Abstract

One of the phenomena of “Living Qur’ān” found in Benda, Central Java is the tradition of memorizing the Qur’ān. This paper presents an elaboration of the question “how the contextualization step for the taḥfīẓ al-Qur’ān education as a solution for taḥfīẓ al-Qur’ān exist in Benda Bumiayu Brebes? As formulated in three Sub Question: 1. How the taḥfīẓ al-Qur’ān culture for Benda society can be construct as long time exist? 2. What factors that supported the taḥfīẓ al-Qur’ān culture exist ? 3. What factors that reduced the taḥfīẓ al-Qur’ān culture exist?This research is a descriptive qualitative nature, employing historical and sosiological approaches. The qualitative data are obtained through observation, interview and documentation. The data collected are then selected and arranged in a sequence with argumentative presentation.The result of this research reveal that Benda village is good known by Dā al- Qur’ān, because he has more than 7 (seven) Islamic Boarding School for memorizing Qur’ān. This village used to create memorizing Qur’ān culture for the society and arround him. This culture is effected by KH. Khalīl Ibn Maḥallī dan KH. Suḥaimi Ibn Abdul Ghānī, and in the second generation he has great memorizing culture. But in the third generation he gets bad value that less. As  observation data, a writter has seen some fundamen factors which influence reducing the taḥfiẓ al-Qur’ān culture in that village. So that needed the contextualization of taḥfīẓ al- Qur’ān education that switable with modernity.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten, dan (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten sejumlah 73 guru dari 15 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akunansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten (β =0,643, sig = 0,522). (2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten (F = 33,584, sig = 0,000). ABSTRACTThis study aims at knowing: (1) The influence of proffesional competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocation high school of business management; and (2) the influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences of teacher’s on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in klaten district. This research was ex-post facto quantitative approach. The population of this research simultaneously as sample was all of accounting teachers in Klaten District which involved 73 teachers and 15 schools. The data were collected by questionnaires. Analyzing data referred to descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There is no influence of Professional Competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (t = 0.643, sig = 0.522). (2) There is an influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (F = 33.584, sig = 0.000).

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Pemahaman Bimbingan Konseling Terhadap Prestasi Belajar PAI SMK Pontren Darussalam Demak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman bimbingan konseling, untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar PAI, dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pemahaman bimbingan konseling terhadap prestasi belajar PAI SMK Pontren Darussalam Demak.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan pengambilan sampel metode random sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi dengan diakhiri menggunakan uji keberartian regresi.Hasil dari penelitian pengaruh pemahaman bimbingan konseling terhadap prestasi belajar PAI SMK Pontren Darussalam Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 ini yaitu kontribusi atau sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 31,4 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,6 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa ada pengaruh dan signifikan antara pemahaman bimbingan konseling terhadap prestasi belajar PAI.

Abstract

This scientificwork outlines the obstacles facing pesantren education in improving quality academic people in the global-multicultural era. Pesantren, global currents can cause paradox or symptoms of counter-morality, and so does the pattern of life in the west, even greatly affect the moral decay, moral and human behavior. With this condition, the influence is very large on human life both physical and spiritual. Thus pesantren education faced various challenges with the development of education models in the era of globalization implemented by members of the community, such as system problems, human resource problems, curriculum development. Therefore, in an effort to improve quality academic humanity in global-multicultural era, pesantren have problems to explore all the resources they have, because influenced by pesantren education is less concern to the problem, human resource problem, strong influence of western culture in domination and imperialisation of information, as well as the current culture of globalization can lead to paradox or symptoms of counter-morality. With this problem, pesantren is time to devote all the power, effort and ability to always innovate, finding something new can help his life for the better. If the pesantren does not dig all his skills then he will be left behind by the ever-evolving era.

Abstract

Fatwa memegang peranan kunci di Indonesia. Mayoritas umat Islam membutuhkan jawaban hukum yang solutif dan kontekstual. Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) lewat Komisi Fatwa selama ini sudah membimbing umat lewat fatwa-fatwa hukum dalam semua bidang, baik akidah, ekonomi, politik, dan sosial. Fatwa MUI menjadi rujukan umat lintas sektoral yang ada di berbagai organsiasi masyarakat (ormas) di Indonesia.Metode fatwa MUI berpijak pada empat hal. Pertama, meninjau pendapat para imam madzhab dalam masalah yang dikaji secara serius berikut dalil-dalilnya. Kedua, masalah-masalah yang jelas hukumnya (qath’iyyat) ditetapkan apa adanya. Ketiga, dalam masalah yang diperselisihkan ulama madzhab, diselesaikan dengan dua cara, yaitu: menemukan titik temu dengan metode al-jam’u wa at-taufiq, dan menggunakan tarjih (memilih pendapat yang paling kuat argumentasinya) melalui metode perbandingan madzhab dengan menggunakan kaidah ushul fiqh perbandingan.  Keempat, masalah yang tidak ditemukan hukumnya dalam madzhab ditetapkan dengan ijtihad jama’i (kolektif) dengan metode bayani, ta’lili (qiyasi, istihsani, ilhaqi), istishlahi, dan sad adz-dzari’ah. Kelima, fatwa harus selalu memperhatikan kemaslahatan umum dan tujuan syariat Islam (maqasidus syariah).Melihat metode penetapan hukum MUI di atas, maka MUI sudah menerapkan talfiq manhaji, yaitu: menggabungkan metode penetapan hukum para imam madzhab untuk menghasilkan hukum yang kontekstual dan solutif. Produk fatwa MUI yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi syariah misalnya dilengkapi dengan al-Qur’an, hadis, ijma’, qiyas, kaidah fiqh, dan pendapat para ulama lintas madzhab. Semua dasar itu berorientasi kepada kemaslahatan umum dan tujuan syariat Islam.Talfiq manhaji yang dikembangkan Komisi Fatwa MUI ini merupakan terobosan paradigmatik yang bisa digunakan untuk merespons problematika kontemporer yang membutuhkan jawaban yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan secara normatif dan sosial sekaligus. Tidak ada fanatisme madzhab dan absolutisme pemikiran. Inklusivitas dan obyektivitas yang dikedepankan untuk memajukan umat di berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the AUD Learning Model with Modification of Congklak Games that are Effective As a Child Development Stimulation Facility. This type of research is Development Research. Subjects were children of group B in RA in RA Perwanida Wonosobo. Research data collection method uses: Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with percentage validation data.The results showed: AUD learning model with Congklak Game Modification was delivered through stories with the help of posters, singing together, question and answer, mentioning, drawing and playing Congklak according to the theme of using learning models with effective Congklak Game Modification. This effectiveness is indicated by a significance value greater than 0.05. This is supported by the results of calculationst. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menemukan Model Pembelajaran AUD dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak yang efektif Sebagai Sarana Stimulasi Perkembangan Anak. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B di RA di RA Perwanida Wonosobo. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan:  Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi .Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan data validasi persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Model pembelajaran AUD dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak ini diantarkan melalui cerita dengan bantuan poster,menyanyi bersama,tanya jawab, menyebutkan, gambar dan bermain Congklak sesuai tema  model pembelajaran menggunakan dengan Modifikasi Permainan Congklak efektif. Abstract

Each discipline of Sciences has a scope of discussion on the basis of epistemology which is the reference in the discussion. Something particular epistemology may be a reference from some science or may be di erent epistemology. . However, the message to be conveyed by a particular science, should be di erent, at least in terms of the speci€ cations and provisions applicable in that science, including in terms of the terminology used. If this is ignored, it will cause confusion of understanding and in turn the message to be delivered discipline does not reach the target, even it raises the problem. Moreover, between Philosophy and Science, there is clearly a signi€ cant epistemological di erence. If Philosophy departs from the spirit of contemplative thinking that is not legitimated with the involution of any discipline, in a free and underserved discourse. While Science departs from certain rules, even depended on a particular discipline.  is means that speaking of Philosophy must be independent of any discipline, speci€ cation and legitimacy context.  is paper attempts to describe some of the terms applicable in Philosophy of Sciences which should not have happened and is legitimate to be corrected, otherwise it can be interpreted to straighten understanding. Abstract

Abstraksi Artikel ini membahas mengenai kemampuan membaca dan menulis responden yang merupakan mahasiswa asing di UIN Walisongo Semarang. Responden berasal dari wilayah kelompok propinsi Thailand Selatan. Kemampuan membaca dan menulis responden diukur menggunakan indikator bahasa Indonesia (Bahasa) yaitu kemampuan membaca dan menulis. Responden berjumlah 37 orang, terdiri dari 25 mahasiswi dan 12 mahasiswa yang tersebar di 3 fakultas di UIN Walisongo Semarang. Responden berusia antara 20 hingga 28 tahun dari angkatan 2012 hingga 2016. Bahasa asli dari responden adalah bahasa Melayu. Bahasa kedua yang dikuasai responden adalah bahasa Thailand. Responden belum cukup mempunyai bekal kemampuan Bahasa sebelum tiba di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data pada artikel ini menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh untuk indikator membaca adalah mean atau rata-rata responden dalam membaca tulisan Bahasa berada pada angka 22. Angka tersebut berada di antara interval 21 – 22  yang menunjuk pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan hasil temuan untuk indikator menulis adalah mean berada pada angka 25. Angka 25 terletak di antara interval 24 – 25 yang menunjuk pada kategori sedang. Kategori ini menggunakan interval standar lima yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dalam artikel ini adalah baik kemampuan membaca dan menulis responden menggunakan Bahasa berada pada kategori sedang.Kata kunci : membaca, menulis Bahasa, mahasiswa Thailand Selatan ***AbstractThis article discusses the writing and reading skills of South Thailand students at UIN Walisongo Semarang. The respondents were from the province of South Thailand, their skills were measured by using an indicator of ability to write and speak Bahasa. They were 37 students from 2012 till 2016, who aged between 20 to 28 years old. The 12 students were males while the rest were female students. These students were spread across 3 faculties. Their original language was Malay whereas the second one was Thai. They actually did not have adequate language skills preparation before having come to Indonesia. Data were collected by using questionnaires with average skills of reading Bahasa was 22. The score of 22 is located between 21-22 interval, which it refers to medium category. While the average of writing skills was in 25 (in a medium category as well). The conclusion that can be obtained in this article is that both the ability to read and write respondents using the language is in the medium category.Keywords :reading, writing Bahasa, students of South Thailand***

Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics of intolerance from aspects of mind, language, action and solution through strengthening the education of tolerant character in learning Indonesian. Intolerance in practice can be harsh words, hate speech, harassment, until the action of radicalism. Strengthening character education is a mandate that must be implemented in Islamic elementary education. There are seventeen required  implemented characters. Start religious character, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nationality, love of the homeland, appreciate achievement, communicative, love peace, love reading, caring environment, social care, and responsible. Tolerance became one of the urgent characters strengthened in this era of the fourth industrial revolution. The language of the children represents its character. The more polite, refined, and tolerant of their language, the stronger the character is polite, refined, and tolerant to them, and vice versa. Indonesian language learning with whole language approach can strengthen the tolerant character because it is done intact, integral, not partial from aspects of listening, reading, writing and speaking. The language understanding in this approach is not just textual, but contextual and even intertextual. Indonesian language learning through whole language approach aims to strengthen the character of tolerant, polite, social care and boils down to the attitude of religious tolerance. There are two indicators of religious tolerance, to people of fellow religion, and tolerance to people of different religions.
