Abstract

In this day and age the use of technology has become very fast and massive, and today's technology users do not look at age and gender status with easy use. The purpose of writing articles is to present opportunities and challenges in building students' character in digital literacy. The research method is to use literature research using national and international journals, the results of the research include the challenges of spreading fake news, rampant negative content, triggering bullying in cyberspace, decreasing the moral quality of students, and the lack of technologically literate educators as well as opportunities for digital literacy in building character students namely supporting educational progress, eradicating illiteracy in students, supporting student skills and understanding digital responsibility as students. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion of the study is that digital literacy has positive and negative impacts for each individual, in schools, especially students, it is something that must be the responsibility of teachers and parents who are responsible for students at home and in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

AbstractBased on the Decree of the Director General Number 4924 of 2016 and Number 2851 of 2020, regarding the implementation of skills programs stipulated by the ministry of religion. The development of the life skill Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sragen as an actualization equips students to have skills as life support when they are in the community. This study aims to find out how the curriculum development of life skills program is implemented by Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sragen. The curriculum implemented by the institution uses the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). This research method uses a qualitative approach with a structured and empirical type of exploration with interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The analysis technique includes three processes, namely data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be drawn conclusions 1) The life skills are given in intra-curricular learning and must be followed by all students, except for digital classes. 2) The development process implemented in general is good. 3) The Life Skills that are applied are eight mandatory programs and four new programs. It is better for institutions to carry out life skills funding separately.Keywords: Curriculum Development; Life Skill; MadrasahAbstrakBerlandaskan SK Dirjen Nomor 4924 Tahun 2016 dan Nomor 2851 Tahun 2020, tentang pelaksanaan program keterampilan yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian agama. Pengembangan program life skill Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sragen sebagai aktualisasi membekali peserta didik untuk memiliki kecakapan sebagai penunjang kehidupan saat berada di lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan kurikulum program keterampilan life skill yang dilaksanakan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sragen. Kurikulum yang diterapkan lembaga menggunakan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis eksplorasi terstruktur dan empiris dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis mencakup tiga proses yaitu reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan 1) Program life skill diberikan dalam pembelajaran intrakulikuler dan wajib diikuti semua peserta didik, terkecuali kelas digital. 2) Proses pengembangan yang dilaksanakan secara umum bagus. 3) Life Skil yang diterapkan terdapat delapan program wajib dan empat program baru. Sebaiknya lembaga melaksanakan pendanaan life skill secara terpisah.Kata kunci: Life Skill; Madrasah; Pengembangan Kurikulum

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin pendidikan yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di sekolah adalah prinsip dalam lembaga tertentu. Kepala sekolah sangat menentukan keberhasilan dan kemajuan peningkatan standar sekolah. Hal ini karena sekolah harus memiliki pemimpin yang kuat karena merupakan entitas yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan. Seorang pemimpin yang baik harus mampu membimbing sekolah menuju tujuan yang sejalan dengan visi dan misinya serta mampu mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDS TERPADU dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deksritip dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdarakan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Peran seorang pemimpin kepala sekolah sangat penting sekali dalam kemajuan suatu sekolah. Pengimplementasian Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam di SD Swasta Islam Terpadu Al-Hijrah ini sudah berjalan semestinya. Dalam penerapan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di sekolah ini bisa dilihat dari dua poin besar didalamnya, yaitu konsultasi dan pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Leadership is the main determinant of the process of the birth of a nation, the dynamics of education and the effectiveness of leadership. The principal is a person who has great influence on the school. As a supervisor, the principal participates in the management of his educational resources. Writing this article uses a type of qualitative research with the method of literature study. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the role of the principal in developing extraordinary teacher professionalism, so that teachers can be professional in educating students. The results of the school principal's research must carry out their duties according to their obligations, policies and be responsible. The responsibilities of the principal include the following for professional teachers: the principal as an educator, the principal as a manager, the principal as a supervisor, the principal as a leader, the principal as an administrator, the principal as a motivator, and the principal as a creator of the environment Work. The following abilities are needed by every educator to become a professional teacher: knowledge, understanding, abilities, attitudes, values and interests. A quality teacher can cultivate high-quality, future-ready students.

Abstract

The existence of leadership as part of a management is very important to achieve organizational goals. It has strategic and dominant roles due to its position in managing an organization. This article written aims to describe the understanding of educational leadership by examining problems through library research, according to the book written by Dr. Ahmad Bittoh, Dr. Hasan At-toani entitled Al Idaroh Tarbawiyah. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. To understand whether educational leadership must first know the definition, concept and theory of leadership itself, especially in leadership Islamic educational institutions should concern the four characteristics of leadership according to Islam, namely shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah.Keywords: Educational leadership; Concept; Theory

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, kurikulum memainkan peran kunci. Kurikulum berfungsi sebagai peta untuk perjalanan pendidikan yang dijalani oleh setiap siswa. Kurikulum, sebagai sarana untuk mewujudkan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional, perlu terus menerus dibuat dan disempurnakan untuk merefleksikan realitas saat ini. Pengembangan metodologi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan pendekatan teori behavioristik dan teori kognitif bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan baru dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran PAI yang efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan cara melakukan pengumpulan data dari buku, jurnal, dan artikel hingga disusun menjadi sebuah analisis yang sistematis dan objektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan behavioristik dan kognitif dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan metodologi PAI. Pendekatan behavioristik menekankan pada penggunaan reinforcement dan punishment dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Sedangkan pendekatan kognitif fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir dan pemecahan masalah siswa. Kombinasi dari kedua pendekatan tersebut dapat membantu siswa untuk belajar dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan metodologi PAI yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how the shadow teacher program works as a learning companion for inclusive/special needs children. This research method uses literature study by collecting from various reading sources such as e-books, journals or examination of online literature. The accompanying teacher or also known as the shadow teacher plays a very important role in the classroom because it bridges the gap between the classroom teacher's instructions and student behavior, helps them stay focused, helps them learn, play, interact with their peers, and serves as a conduit of information between parents and classroom teachers to help children teach lessons that are behind schedule.
