Journal History Jurnal Ilmiah Cerebral Medika (JICM) merupakan jurnal kesehatan yang memuat hasil penelitian dan sebagai sember informasi di bidang kesehatan. Jurnal Ilmiah Cerebral Medika (JICM) pertama kali diterbitkan dalam versi cetak pada Tahun 2019 dengan ISSN 2657-2435 (cetak) dan jurnal ini pertama kali diterbitkan versi online pada Tahun 2020 dengan ISSN 2721-3145 (online) berdasarkan SK No. 0005.27213145/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2020.03 (terhitung mulai dari edisi Vol.1 No2 2020) Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh LPPM Akper Kesdam I/BB Padang , jurnal ilmiah Cerebral Media terbit dua kali setahun setiap bulan Mei dan November. Focus and Scope Jurnal ini berfokus kepada penerapan hasil penelitian dalam penyelesaian masalah kesehatan pada individu atau kelompok masyarakat untuk menuju hidup sehat. Adapun kajian ilmu yang melandasi hasil penelitian adalah kajian ilmu keperawatan, kebidanan, ilmu kesehatan masyarakat, ilmu gizi dan psikologi kesehatan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic outbreak requires Universities to change the face-to-face learning process into a Brave learning process, and it is hoped that students and lecturers will be able to adapt quickly to these conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of the implementation of courageous learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at Akper Kesdam I/Bukit Barisan Padang. Data was collected by survey using Google Forms. The population in this study were all students of Kindergarten I, II, III Akper Kesdam I/BB Padang totaling 121 people, the sample was taken by using Total Sampling, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire to collect information on student perceptions and the findings in this study from 121 students. A total of 61% of students chose Zoom compared to Google Classroom, which was 39%, related to aspects of the teaching and learning process. Positive perceptions of students were 57% and negative perceptions were 43%. Aspects of Facilities and Infrastructure, negative student perceptions are 52% and positive are 48. Based on these findings, it is expected that universities will optimize the needs of students in the learning process so that the learning process can be carried out properly and optimally.

Abstract

Law No. 38 of 2014 concerning nursing explains that each nurse's duties have their respective authorities. As a qualified nurse, knowing the duties and authorities of nurses according to law No. 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing in carrying out nursing practice is imperative to realize and improve optimal nursing services and improve health status. The aim of the research is to know the description of the knowledge of implementing nurses regarding the duties and authorities of implementing nurses as nursing care providers according to Law No. 38 of 2014. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive study and a cross-sectional approach, proportional random sampling technique with a sample size of 88 people who are outpatient nurses stay. The results showed that most of the sample (70.5%) had good knowledge of nurses' duties according to Law No.38 of 2014 and most (60.2%) had poor knowledge of nurse's authority according to Law No.38 of 2014. Based on the research results, it is suggested that nurses better understand and increase their knowledge by reading about the duties and authorities of nurses according to Law No. 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing.

Abstract

Professional interaction is the interaction that occurs between nurses and patients, nurses and nurses, and nurses and other health professionals when providing services to patients. This relationship includes professional communication, partnership documentation systems, shift shifts, initial and final conferences, teamwork and leadership skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the professional relationship of the implementing nurse in the inpatient ward. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive study and a cross-sectional approach, a proportional random sampling technique with a large sample of 88 people who are inpatient nurses. The results showed that the professional relationship in the inpatient room (56.8%) had a good relationship between nurses and the majority (43.2%) had a bad relationship. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that nurses in inpatient rooms be able to carry out professional relationships between nurses and other health workers and patients, especially in terms of professional communication, so that the services provided can be provided optimally.

Abstract

Nosocomial infection is an infection obtained from the hospital or when the patient is admitted to the hospital, where the infection occurs 3 x 24 hours after the patient is admitted to the hospital. Nosocomial infections can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites. In Indonesia, the incidence of nosocomial infections is still relatively high. Efforts are being made to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections by knowing and implementing nosocomial infection prevention. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of families of inpatients at RS TK.III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang on prevention of nosocomial infections. This research is a quantitative research, with a total sample of 88 people. The data in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires about knowledge, attitudes and actions regarding nosocomial infection prevention behavior in hospitals. The data obtained is processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results of this study found that the level of knowledge of respondents was in the less category as many as 53 people (60.2%), the attitudes of respondents were in the less category, namely as many as 53 people (60.2%) and the actions of respondents were in the less category, namely as many as 50 people (56.8%). The conclusion in this study is the knowledge, attitudes and actions of the families of inpatients at Tk.III Hospital, dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang regarding the behavior of preventing nosocomial infections is classified as lacking and counseling can be given to improve the behavior of the patient's family towards preventing infection in the hospital.

Abstract

Dyspepsia is a medical condition characterized by pain or discomfort in the pit of the stomach. Based on data from TK III Hospital, dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang, Dyspepsia cases are increasing every month, in 2021 based on data for the last 3 months of dyspepsia cases in October with 42 cases, November with 77 cases and December with 82 cases. In January 2022, 89 cases of dyspepsia were recorded. This study aims to carry out nursing care for dyspeptic patients at TK III Hospital dr.Reksodiwiryo Padang. The research design used is a case study. The participant in this study is a single unit, namely Mr. A. This research was conducted from 7 November to 10 November 2022 in the Bagindo Aziz Chan room at the TK III Hospital Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. Data collection uses the format of assessment, interview, physical examination and documentation. The data analysis stage is done by collecting data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results of this case study research at the assessment stage found that Mr. A was 19 years old. The patient was admitted with dyspepsia because he had heartburn with a pain scale of 7. Based on the data obtained in the field, there were three diagnoses that emerged during the assessment, namely acute pain b.d. agents of biological injury (stomach mucosal gastric) d.d. complaining of pain, grimacing, disturbed sleep patterns b.d. Physical Restraint d.d Complaining of difficulty sleeping, Risk of Hypovolemia d.d Lack of fluid intake. The intervention was resolved and the patient went home.

Abstract

The world is experiencing a health crisis, including the State of Indonesia, which is caused by the Covid-19 Virus which sent Indonesia experiencing a pandemic period like today. Covid-19 virus from all walks of life, gender and all ages, without discriminating between pregnant women who are a vulnerable group to be infected with the Covid-19 virus who require efforts to prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of the study was to determine the efforts of pregnant women to prevent being infected with Covid-19. The method used is descriptive, the sample used in this study was 46 pregnant women at Pemancungan Health Center. The results showed that the age of pregnant women aged 31 years and over was 18 people (39%). Age 26-30 15 people 32% and age 20-25 years as many as 13 people 29%. Education of pregnant women who have elementary education as many as 3.5% of elementary school, 5 people of junior high school 11%, high school 31 people 67.3% and university as many as 7 people 15.2%. The work of pregnant women found that as housewives were 32 people 69.6%, who became private employees were 12 people 26%, and those who became civil servants were 4.4%. Attitudes of pregnant women were found to have a Positive Attitude of 18 people 39%, and who have a Negative Attitude as many as 28 people 61%. From the data obtained on the Knowledge variable of pregnant women, it was obtained that 17 people had poor knowledge 37%, and those who had good knowledge were 29 people 63%. From the data obtained on the variable of pregnant women's actions, it was found that 27 people who had bad actions were 58.6%, and those who had good actions were 41.4%.
