Abstract

Background & Methode : This is explanatory research, with cross-sectional approach and the survey method. This study population was all the nurses at Inpatient Room of Batang Hospital, amount 199 people, and samples are nurses who had worked for at least 1 year, amount 133 respondents. Analysis of the correlation between the variables of age, working years, gender, marital status, perception of leadership style, and motivation with nurse’s performance using the chi-square test, whereas correlation between education and nurse’s performance using the Fisher Exact Test. To see the influence of demographic characteristics, perceptions of leadership, motivation of the nurse to performance logistic regression test.Result : The results of statistical tests showed that there were no correlation between age, working years, sex, education, marital status and perceptions of leadership style with performance of nursing room employers. Recommendations for nurses: a need to increase performance, especially by implementing standards of nursing care, for the management need of attention towards the motivation of the nurses, with a consistent application of rules, career development, incentives and infrastructure.Keywords : demographic characteristics, work motivation, leadership style.

Abstract

Background & Methode : Indirect female sexual workers who is operate as such as camouflaged as sex commercial, usually she works on special work and the side jobs is sexual workers. The subject research is a singer or back sound in song room (karaoke). They are kind of group who have high risk to influence HIV & AIDS case. The Purpose of this research is to describe the attitude of indirect sex worker, especiallywho have main profession as a back sound to preventions AIDS in Pekalongan Regency.This Research is designed exploratory research with cross sectional approach, research of qualitative method. The informan include five indirect female sexual workers  in several research locations.Result : Result for this research showed part of indirect sex worker done know how to prevented HIV & AIDS used condoms, their practice to AIDS’s prevention effort still less. Although they agree to use condom as a good preventions systems. In their perceptions, condoms just only to avoid pregnancy, not for avoid PMS or HIV/AIDS transmitions. Recommendation for health department, more increase collaboration with sectoral link especially academic sector to decrease HIV/AIDS especially in this community.Keywords : Indirect female sexual workers, behavior to prevented HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Background : Amount of natural Indonesia resident of  increasing in 2001 equal to 22-24% or 48-53 million. Fatness cause some disease and health trouble like heart, hypertension, joint, diabetes mellitus, trouble hormonal. This research aim to know the factor of risk of occurence obesitas in adolescent of High School in region of North Batang. The purpose sampling is counted in 30 people of case group and 30 group people to control . Methode : Data collecting use the kuesioner and balance. Result : Result of research known nothing relation signifikan of among between knowledge storey level about obesitas ( value 1,000) and psychological factor ( value 0,579) with the occurence obesitas at adolescent. There relation signifikan mount the earnings ( value 0,016), pattern eat ( value 0,010), physical activity ( value 0,000), factor genetik ( value 0,002) and sport habit ( value 0,000) with the occurence obesitas at adolescent. better apply the pattern eat healthy, doing activity of physical and sport habit regularly, adolescent specially having history of genetis Key Word : Risk Factor, obesity

Abstract

Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekata cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang menggunakan pelayanan rawat jalan yaitu poliklinik anak, bedah, gigi, jiwa, kebidaan/kandungan, mata, penyakit dalam,syarf, THT, dan kulit kelamin di RSUD Bendan Kota Pekalongan. Cara ukurnya adalah wawacara dengan kuesioner. Analisis datanya menggunakan Chi Square sedangkan untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungannya menggunakan koefisien kontingensi.Hasil : dari analisis korelasi menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanaa dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayanan rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antaran kualitas pelayanan dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayanan rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan loket pendaftaran dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayanan rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan pembayaran dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayanan rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan pemeriksaan poliklinik dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayanan rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sarana dengan minat menggunakan ulang pelayana rawat jalan dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Minat Menggunakan Ulang

Abstract

Background & Methode : Related  Knowledge and attitude of cadre with the Cadres Practice in Posyandu in Job distric of “Puskesmas Wonokerto” Pekalongan Regency; based on The number of Mother Mortality Rate (MMR) in Pekalongan district had 161/100.000 birth live, one of  the aim “Posyandu” was to decrees MMR by the cadres practicing “posyandu”. The aim of this study was to analizy and identify the related knowledge and attitude of cadre with the cadres practice in posyandu in job distric of “Puskesmas Wonokerto” Pekalongan Regency.This study was an explanatory research using cross sectional approach, using 70 partisipant. Result : The result was showed Knowledge had related with cadres practice    ( p value 0.003) and attitude had related with cadres practice (p value 0.006).Keywords : Knowledge, attitude of cadre, Cadres Practice in Posyandu
