Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on improving cooperative performance. This analysis uses the independent variable, recruitment, and the dependent variable is employee performance.The population in this study were all supervisors, managers and associations of Indonesian banking development cooperatives. Samples were conducted using the non-probability sampling method using saturated samples obtained 30 people as samples. The type of data used is primary data. The testing method in this thesis uses IBM SPSS 22 processing. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity, reliability testing, data normality test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the study prove that the proposed partial hypothesis is accepted because it shows significant test results. This means a significant increase in employee performance by 81.0% while 19.0% requires other factors.

Abstract

Human valuable resource in organization, because pass activities that done by human, organization can achieve the aim. Work satisfaction in official directly determine their willing to defends the career. To reach organization aim a lot of problem that faced by organization, one of them caused by blocked communication, stopped, retarded, confused or imperfect. human resource development very need in every organization in order to aim achievement that appointed. This problem formulation: 1) What found communication influence towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya?; 2) What found human resource development influence towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya?; 3) What found communication influence and human resource development according to together towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya ?,. This watchfulness aim: 1) To detect communication influence towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya. 2) To detect human resource development influence towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya. 3) To detect communication influence and human resource development according to together towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya. Conclusion: 1) Found influence significant and positive between communication towards employee work satisfaction in pt. dwijaya. this matter is this shows that when does communication increase, so employee work satisfaction in PT. Dwijaya also increase or on the contrary. With dimension displace information, communication process and function. 2) Found influence significant and positive between development SDM towards employee work satisfaction in PT. Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively of the evaluation of implementation policy ofMinimum Essential Force (MEF) in pertain of human resources focus on officers in the Indonesian Airforce, I was aqualitative recearch with an evaluative method of CIPP model, conducted in Ofiice of Ministry of Defence, IndonesianArmed forces Head quaters, and Indonesian Airforce head quaters, Jakarta.The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study, andrecording as well as focus group discussion. The data analysis and intrepretation indicates that (1) Indonesiandefence policy to build of minimum essential force by small and more effective with limited of budget; (2) ScopeDefence policy at minimum essential force: (a) Organization (b) Defence Budget (c) Human resources, Three of themare able to protect of the sourvergnity and territorial integrity in the border or in the flash point area; (3) MEF PolicyIn the Indonesian Air Force should be implemented particularly officers as backbond to catch up effectivity, efficiency,equity, and responsiveness of implementation management system in the The Indonesian Air Force organization wasfound to more effective.The findings of this evaluation by CIPP methode scored 3,24 as good result, and give some recommendation topractice continuous improvement to redesign of defence policy by involving of society and in practica to the AirForce organization to reconstruct human resources planning especially for officers.

Abstract

The method of research conducted by surveying 100 respondents from a population of 100 Polpulasi with a structured method using questionnaire instruments using the Likert measurement scale, analysis techniques and using classical tests, multiple regression, and the results of research simultaneously and in parallel shows the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance. There is a significant effect of Motivation on Member Performance in the SPKT Section of KORPS POLAIRUD Baharkam Polri, this is obtained by t table: tcount 1.884 ttable 1.658, and R² of 0.364 (36.40%). There is a significant influence of discipline on the Performance of Members in the SPKT Korpolairud Section Baharkam Baharkam Polri, this is obtained by t table: tcount 7.333 t table 1.658, and R² of 0.364 (36.40%).From the results of statistical calculations can be explained. R value of 0.603 and Squere R value (r determinant) of 0.364 gives the meaning that the motivation variable and discipline variable on employee performance has an effect of 36.40% on the performance variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.60 ^% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the reward, the quality of work life and job satisfaction on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior Polytechnic Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval Command and Staff Colledge Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Samples of this study were 77 lecturers with selected randomly. It can be concluded that: (1) the reward has a direct influence on the organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, (2) the quality of working life has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (3) job satisfaction has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (4) reward has a direct influence on job satisfaction lecturer, and (5) the quality of work life has a direct influence on job satisfaction of teachers, and (6) the reward has a direct influence on the quality of work life lecturers. Therefore, to improve organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, reward, quality of work life and job satisfaction should be improved.
