Namun tidak semua hasil penelitian dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Kehadiran Journal Informatic, Education And Management (JIEM) tidak hanya bermaksud untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian empiris dan teoritis terkait dengan system informasi, system komputer, pendidikan, dan manajemen. Tetapi lebih dari itu, JIEM menjadi salah satu sarana diseminasi hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan ketiga bidang ilmu tersebut.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been widely applied in various fields, including important aspects in the development of enterprise information systems. This research aims to explore the use of AI in improving the efficiency of enterprise information systems and analyse its impact on organisational performance. In this research method, we collected primary data from several companies that have implemented AI systems in their operations. Secondary data was also collected from related literature, including case studies and previous research in this field. Furthermore, we conducted a qualitative analysis of the data and a quantitative evaluation of the impact of AI implementation in improving the efficiency of information systems. The results show that the implementation of AI has resulted in a significant increase in the efficiency of the company's information system. AI-assisted systems are able to automatically process and analyse data, predict market trends, identify anomalies, and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making. These efficiencies in turn improve operational performance, lower costs, and enhance more timely and accurate decision-making. We conclude that the use of AI in enterprise information systems effectively improves operational efficiency and organisational performance. However, important steps need to be taken to ensure successful implementation of AI, such as providing adequate resources, developing employee competencies, and considering the social and ethical impacts of using AI in a business context.

Abstract

The development of Mobile Applications for Optimization of Management Information Systems is an important innovation in the context of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of organizational management. The objective of this research is to design and implement a mobile application that can optimize the information management process within a management system. Research methods used include user needs surveys, system requirements analysis, application design, prototype development, as well as testing and evaluation by users. The research results indicate that the developed mobile application is able to improve information accessibility, accelerate decision-making processes, and enhance work efficiency. Based on the data analysis conducted, the conclusion of this research is that the implementation of mobile applications in management information systems can significantly enhance organizational performance. This research provides a significant contribution in the context of user-oriented information technology development and improving organizational operational efficiency.

The research methods used include a thorough literature survey and comprehensive analysis of case studies of several leading companies that have adopted big data technology in their business information systems. The research results show that big data has a crucial role in improving strategic decision-making capabilities by providing fast access and in-depth analysis of complex and varied data. This allows organizations to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns and new business opportunities in a more timely and accurate manner. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of social media use on marketing information systems in the context of digital business. The research method used was an online survey of a series of companies active in digital business, with a focus on the use and integration of social media in their marketing strategies. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to marketing managers and analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques. The research results show that social media has a significant influence on marketing information systems, with increased interaction between consumers and brands and efficiency in conveying marketing messages. Additionally, it was found that proper integration between social media and marketing information systems can increase the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, the use of social media in the context of digital business has become a crucial element in strengthening marketing information systems, providing a vital platform for consumer interaction, and improving overall marketing performance. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance for companies to understand and utilize social media effectively in optimizing their marketing information systems in the digital era.

Abstract

Development of Management Information Systems for Supply Chain Optimization is research that aims to improve supply chain efficiency and performance through the application of information technology. The research method used is system requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of an integrated software-based system. The research results show that the use of management information systems allows better monitoring of all activities in the supply chain, including inventory management, raw material procurement, production, distribution and inventory management. With the adoption of this technology, organizations can optimize the flow of information and identify weak points in the supply chain, thereby improving responsiveness to changes in market demand and reducing operational costs. The conclusion of this research is that the development of management information systems plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and resilience of supply chains in facing dynamic market challenges.
