Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia dari dulu telah menjadi faktor paling dominan dan vital dalam membangun sebuah bangsa dan negara. Sebab tidak ada negara yang maju tanpa SDM yang berkualitas, apalagi dalam mengahadapi era baru dunia yang disebut dengan Era Disrupsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan Strategi yang tepat terhadap para pendidik dan Lembaga Pendidikan agar mampu mencetak SDM yang unggul menghadapi perkembanga zaman yang cepat dan komplek diantaranya Era Disrupsi. Metode penelotian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Library Research dengan pendekatan Analisis Deskriptif terhadap fenomena perkembangan dan perubahan zaman yang juga disebut dnegan “Dirasah Mstaqbaliyah” atau “Futuristic Research”. Dimana penelitia mengamati, mempelajari dan menganalisa fenomena sosial memebrikan deskripsi yang tepat berupa strategi, pendekatan atau metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah; Pembangunan karakter SDM berbanding lurus dan sangat berkorelasi dengan kemampuan sebuah bangsa beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dunia dan berkompetisi dengan negara lain.

Abstract

It is hoped that Indonesia will focus on building the quality of human resources that are adequate to increase national competitiveness. This is the the key to winning free trade and world globalization. Therefore, policies to increase knowledge and insvestment in human capital as the basis for economic improvement to improve the quality of human resources are considered to be the most effective investment that the state must make to promote long-term, inclusive economic growth. Educational growth affects economic growth and vice versa. The Role of higher education has the opportunity to improve the nation‟s economy. Learning from several developed countries, the Indonesian government must take strategic steps in an effort to build national education. Invesrments in education will significantly encourage economic progress and create social welfare. The aim of this research is to improve the quality of human capital as a capital for Indonesia‟s economic development and national assets. This theoretical study uses the literature review method. The results of the study are then presented to answer the formulation of research problems , namely 1)Knowledge_Based Economy,2)Human Capital Investment,3)Human Development Index, 4)How is The Relationshhip between Education and Economic Growth?

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk menekan angka kasus COVID-19 yang kian meningkat adalah dengan penyediaan vaksin COVID-19 dari pemerintah. Meski masih dalam tahap uji klinis, keberadaan vaksin ini diharapkan dapat melindungi masyarakat Indonesia dari pandemi. Dari sekian banyak pembahasan tentang Covid-19 dan vaksinnya, satu hal yang tak boleh dilupakan adalah kehalalan vaksin tersebut. Beberapa buku, artikel, dan media massa dijadikan rujukan untuk memahami studi ini. Dan disimpulkan bahwa vaksin Covid-19 yang telah sampai di Indonesia dan akan disuntikkan ke masyarakatnya terbukti halal dan boleh digunakan. Tentu saja, selain vaksin, masyarakat juga diharapkan dapat terus menjaga kesehatan dirnya masing-masing dengan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstrak: (In English) The birth of Islam which was brought by Allah's Apostle, in the 7th century AD, gave rise to an extraordinary driving force, which has been experienced by mankind. Islam is a giant movement that has been running throughout the ages in its growth and development. The entry and development of Islam in Indonesia from a historical and sociological perspective is very complex and there are many problems, especially regarding the history of the early development of Islam. There is a difference between the old opinion and the new opinion. The old opinion states that Islam entered Indonesia in the 13th century AD and the new opinion states that Islam first entered Indonesia in the 7th century AD. Aceh area. The arrival of Islam to Indonesia was carried out peacefully, it can be seen through trade routes, da'wah, marriage, Sufism and tarekat teachings, as well as arts and education, all of which support the rapid process of Islam entering and developing in Indonesia. Islamic education activities in Aceh were born, grew and developed along with the development of Islam in Aceh. The mass conversion of society to Islam during the Islamic kingdom in Aceh could not be separated from the influence of the royal rulers and the role of scholars and poets. Aceh has been the center of Islamic studies since the time of Sultan Malik Az-Zahir, with an informal education system in the form of halaqoh. Which in turn became the formal education system.

Abstract

Abstract In English: The spread of covid-19 in Indonesia coincides with the arrival of Ramadan. In fact, apart from fasting, there are also many other religious rituals, both express and implied in Islamic teachings, which have the value of friendship. The government also issued various regulations which in fact prohibit and limit these religious activities. In fact, the MUI also supported it by issuing a fatwa. By using an interpretive subjective approach and qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes data in the form of normative phenomena, social values, and the use of the maqasidsyari'ah method. Conclusions obtained, Fatwa MUI is one of the sources of law and guidance for Muslims in conducting religious activities in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic; Fatwa MUI related to the prohibition and restriction of religious activities in congregation in accordance with some concepts of maqasidsyari'ah.

Abstract

Abstract (In English): Modern as a phase of life that is based on a rational pattern of thinking and lifestyle. Modern is rational, scientific, in accordance with the laws that apply in nature. As an understanding that applies science, there are consequences for absolute obligations and obligations for humans. Therefore, modernism is seen as God's commandment, thus Islam is synonymous with modernity. Modernism is an attempt to realize the truth, and that truth must be constantly sought. Truth, can only be achieved through a process, and humans will never get that truth perfectly, without real effort. An earnest search for truth is an attitude demanded by Islamic teachings. Modernism is the commandment of Islamic teachings, so Islam and modernity are identical. Rationalism is a paradigm based on the belief in the power of human reason and reason. In this paradigm, something is declared true, if it can be proven and can be accepted rationally. The phenomenon of scientism in the Western world shows us that science has become a new ideology or religion (pesudo religion). Western society marginalizes religion even if it can be said to abolish all sacred religious beliefs, and only accepts and believes in science. This belief emerged around the 18-19 century, science has become an idol that is worshiped by modern humans. Modernism is recognized to have brought wealth physically - materially. This phenomenon, becomes a tendency to dehumanize, is degraded, and reduces the quality of human life. Therefore, the noble values ​​of humanity, such as compassion, togetherness, solidarity and human brotherhood are not a concern, and what stands out from modern society is individualism. Humans in the modern age have become very vulnerable to disease, because they have actually lost one of the fundamental aspects, namely spiritualism. Modern man is hit by a spiritual void, he forgets the center of the circle of existence, namely, Allah SWT. Religion provides a solution to return to the center of the circle of human existence. Religion answers complex problems faced by humans, such as death, suffering and disaster. Religion answers the challenges of modernity, therefore religion must be a guide for human life who wants to achieve happiness in life both in this world and in the hereafter.
