accuracy obtained 95.7%, so that GLCM and ANN-Backpropagation can recognize the image of the vehicle logo.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.894

Abstract

In the world of work or the world of education, even government or public agencies have used sophisticated electronic devices, especially computers. computers are widely used to help human work in completing their work to make it easier and more efficient. Because with our computers can be made easier in making information that is more understood by many people. Besides computers, software (software) is also very necessary in processing a data to make it easier for someone to process their data into more useful data. Environmental and Hygiene Office East Lombok District Selong District is one of the offices that receives fuel subsidies from the central government. Therefore, the prediction using the Decition Tree algorithm (C4.5) in calculating the amount of BBM usage needs to be done in order to optimize the use of BBM as well as possible. Because many officers or individuals are not responsible for cases due to misuse of subsidized fuel. With this prediction, usage can be adjusted optimally and excessive use can be overcome.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.895

Abstract

The existence and role of information technology without us realizing it has entered a new era. One of the needs of educational institutions and government in the provision of information facilities is computerized technology-based information, where systems that have used computerization have a much faster level of reliability and more efficient data processing compared to manual systems. SMAN 3 Selong is a public high school which in the processing of new student admission data still does not use a specific application, so that the results of work achieved are not maximal and take a long time. Therefore, an information system for the recruitment of prospective students is made so that it is easier to filter and receive new students. The method used in this study is to conduct literature studies and conduct system tests. The programming language used in making this information system is PHP-MySQL. The results achieved in this study are the formation or creation of a web-based information system that is used to recruit new students. With this information system, it is expected that the work system can be more assisted and the application of development and utilization of technology is maximized.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.891

Abstract

Maraqitta'limat Vocational High School (SMK MT) Mamben is one of the institutions engaged in education. This school has a goal that is to build the quality of the nation's children to be more advanced in the world of education in accordance with the capabilities and technological advances that are developing at this time. In the world of education, evaluation of learning outcomes is done for students to find out the level of ability or success during the educational process. This test or test is conducted periodically or within a certain period of time during the education period. In educational institutions, the exam activities are carried out in two ways, both in writing and in practice, including the Maraqitta'limat Mamben Vocational High School (MT Mamben Vocational School) holding the semester examination process. On the implementation of the semester exam a thought arises, how to make the process of conducting an online exam more easy and efficient, beneficial for teachers and students by utilizing the advancement of computer technology by maximizing the availability of infrastructure available in the Maraqitta'limat Mamben Vocational School which already has a computer laboratory adequate. Web-Based Online Examination System using PHP, MYSQL and Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 is expected to help the performance of School Operators / admin who handle Semester Exams. Abstract

Universities both state and swaste make various efforts to win the competition in attracting students, among others by providing various facilities and services that can provide satisfaction for students. One of them is the Faculty of Engineering, Hamzanwadi University. This study is aimed at analyzing student satisfaction with the services obtained so far at the Hamzanwadi University Faculty of Engineering using data mining techniques, namely by using C4.5 algorithm or commonly known as the decision tree. Some of the attributes used in this study are to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the services contained in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Hamzanwadi: costs, facilities, service and loyalty. After the experiments were carried out on datasets obtained from questionnaires for 100 students, the results of accuracy were 81.07%. The classification results using the C4.5 algorithm of 81.07% are considered to be used to measure the level of student satisfaction with services at the Hamzanwadi University Faculty of Engineering.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.892

Abstract

Information systems using multimedia technology are more effective because multimedia-based information systems can improve performance and increase information effectiveness. Careful and careful design is an absolute requirement for successful use of multimedia technology. Abstract

Along with the times and growing population growth, human needs are increasing. Every human being has diverse needs. Whatever humans need will produce something that must be discarded in the end and become waste. For the waste transportation services, the Environmental Service Office and the Hygiene Agency will collect fees from the relevant parties according to the specified amount. This fee collection is known as retribution. In order to help the office, a tool is needed to predict waste retribution revenue based on the daily retribution data. The algorithm model used is Decition Tree (C4.5) to get the rule in predicting the amount of monthly waste retribution at the Environmental and Hygiene Office of Selong District, East Lombok Regency. After three tests, all three showed high accuracy and AUC values. The most superior result is by using number of validation 3, with the accuracy value obtained is 96.51% and AUC value is 0.976% with a diagnosis level of excellent classification accuracy.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.893

Abstract

Web-based cultural tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourism and culture in East Lombok to people who want to know the tourist areas in East Lombok. The system, web-based tourist information system is one form of media or means. Promotion of cultural tourism in East Lombok Regency which aims to attract both local and foreign tourists to visit Lombok Island, especially East Lombok. This research is expected to be useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in East Lombok, so that the community will be more familiar with the tourism places of the area visited, besides that the location of tourists by tourists can impact on the economic aspects of the surrounding communities. . Research methods conducted by researchers include observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. In designing this information system, researchers use several programming languages and databases, including PHP and Mysql.
