Abstract

The number of outpatient visits in the Xcommunity health center in 2016 was 32633 patients, and in 2017 the number of visits increased by 38374 patients, while in 2018 the number of visits decreased by 36604 patients. Based on data from outpatient visits at X health center that the number of patient visits decreased, where in 2017 increased and in 2018 decreased the number of patient visits.The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health care services and the interest of outpatient visits to the X community health center.The type of research conducted was observational analytic research using a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out in the technical service unit of the X community health center in 2019. The population was all patients using outpatient care facilities at Cipancuh Health Center in 2019, with 36604 outpatients. The sample size is 100 people. Sampling is done by simple random sampling.Statistical test results, namely the quality of health services ( value = 0,000) are related to the interest of outpatient visits in the Technical Implementation Unit of the X community Health Center in 2019.It is expected that the staff will further improve the quality of their services in the hope that patients who use outpatient facilities. Abstract

Coffee shop has become a public space that provides freedom for visitors to engage in chatting, gathering and seeking information. The gathering activity that occurs can be a risk for Covid-19 transmission. The purpose to analyze the system that has been running and its weaknesses, to analyze the needs and the proposed system related to the application "Warkop Peduli Covid". This is a qualitative descriptive analysis with Evolutionary Web Development method which focuses on Context Analysis. In-depth interviews were conducted with the Coffee shop Tarakan Brewing House owner and Coffee shop visitors. The results are the needs of the owner of the Warkop Tarakan Brewing House, namely an application that immediately presents results related to the risk of transmission, updates on the latest information on the number of positive cases in Tarakan City which are officially released by the government and the presence of preventive information in the form of pictures or videos. Meanwhile, the needs of visitors to Coffee shop Tarakan Brewing House are to ensure that personal data can be kept confidential. In addition, the information presented must be readable or easy to understand. The proposed system to be developed is a Web-based “Warkop Peduli-Covid” to facilitate independent risk assessment of Covid-19 and information related to the prevention and current conditions of Covid-19. Abstract

Malaria cases are widely found in Indonesia with 30.000 of death every year. Purworejo is one of endemic area of malaria in Indonesia. There is increasing of malaria cses every year in Purworejo. Furthermore, people in Purworejo assume that malaria is so common disease. The research was observational-analitic research with cross sectional design. Number of sample were 70 people.Sample of research consisted of two group, which are malaria patient who got medical treatment and malaria patient who got traditional treatment. Analysis of relationship between independence and dependence variable was tested by Chi-Square test. Meanwhile analysis of most influential variable applied logistic regression. There were four variables related with malaria seeking care, gender, belief, knowledge and perception of seriousness. Variable that simultaneously affected malaria seeking care were knowledge and perception of seriousness. Meanwhile the most influential variable was perception of seriousness. Abstract

Industrial development, the textile besides provide benefits to the people can also cause pollution problems. The high use of dyes on industrial activity, for example chromium and lead impact in improving the amount of pollution and waste that it. This research aimed at identifying lead and chrome on groundwater around the staining in Kampung Industri Tenun Kota Kediri. Abstract

Currently over nutrition and obesity are epidemics in developed countries, such as UK, Brazil, Singapore and are rapidly developing. The World Health Organization (WHO) noted, in 2005, globally there were about 1.6 billion adults who were overweight or overweight and 400 million of them were categorized as obese. In 2015, it is predicted that obesity cases will double from that number. This study aims to determine the increase in public knowledge about obesity in toddlers. This study used a quasi experimental design with one group pretest and posttest designs. Data collection began on January 9, 2020 in Sumberasih Village, Kediri Regency, with 35 respondents attending the posyandu activities. Of the 35 respondents, it was found that most of the mothers aged 26-30 were 12 respondents, 19 respondents had graduated from high school / MA and 14 respondents did not work. Most of the mother's level of knowledge at the pre-test was in the poor category as many as 13 respondents, while at the time of the post-test with the good category it was 23 people (65.7%). There is a relationship between the socialization of nutrition and increased knowledge about the prevention of obesity under five. Keyword: Education, level of knowledge, obesity

Abstract

In carrying out work, a wood craftsman must carry out physical activity. In lifting and carrying the load is more on the muscles, especially on the back, which can cause muscle fatigue. The research objective was to determine the factors that influence muscle fatigue in sawmill employees at CV Kahwa Jaya Sawmill Jambi City in 2020. The population in this study was 33 workers. Samples were taken by total sampling technique which was carried out by filling out a questionnaire and calculating the pulse. The results were analyzed Univariate and Bivariate with the chi square test. The results of statistical analysis using chi-square showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status (0.031), workload (0.000) and no relationship with physical work attitude (0.588) with muscle fatigue. It is recommended that workers to reduce muscle fatigue should eat a nutritionally balanced diet that produces 35,000 calories consumed at breakfast and lunch and drink enough water at least 8 glasses a day.
