Abstract

In learning Indonesian, each student has different abilities. One of the problems that elementary school (SD) students often encounter in their daily lives is problems related to not reading fluently. Because unwittingly fluent reading is often found in human activities in carrying out various activities in daily life, elementary school students are no exception. To describe the results of the third grade students reading skills with the group learning method at SDN Modong Tulangan, namely through the learning process students are expected to have the ability to think and interact to be able to solve problems in everyday life. Based on this, in this study the researchers used descriptive qualitative research with an approach to students. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people and behaviors observed in the field. The population in this study was 19 students divided into 9 female students and 10 male students in grade III at SDN Modong Tulangan. The instruments used are test questions, student response questionnaires, interviews, and observation sheets. The results showed that the application of group learning to reading skills was found in the teacher's teaching and learning activities which began by providing guidance to students through explanations from Indonesian books that made me smart, then students began to apply according to the explanations of the class teacher to use Indonesian books to make me smarter. Thorough and correct. The use of group learning can attract students' attention by encouraging students to learn to read which makes students' reading skills very good.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the Drill Method on Knowing Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes in Cultural Arts Subjects in Class VI Sd Negeri Pilang - Sidoarjo and describe the effect of the Drill Method on Knowing Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes in Cultural Arts Subjects in Class VI Public Elementary School Pilang - Sidoarjo. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. This study used the One Group Pretest Posttest design. The population used in this study were all students in class VI SD Negeri Pilang - Sidoarjo with a sample of 28 students. Data collection techniques in this study used learning outcomes tests, where there are pretest (initial test) and postest (final test). The data obtained were then calculated using the t-test and the values ​​obtained were T count = 1.096 T table = 11.070 with a significant level of 5% and dk 28. The t value was outside the acceptance of Ho, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of learning the national song with the drill method to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of students in cultural arts subjects in class VI SD Negeri Pilang - Sidoarjo has a major effect on student cognitive learning outcomes in cultural arts subjects in class VI - public elementary schools. pilang - Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Online or online learning is considered a solution for teaching and learning activities to continue in the midst of the corona pandemic. This happened due to the increasing number of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia which prompted the government to issue several policies intended to avoid the spread of the corona virus to students in various schools. Online learning can use one application as a learning platform, one of which is the Zoom Meeting application, which is carried out in learning in elementary schools (SD). The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of teachers, parents and students on the use of the application. However, their perception requires support from all elements of education, be it the central government, local government and the community to jointly build a conducive environment for students to learn wherever they are, as well as become a stimulus in efforts to overcome learning difficulties from within. them, especially in the midst of the current pandemic. The study was conducted at 3 public elementary schools in Surabaya using 440 samples from the elements of teachers, parents and students, with observations, interviews and questionnaires as data collection methods. Based on the analysis of the collected data, it can be concluded that the perceptions of teachers, parents and students are positive towards the use of the Zoom Meeting application as a learning platform in Elementary Schools (SD), with 86% on the knowledge indicator, 62% on the attitude indicator and 72% on the assessment indicator.

Abstract

The program for implementing Islamic religious development at the Sidoarjo Prison is one method for fostering and educating inmates. So in this prison the coaching is carried out every day with good management and aims to add diversity in students or prisoners if their bad deeds are very detrimental and create a sense of Inconvenient for the community. And from this explanation, the author takes 2 problem formulations, including: How are the programs and implementations in the implementation of Islamic religious development for prisoners at the Sidoarjo Prison and What are the obstacles and supporters in the implementation of Islamic religious development for prisoners at the Sidoarjo Prison? This research uses descriptive qualitative research. After that, the next result is the thing that becomes an obstacle or obstacle and supporting aspect in the coaching process is the lack of human resources in the implementation of Islamic religious development programs and by cooperating with mass organizations and other institutions in order to assist the process of implementing prisoner development.

Abstract

The use of this muroja'ah animation media is a way out to help students at ABA 1 Sukodono Kindergarten in memorizing the Qur'an. Against the background that to memorize the Qur'an, children still use the first method, namely reading the Qur'an and then memorizing it, but this method can usually be boring in memorizing the Qur'an, for the ability to memorize it will take a long time to increase if memorize it in a state of boredom and lack of enthusiasm. The problem formulation of this research is how easy it is to memorize the Qur'an so that when memorizing it does not get bored quickly and is more enthusiastic. The purpose of this study is to create an animation media to improve the ability to memorize the Qur'an. The research method used is an experimental quantitative method, namely research conducted to examine a problem from the phenomenon, as well as the relationship with the problem determined in the form of causality or functional . The data collection technique is to collect data in the form of student learning outcomes before and after using animation media. Data analysis is in the form of normality test, and homogeneity test. The results of this study indicate that the use of muroja'ah animation media is effective on memorization skills in Asyiyatul Bustanul Athfal 1 Sukodono Kindergarten. This is evidenced by an increase in the results of the pretest and posttest.

Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning or better known as (CTL) is a learning approach that is popular today, where an educator in this case the teacher must be able to combine various skills that are expected to make learning run well. Through CTL, it is expected that students can think actively and creatively in their learning activities because learning activities can be realized if students are directly involved in the teaching and learning process, especially in the material of changing objects. Contextual Teaching and Learning approach to learning activities, and student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at MI Miftahul Huda Karang tanjung. In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and observations. The data obtained is managed using SPSS. The results showed that the t-count value in the table was 1.993 while the t-count learning activity was 4.540 so it can be said that (4,540 > 1,993) that Ho was rejected. Thus, CTL affects learning activities and student learning outcomes at MI Miftahul Huda Karang Tanjung

Abstract

This article aims to provide an explanation of the application of learning-based learning at SMPN 1 Gedangan, so that students at SMPN 1 Gedangan, especially class VII-E can more easily understand and absorb the subject matter delivered by PAI subject educators more easily. understanding and absorbing the subject matter delivered by PAI subject educators can be absorbed well despite learning to be brave at home during the covid-19 pandemic. The research approach used by the author is descriptive qualitative research. Where the research subjects are PAI subject educators (Pak Abdul Mujib) and class VII-E students at SMPN 1 Gedangan. The data collection technique used by the author uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the industrial era 4.0 is now starting to appear competition in various fields. The field of education in this era demands quality graduates who are ready to compete. Quality student graduates are obtained from a systematic, efficient, effective, and interesting learning process. Good learning is obtained from a teacher who is competent, qualified, and has soft skills who play a role in learning. The magnitude of the teacher's role in learning shows that the teacher is an important aspect of learning. Based on the function and role, the teacher must have soft skills in improving the quality of learning. The development of teacher skills is an obligation in order to produce teachers who are competent, creative, innovative, and able to communicate in overcoming all educational problems. Especially in the face of developments such as today. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations and interviews with teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. The data will be analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The theoretical basis used is the interpretation of data according to Mules and Hubermen. Based on the data analysis conducted, it is concluded that the development of soft skills for ISMUBA teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan can be said to be good because it is in accordance with the indicators and 4 teacher competencies. In the development of soft skills for ISMUBA SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan teachers, there are still things that have not been fulfilled, namely in the aspect of assessment. The inhibiting factor in improving soft skills lies within the individual teacher himself, which can be seen from the lack of empathy and discipline.

Abstract

Teaching is an activity that has educational value. Educational values ​​color the interactions that occur between teachers and students. Motivation is the basic drive that moves a person to behave. This drive is in someone who moves him to do something according to the impulse in him. Teachers who can manage classes well so that they can motivate, provide teaching, and provide knowledge to students to equip students not only cognitively and psychomotorically but by prioritizing the affective or attitude or character of these students in the future as the nation's successors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the teacher's teaching style on the learning motivation of the 5th grade MINU NGINGAS students. The form of this research is quantitative research, while the population members in this study are 5th grade students with a total of 94 students. The sample members in this study were 30 students who were randomly selected using the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in the research are questionnaires as the main method, documentation as a supporting method.

Abstract

Mufradat or vocabulary is the basic thing that needs to be mastered in learning Arabic. Many students have difficulty understanding Arabic because of the low Mufradat mastered. To improve the mastery of Mufradat, researchers are interested in applying one of the learning media in the form of Flashcards and to determine the effectiveness of using Flashcards as an effort to increase Mufradat in MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. This study uses quantitative research with experimental methods, using Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Collecting data in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Flashcard media in learning is carried out by demonstration and quiz methods. After demonstrating the Flashcard, the teacher does individual and group quizzes. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis where tcount 11,585 > ttable 2.052 means that H1 is accepted.
