Abstract

AbstractIn the context of regional autonomy and decentralization of education the succeed also failure of education in schools is  techer as educator, principals, and supervisors, because these figures are the keys that determine and mobilize various other school components and dimensions. To achieve the expected goals, it takes an organization in which there is organization cooperationor ganizational cooperation. This research is included in the field research namely: this research is carried out in a certain environment to carry out observations and data collection needed. The research was conducted by researchers at MAN 3 Sleman Yogyakarta, this research method uses descriptive qualitative research. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive in nature, that is, research that aims to systematically and accurately describe the facts and characteristics of a particular field. The results of the study of the headmaster of the school have applied management in the improvement of the professionalism of PAI MAN 3 S teachers in Yogyakarta, this is evident that the teachers of MAN 3 Sleman have extensive mastery as evidenced by the standardization of certification. And have very personal competencies so that they can communicate very well with other staff.Keywords: Management, Professionalism, Principal AbstrakDalam konteks otonomi daerah dan desentralisasi pendidikan, keberhasilan juga kegagalan pendidikan di sekolah adalah techer sebagai pendidik, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas, karena angka ini merupakan kunci yang menentukan dan memobilisasi berbagai komponen dan dimensi sekolah lainnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, dibutuhkan sebuah organisasi di mana ada organisasi kooperasiatau kerjasama ganizational. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan yaitu: penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan tertentu untuk melaksanakan pengamatan dan pengumpulan data yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh peneliti di MAN 3 Sleman Yogyakarta, metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam hal sifatnya, penelitian ini adalah deskriptif di alam, yaitu, penelitian yang bertujuan untuk secara sistematis dan akurat menggambarkan fakta dan karakteristik dari bidang tertentu. Hasil kajian kepala sekolah telah menerapkan manajemen dalam peningkatan profesionalisme para guru PAI MAN 3 S di Yogyakarta, hal ini terbukti bahwa para guru dari MAN 3 Sleman memiliki penguasaan luas yang dibuktikan dengan standardisasi sertifikasi. Dan memiliki kompetensi yang sangat pribadi sehingga mereka dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan staf lain.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Profesionalisme, Kepala Sekolah

Abstract

Islamic dorm was the oldest institution in Indonesia. Besides, it’s also a part of macro society. As a part of macro society, it needs to be sustained. One of the important part of Islamic dorm is its curriculum and teaching’s method of classic book. Thus, it is a must to transform both of curriculum and teaching’s method in order to be sustainability in the middle of changing society. The aim of the study is to investigate how curriculum of Al-Hikam transformed to be sustained and how is the teaching’s method of classic book done by Al-Hikam through its transformation. The transformational shape are focused on the area related to the construction of curriculum. As well as matters relating with approach, media, and the method used in the field of teaching and learning process. While, the research of the study done by using qualitative approach. Data collected by using depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Then, the method of analyzing data used Miles and Hubberman method. The result indicates that there was some transformations of curriculum used at Al-Hikam Malang and some methods used in the teaching process of classic books. Even though, transformation happened, Islamic dorm is still holds on its jargon ‘Al-Muhafadzotu ‘ala qadim al-sholih wa al- akhdu bi al-jadid al-ashlah (Keep on its old tradition which is good and take the new one which is better).Keyword: Transformation, Curriculum, Teaching’s method of classic book.

Abstract

In the leadership of Islamic education, especially in the context of the school, a school principal is responsible for the progress and development of the school. The principal has a central role in the dynamics of the organization to determine the success of an educational institution. Al Azhar 31 Islamic Elementary School Yogyakarta is one of the basic Islamic education institutions in Yogyakarta. This institution has had a good reputation both at regional and national levels. This article seeks to uncover the role of school principals who have been able to bring this institution into a community favorite educational institution. From the field study, information was obtained that there were at least three important steps taken by the principal to bring the school to excellent and best performance, namely, 1) orbit the teacher or employee who "sinks" by continuing to motivate and give a trust to carry out certain tasks, 2) mapping the character of all the teachers and employees he leads, 3) Form a solid structural work partner and implement an open communication pattern.

Abstract

AbstractIn determining the learning design teachers must pay attention to learning models that fit the needs of students, so they can help the learning process that is good, effective and efficient. This study aims to illustrate the use of instructional design model learning in PAI materials at MI Darul Hidayah Tirtoyudo, describe the obstacles faced by the use of convincing design learning models on PAI material, and describe solutions to overcome the obstacles encountered. The method used is a qualitative approach to the type of evaluation research, while data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The results of this study are: 1) the use of design learning models assure strongly supports the teaching and learning process and can motivate students to increase their potential, 2) the obstacle faced is the presence of some students who are lazy to learn so they need supervision additional to the teacher, there are delays ABK students in understanding the subject matter, 3) solutions to overcome obstacles namely, teachers can work together with psychologists in order to find out the cause of student laziness, so they can find solutions. While solutions for special needs students can be handled by teachers through a comprehensive learning approach.Keywords: Design, Instructional, Model Assure AbstrakDalam menentukan desain pembelajaran guru harus memperhatikan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat membantu proses pembelajaran yang baik, efektif dan efisien. Kajian ini bertujuan menggambarkan penggunaan pembelajaran desain model instruksional dalam bahan PAI di MI Darul hidayah Tirtoyudo, menggambarkan kendala yang dihadapi dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran desain yang meyakinkan pada materi PAI, serta menggambarkan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terhadap jenis penelitian evaluasi, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil studi ini adalah: 1) penggunaan model pembelajaran assure sangat mendukung proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk meningkatkan potensi mereka, 2) hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kehadiran beberapa siswa yang malas untuk belajar sehingga mereka membutuhkan pengawasan tambahan dari guru, ada penundaan siswa ABK dalam memahami materi pelajaran , 3) solusi untuk mengatasi rintangan yaitu, guru dapat bekerja sama dengan psikolog dalam rangka untuk mengetahui penyebab kemalasan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat menemukan solusi. Sementara solusi bagi siswa ABK dapat ditangani oleh guru melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang komprehensif.Kata Kunci: Desain, Instruksional, Model Assure

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the harmonious model of the relationship between foster parents and children of migrant workers' families in educating them about Islam. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques were used to determine the informants in this study. The data collection techniques use in depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentaries. While the data analysis technique used is the interactive analysis technique of the Miles & Huberman model. This study produces a picture that the harmonious model of the relationship between foster parents and children of migrant workers' families in Islamic religious care in the village of Sungonlegowo is shown by: first, Badrus and Kina's attention to the welfare of Taufiq and Tahmid, including the need for food and school. Second, Badrus and Kina are responsive to the needs of Taufiq and Tahmid, namely the need for Smartphones and Motorcycles. Third, Badrus and Kina took the time to do activities with Taufiq and Tahmid, from day to night for Kina, and from afternoon to night for Badrus. Fourth, Badrus and Kina showed enthusiasm for Taufiq and Tahmid's behavior by giving praise and reward. Fifth, Badrus and Kina are sensitive to the emotional needs of Taufiq and Tahmid, namely the love needs of parents. Keywords: Harmony, Islamic Education, TKI Child. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan model hubungan yang harmonis antara orang tua asuh dan anak-anak keluarga pekerja migran dalam mendidik mereka tentang Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive dan snowball sampling digunakan untuk menentukan informan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dalam wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan film dokumenter. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif model Miles & Huberman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan gambaran bahwa model hubungan yang harmonis antara orang tua asuh dan anak-anak dari keluarga pekerja migran dalam perawatan agama Islam di desa Sungonlegowo ditunjukkan oleh: pertama, perhatian Badrus dan Kina terhadap kesejahteraan Taufiq dan Tahmid, termasuk kebutuhan akan makanan dan sekolah. Kedua, Badrus dan Kina responsif terhadap kebutuhan Taufiq dan Tahmid, yaitu kebutuhan untuk Ponsel Cerdas dan Sepeda Motor. Ketiga, Badrus dan Kina meluangkan waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan dengan Taufiq dan Tahmid, dari siang ke malam untuk Kina, dan dari sore ke malam untuk Badrus. Keempat, Badrus dan Kina menunjukkan antusiasme terhadap perilaku Taufiq dan Tahmid dengan memberikan pujian dan hadiah. Kelima, Badrus dan Kina sensitif terhadap kebutuhan emosional Taufiq dan Tahmid, yaitu kebutuhan cinta orangtua.Kata Kunci: Keharmonisan, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Anak TKI

Abstract

Starting from the city of Baghdad the golden age of Islamic civilization was achieved by the Abbasid dynasty which was headed by the Caliph Harun al-Rasyid. The city of a thousand nights was made a source of motivation throughout the world for a transformation of civilization. The various fields were repaired by Harun al-Rasyid starting from administration, governance, and Social-ekonomi. But he was more in science and education. It proved to be the leadership of Harun al-Rasyid giving birth to scholars, and Muslim scholars and development on a number of educational institutions. Harun al-Rasyid as the Caliph intervened in scholarly development affairs, ranging from education curriculum, educational methods, the character of an educator who must conform to the established criteria and welfare of an educator Note. Until an educator at the time of caliphate Aaron Al-Rasheed obtained a glorious place. Abstract

The perfectness of human being will be transmitted through Akhlaq (ethics). These ethics covered the standart of good habit and bad habit. Both of them are defined in the moral education concept. Shaykh Nawawi Al-Bantany with hisMaraqi al-’Ubudiyah, Syarh ’alaMatn Bidayah al-Hidayah explained that ethics.Therefore, it is needed deep study about it. Particularly, the contemplations and materials which will form good moral and avoid moral from the destruction, the moral role in shaping a good man, and the relevance of moral education. Content analysis technique will be used in the study. Content analysis is emphasized in how the researchers view a content of communications qualitatively. The result showed that; the concept of moral education is about moral advises. The material sare divided into moral education for the individual and its relationship with his God, family, and another people, and the role of moral education assign post so reminders of the individuals thems elves, and the relevance concept of moral education of Islamic educationis lessen couraging to the power of creativity, work ethic andethos ofscience. Keyword: Islamic Education, Aswaja NU, Radicalism

AbstractThe Qur'an hadith lesson has an important role as a learning goal in improving the quality of worship. Abstract

AbstractThe learning model of Islamic Education (PAI) in tertiary institutions has recently been highlighted by many observers of education. This situation is reasonable considering that from year to year, racism acts mainly occur in universities. A nation of caliber in Indonesia with large heterogeneity is indeed very possible for friction between students, considering all the possibilities, this paper tries to analyze the PAI learning model based on multiculturalism in tertiary institutions. This research uses the library research method by analyzing the results of the study of books and scientific journals. This research produces a multicultural PAI based learning model through which students can absorb and practice multicultural PAI based learning in tertiary institutions so that it has implications for attitudes of respect, acceptance and appreciation of differences between students. Keyword: Learning Model, PAI, Multicultural, Higher Education AbstrakModel pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di perguruan tinggi akhir-akhir ini disoroti banyak pemerhati pendidikan. Bangsa sekaliber Indonesia dengan heterogenitas besar memang sangat memungkinkan terjadinya gesekan antar mahasiswa, memperhatikan segala kemungkinan tersebut tulisan ini mencoba menganalisis model pembelajaran PAI berlandaskan multikultural di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan menganalisis hasil kajian buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Abstract

AbstractEducation is a very important thing in human life. When talking about education, it is inseparable about education personnel called teachers. Therefore in this study discussed about the role of teachers of Islamic religious education which is basically a forum for fostering student morals when the students are in the school environment. This study uses qualitative methods that basically collect data from interviews, observations, and observations. With this method it is considered very good for this research so that it can answer the problem. The teacher at this school is very cooperative in improving student morals both at school and outside school. Keyword: Role, Teacher Islamic Education, Moral Development AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Ketika bicara tentang pendidikan, tak dapat dipisahkan tentang tenaga pendidikan yang disebut dengan guru. Oleh sebab itu dalam penlitian ini dibahas tentang peran guru pendidikan agama islam yang dasarnya adalah untuk wadah membina akhlak siswa ketika siswa tersebut dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  yang pada dasarnya mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, pengamatan, dan observasi.  Dengan metode tersebut dirasa sangat baik untuk penelitian ini sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan.
