Abstract

Pembelajaran project based learning Merupakan proses pembelajaran  yang secara langsung melibatkan siswa untuk menghasilkan sesuatu. Abidin (2007) menjelaskan model pembelajaran ini memiliki karakteristik diantaranya; melibatkan siswa secara langsung dalam pembelajaran, menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan dunia nyata dan Diakhiri dengan menghasilkan  sebuah produk olahan ikan. Banyak masyarakat Merauke terutama anak-anak usia sekolah Lebih memilih produk makanan yang berasal dari  daging ayam, daging sapi ataupun daging rusa dari pada ikan. Maka  sangat perlu dilakukan  pemberdayaan  kepada anak-anak agar gemar makan ikan melalui kegiatan pengenalan educations Fisheries pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi; kegiatan pengenalan tentang jenis-jenis ikan (Education Fisheries), manfaat makan ikan dan kegiatan cooking class. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian siswa dapat membedakan jenis-jenis ikan yang hidup di daerah estuari dengan jenis-jenis ikan yang hidup di air tawar maupun yang hidup di air laut, siswa dapat mengetahui manfaat makan ikan, serta siswa dapat mengetahui beberapa produk olahan dari ikan menjadi makanan yang menarik dan lebih digemari olah anak-anak.

Abstract

The mangrove play an important role in protection of beach from wave, wind and hurricane. The pole of mangrove can protect home, building and agriculture from bad wind or water intrution. Mangrove forest are green belt have already destroyed and exploited illegally. Thus the penetrate of wave can destroyed many home, land inundated the agriculture. The activities were conducted in 5 November 2018 in Senior High School 1 Samatiga. The empowerment activity including the socialization of mangrove forest role to student of SMAN 1 Samatiga. The conducting method with using extension directly. There are working stage to solve the problem including the survey, exploration activity, the socialization and MONEV. The material of the socialization that we deliver such as the introduction of mangrove species Samatiga area and survey activities as well as the exploration of mangrove ecosystem. The aims of this activity is to introduce directly regarding mangrove ecosystem to student.

Abstract

Natural disaster realize us with the greatness of Allah SWT. However, human being always neglect and did wrongdoing that cause this earth to be labile. Therefore, the role of Dayah that yield santri with adequate knowledge in religion. Santri also prepared with disaster material. Thus, they are able to implemented the disaster mitigation and give preach for disaster casualties that experience trauma and depression. The aim of this activity is to give the socialization includng preach regarding disaster based Holy Qur’an and Hadist. The stage of held including (1) the socialization and preach related disaster, (2) to tell the  positive and negative impact from natural disaster, (3) to form Focus Group Discussion about  disaster organization movement based on islamic sharia for sustainablity and information media. In the socialization of disaster organization movement based on islamic sharia is begun to give preach regarding disaster. Subsequently, we conducted focus group discussion for forming the organization of disaster mujahidin. It is undertake as effort of PKM sustainablity.

Abstract

Coastal and marine resources provide several benefit for increasing the coastal prosperity. Several benefits of coastal and marine resources including food and non food sources and drugs. According to survey that coastal and marine resources that widespread alongside of Lhok Bubon coastal including macroalgae, sea cucumber and mangrove. It is to be benchmark to gain information related the provided of biopharmaca raw material. The empowering community activity was held in April 7, 2019 at the beach of Lhok Bubon Samatiga district West Aceh Regency. The method of activity icluding the survey of coastal and marine resources, the socialization of empowering community and beach clean movement. The activity showed the awareness of coastal community to keep the coastal and marine environment. In other hand, the empowering community activity which the coastal community obtained several informations related the utilization of coastal and marine resources in Lhok Bubon Village Samatiga District West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Coastal area is fishermen’s home area and landed catch fish as an activity of economic life. Lhok Bubon Village is beach subdistrict of fishermen and tourism place for West Aceh community. The coastal area is front of the open oceans have beautiful scene with shallow beach and low wave. This village have a lot of local tourist. Thus, it is necessary to elevate with bussiness such as restaurant  and other services. The empowering community was undertaken for giving awareness to local community from management aspect and productive economic activity where the need to tourism are secondary need. With adequate facilities and keep cleanliness of the beach.  It have opportunity to be tourism place that priority for local community as marine tourim site. Economical empowerment to be one of material that conveyed to increasing the motivation for women in order to utilize the potency of coastal resources as transport of family economic in management aspect such as plannning, organizing, actuacting of tourism services as well as surveilance aspect and islamic tourism site for West Aceh community especially outside West Aceh.
