<![CDATA[Medicine is one of the most important components in terms of health both to prevent reducing or cure a disease or symptoms of the disease bydoing medication processing every month can be a source decision making to ensure the availability of more effective and efficient drugs. However, the implementation of medicine for the health services district in lombok east has been affected by the difficulties dealt with with drug data documentation that resulted in increased drug use, and the distribution of drugs was hampered not only. Therefore there needs to be a method that helps the system of drug-filing systems based on monthly reports. K-means is expected to be able to group monthly medications that can be used as a model for planning medical supplies the following year, and the information generated from them can be used as a recommendation in both community centers and hospitals to improve public health services. The criteria for the most drugs in the East Lombok District Health Office were 193 items. This is because the usage is seen the most from monthly usage. There are 2 slices of drug use there are 2 slices, namely the first drug with group number 4, the item is less use than group 1. <![CDATA[The network topology used in the Rumbuk village office is a star topology, where every PC / computer in each room is connected using a UTP cable. While all mobile phones are connected wirelessly (without cable) through the access point on the modem. The problem with this network infrastructure is in managing hotspots, monitoring, and network security. From these problems, the author recommends developing by implementing a proxy in building network infrastructure at the Rumbuk village office in the Sakra sub-district. The purpose of this research is to assist the village government in managing the network by monitoring, managing bandwidth, and improving the network security system using a proxy. So that the village government can improve services for the community in the field of information technology optimally. The development of network topology and hotspots is needed to make it easy for village governments to access networks, not only wired networks but also wireless networks. By implementing proxy in this network infrastructure to control all equipment and network users who are allowed to enter or not. Bandwidth settings for all network users are tailored to their individual needs. And the security system contained in the proxy is safe enough because the proxy can limit the access rights of every user who enters the network.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2350]]>

<![CDATA[Vinensi Motor Workshop is a trading company engaged in the sale of spare parts such as oil, motorcycle lights, spark plugs, mirrors and others, where the promotion and sales process is still conventional. This means that customers must go to a garage to be able to make product purchases. The design of the sales information system in the Vinensi Motor workshop is a step to increase sales and product promotions so that it can benefit the workshop itself. The purpose of building this spare part sales information system is that customers can order products without having to come by Vinensi Motor workshop, the workshop can overcome the problem of product processing, order processing so as to make it easy for consumers to get information about the products available at Vinensi Motor's workshop. This system is designed using HTML, PHP using MySQL database while the editor uses Sublime text. The results of this research are the implementation of this spare part sales information system can be used as a sales promotion tool that can be accessed anywhere and anytime, the purchase process can be directly without having to come to the store, and can simplify the product purchase transaction process, so as to increase sales from the workshop Vinensi Motor itself.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2289]]>

<![CDATA[Poskesdes (Village Health Post) Kembang Sari provides health services to rural communities so that the realization of a healthy, responsive community capable of preventing and overcoming health problems. Patient data collection at the poskesdes kembang sari is still done manually which results in frequent errors in recording patient data. Especially, at the time of data compilation it will be made in the form of reports. To overcome this problem, the authors propose to build and design an application that can help health workers in making patient data reports. The method used in this system is to use the web as an access medium using PHP and MySQL programming languages. In the design, this system uses flow map, context diagrams and database tables. <![CDATA[One of the cultural heritages in West Nusa Tenggara, especially Lombok, is takepan (ancient lontar manuscripts). Takepan written on Lontar leaf sheets (Duntan leaf in Sasak language) is known as the jejawan script (derived from ancient Javanese language). According to [1] in his research on image segmentation of Javanese script, the adaptive thresholding value was obtained based on the variation in the sensitivity of each local windows. The process of determining the thresholding value works on blocks in the image. Images that have high contrast and high lighting variations are very difficult to classify as background or foreground because there are a lot of pixels, you should use Local Adaptive Thresholding. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that adaptive thresholding and morphology with dilation approach really help maximize image readability with the highest Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) value reaching 34,107 dBDOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2304]]>

<![CDATA[Convenience is the main goal of existence of technology this days, but over time these technological advancements have made user privacy increasingly difficult and become a cause of concern. The existence of IDS (Intrusion Detection System ) is believed to help in achieving security in network usage where this detection system work by observing abnormal network behavior. IDS emphasizes the need to use artificial neural network to detect these attack. From the research tht has been done, the use of artificial neural network with a learning rate of 0.1 has been applied and the KDDCup-99 dataset has been used to train and make network benchmarks. To conduct a comparison, training has also been carried out on the same dataset using several other learning algorithms. The number of layer used in this artificial neural network start from 1 to 5, and the result have been compared so that the conclusion said that the artificial neural network with 3 layers has a superior performance compare to other machine learning algorithms.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2317]]>

On the other hand, active speakers of Lontar (Takepan) Sasak manuscripts exposed to the internet are available in sufficient quantities. The wisdom of crowds-based crowdsourcing mechanism is expected to be a solution to the problem. <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah guru dalam penyampaian materi kepada siswa dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan serta sebagai media untuk meningkatkan minat belajar dan kesenangan dalam proses belajar. Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar, namun kenyataan didunia pendidikan media pembelajaran sering diabaikan dengan alasan terbatasnya waktu untuk membuat persiapan mengajar dan sulit mencari media yang tepat. Di Kelompok Belajar Tarbiyatul Ummah Tanak Kaken menggunakan media pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dengan menggunakan buku, papan tulis dan alat peraga lainnya sebagai alat belajar siswa, media pembelajaran ini masih kurang menarik bagi siswa terutama dalam pelajaran pengenalan huruf-huruf abjad. Sekarang ini anak-anak lebih cenderung suka belajar menggunakan media yang berhungan dengan teknologi terutama anak-anak usia dini, dikarenakan lebih cepat menyerap pelajaran dari gambar-gambar menarik yang mendidik dan sesuai dengan usianya. Peneliti membuat media pembelajaran interaktif  berbasis Flash untuk lebih mudah mengenalkan huruf kepada siswa pendidikan anak usia dini pada Kelompok Belajar Tarbiyatul Ummah. <![CDATA[The application and use of technology today has been seen in almost every field of human life. This technology is here to help and facilitate humans in completing work and overcoming a variety of complex problems even for example in terms of analyzing as happened to the farmers and groups of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs in Dasan Borok Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok. The frequent occurrence of crop failure is a problem that currently occurs every time the harvest comes, this occurrence causes losses to farmers and must be dealt with quickly and appropriately. Web-based expert system is the right solution to overcome these problems, where this system can become an information center and be used as a tool in making decisions for farmers and entrepreneurs of oyster mushrooms to be able to determine the cause of damage and detect the types of diseases and pests that attack oyster mushrooms.
