Abstract

Background: Indonesian population 58.22% work in the informal sector where on average 33% work as farmers and fishermen. This underlies the importance of paying attention to the informal sector in terms of occupational health. Karimun Jawa region at least 60% of the population work as fishermen and traditional divers.Method: This type of descriptive research with the aim to describe the condition of the description of health problems experienced by fishermen in Kemojan village with a sample of 21 fishermen with research instruments in the form of questionnaires, HB quick check, tensimeter, and urine color sample tests.Results: Respondent's blood pressure showed a systolic pressure that was more than normal or more than 121mmHg of 81% of the total 21 respondents and 47.6% had a diastole level that was more than normal, with 32% of respondents having higher levels of hemoglobin abnormal and 61.9% experiencing moderate dehydration.Conclusion: Respondent's blood pressure showed a tendency to experience hypertension, and lack of consumption of mineral water. Divers of fisherman respondents are advised to be able to control salt consumption to reduce the potential risk of hypertension and increase consumption of mineral water so that respondents avoid interference with the excretion channels in the body.

Abstract

Coffee shop has become a public space that provides freedom for visitors to engage in chatting, gathering and seeking information. The gathering activity that occurs can be a risk for Covid-19 transmission. The purpose to analyze the system that has been running and its weaknesses, to analyze the needs and the proposed system related to the application "Warkop Peduli Covid". This is a qualitative descriptive analysis with Evolutionary Web Development method which focuses on Context Analysis. In-depth interviews were conducted with the Coffee shop Tarakan Brewing House owner and Coffee shop visitors. The results are the needs of the owner of the Warkop Tarakan Brewing House, namely an application that immediately presents results related to the risk of transmission, updates on the latest information on the number of positive cases in Tarakan City which are officially released by the government and the presence of preventive information in the form of pictures or videos. Meanwhile, the needs of visitors to Coffee shop Tarakan Brewing House are to ensure that personal data can be kept confidential. In addition, the information presented must be readable or easy to understand. The proposed system to be developed is a Web-based “Warkop Peduli-Covid” to facilitate independent risk assessment of Covid-19 and information related to the prevention and current conditions of Covid-19. Abstract

Penerapan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat supaya tidak terjangkit virus Covid-19. Dampak dari PPKM selain melindungi masyarakat dari persebaran Covid-19 juga memliki dampak negatif bagi kesehatan mental, khususnya mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan gangguan kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa dengan penerapan PPKM. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan jenis rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 155 responden. Pengisian kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan 45.2% (70) mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental “kesepian” dan 30.3% (47) “khawatir hasil kuliah buruk”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa mahasiswa mengalami gangguan mental yang tinggi sehingga dapat berdampak terhadap perkembangan sumberdaya manusia dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Puskesmas menjadi ujung tombak dalam upaya mengurangi mobilitas penyebaran Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas terkait dengan waktu tunggu yang lama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan membuat PUSTAKA (Puskesmas Tanpa Tanya Di Kota Semarang). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sebaran penerimaan pengunjung Puskesmas Terakreditasi Paripurna (Gayamsari dan Halmahera) dalam pemanfaatan PUSTAKA di kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai Januari 2022 di Puskesmas Gayamsari dan Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan Analisis Univariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pasien memiliki harapan kinerja tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), harapan usaha rendah sebanyak 63 responden (50,4%), pengaruh sosial rendah sebanyak 66 responden ( 52,8%, kondisi fasilitasi tinggi sebanyak 64 responden (51,2%), motivasi hedonis tinggi sebanyak 70 responden (56%), dan kebiasaan tinggi sebanyak 72 responden (57,6%).

Abstract

Background: Students are the most significant internet users in Indonesia. 49.52% of internet user groups in Indonesia are students. High internet users do not guarantee that digital health literacy is also high. Students at the Universitas Dian Nuswantoro health faculty are responsible for disseminating health information and transmitting digital health literacy interests. Health literacy skills are necessary for health students to sort out doubtful information. Good health literacy skills will impact students' ability to assess incoming data and make appropriate health decisions. This study aims to describe the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Method: This descriptive study provides an overview/description of the digital health literacy skills possessed by students of the Faculty of Health. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The research population of health students is 1.642 people with the sample being 321 students. Data collection using Google Forms and distributed through class groups in WhatsApp (WA) and communicated privately. The statistical test used descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Faculty of Health Science at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro students had an "Advanced" or "Independent-Advanced" level of competence. The advanced level indicates that their digital competencies and health information skills are at their current status and without problems. Indicators that digital health literacy can improve our safety. Thus. students can improve methods for securing personal data. Conclusion: Digital health literacy is an ability needed in today's digital era. What needs to be improved is that students can choose the most appropriate method to protect personal data.
