Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Cultural Tourism Object Benteng Makes in Belu Regency. The samples were 30 respondents who gained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SWOT. The results showed that based on Grand Strategy Matrix, the Cultural Tourism Object of Benteng Makes is in quadrant I which means it supports the strategy aggressively and also the strategy of SO (Strength Opportunities) as a priority strategy. The development strategy for Benteng Makes as a Cultural Tourism Object needs to be considered from various aspects of development such as tourists, adequate accessibility, attractions or tourism objects, service facilities around tourist objects, information and promotion as well as institutions in terms of quality human resources. Suggestions in this research are the need to provide facilities at the Cultural Tourism Object of Benteng Makes which is still lacking, the cooperation with related parties in order to maintain and preserve tourism objects, promote tourism objects to be better known and visited, as well as synergy with the Regional Government and Academics in terms of providing quality human resources in the tourism sector. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of Materialism, Self-Control and Motivation on the Behavior of Family Financial Management in East Penfui Village, Center Kupang District, Kupang Regency. This type of research used survey method, with a qualitative description approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was the residents of Dusun 1 East Penfui Village with the total of 318 families (KK). The sample of research using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The sample of research taken as many as 76 respondents. The results of this study indicated that Materialism, Self-Control and Motivation behave well to the Financial Management of families in the Dusun 1 East Penfui Village. Abstract

The goal of a company is to achieve optimal results and profits so that the continuity of the company can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to analyze the production patterns used by the Batako Jalan Baru in minimizing additional costs. Data collection techniques used in this study are additional cost analysis techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted in June 2020. The results of the study using three production patterns shows that the most efficient production pattern in minimizing additional costs on the Batako Jalan Baru is a corrugated production pattern because it has the smallest additional costs. The results of this study can provide an alternative choice for companies with the aim of minimizing costs. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size on the Performance of the cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with regression analysis tools and the coefficient of determination. The results of data processing analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a fairly strong and unidirectional closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable and has a determination coefficient value of 47.91%. The results of testing the F test hypothesis indicate that the Capital Structure, Profitability and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on company Performance. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that Capital Structure has no significant effect on company Performance. Profitability has a significant effect on company Performance and Company Size has a significant effect on company Performance. Abstract

This research aims to present the results of the study about the information management practice through conducting an Information Audit (IA). The research was conducted at Language Centre of Nusa Cendana University in Kupang – East Nusa Tenggara. The information audit was conducted to examine (1) the existing information resources available to the staf of Language Centre and (2) to find out the information problems faced by the staf in the Language Centre.Case study research methodology was applied with document analysis, questionnaire and interviews were used for data collection. All data were analysed manually, where data from questionnaire was generated directly to Microsft Excel to create a list of information resources. Further, Thematic analysis method was used to analyse the interview data to find general themes of information problem. Study found that documents, websites,and information system were the information resources used by the staf. While, People, Timeliness, and Technology were the main information problems faced by the staf. This study recommended that Language Centre must create an information policy, conduct a digital literacy or computer training for the employees to improve their performance in using technology and create an integrated information system. It is also important that university can also conducting information audit for whole units, faculties in Undana in order to create a general information policy for university to have a better information management practice as well as to help the university to achieve its strategic goals. Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet is currently developing very widely. This greatly affects the lifestyle of most humans at this time. The internet is an important part of everyday life in terms of accessing existing social media. Changes also occur in WOM (Word Of Mouth) communication. Through e-WOM communication, WOM behavior in social media, consumers can obtain information and exchange opinions about products and services. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of e-WOM in social media Facebook towards Purchasing Decision on Muca Cafe Kupang. The variables in this study are the independent variable; e-WOM (Intensity, Valence of Opinion, Content) and the dependent variable; Purchasing Decision. The population in this study were consumers who befriended in social media Facebook with Muca Cafe, with a sample of 100 respondents conducted by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study using the questionnaire method. The instruments were applied Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing using t-Test and F Test. Data analysis techniques used Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and Coefficient of Determination. The result of this study indicates e-WOM through social media Facebook has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision. Abstract

This research was conducted at KSP CU Serviam Kupang with the object of research are the KSP CU Serviam Kupang employees. This research is an associative research which provides an explanation of the causal relationship between variables based on two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and observation techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The purpose of this study are (1) To analyze and describe Employee Morale, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of KSP CU Serviam employees, (2) To analyze and describe the influence of Employees Morale on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of KSP CU Serviam employees, (3) To analyze and describe describe the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of KSP CU Serviam employees, (4) To analyze and describe the influence of Employees Morale and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of KSP CU Serviam employees. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques, inferential statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results showed that (1) Employees Morale partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in KSP CU Serviam Kupang, (2) Organizational Commitment partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of KSP CU Serviam Kupang, (3) Employees Morale and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the KSP CU Serviam Kupang. Thus the company must continue to improve and pay attention to Employee Morale and Organizational Commitment in the company so that employees are always eager to work for the achievement of company goals. Abstract

The objective of this reaserch is to know and analyze impact of e-procurement on transparancy and accountability strategies for the budget absrorption of goods/services in NTB. The population and sample in this study is the users from all instance in NTB that using e-procurement (specifically e-purchasing based on e-catalogue). In this study did not use samples because all participants became respondents, 30 respondents. The analysis technique is using Multiple Regression Model - Moderated Regression Analysis. The results is the strategy of transparency and accountability has no significant on the absorption of goods/services procurement budgets in NTB. Not only that, E-procurement also can not moderate the transparancy and accountability strategy for the budget absrorption of goods/services in NTB.
