Abstract

This study aims to determine the work performance of the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development of village infrastructure. The data collection process in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques as field evidence. The research took place in Nduaria Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency. Based on field data, it was found that 8 village infrastructure development programs that were realized reached 100 percent completion and 6 work programs had not been realized due to lack of funds and waiting for the next stage of village fund disbursement. This factor is an obstacle to the infrastructure development process in Nduaria Village

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activities and learning outcomes of science subject by applying the Picture and Picture model. The research was carried out in the Class Action Research (CAR) stage of the Kemmis and Mc Taggart design which included the planning stage (Plan), the implementation stage (Act), the observation stage and the reflection stage. The data taken are activity data and student learning outcomes. Data was collected using observation techniques, field notes, tests and interviews. Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results of research that have been carried out in two cycles show an increase in science learning activities and outcomes after the Picture and Picture model is applied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDI Paupanda 3 on the concept of light. This research is a classroom action research. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Furthermore, the data collection techniques were observation or observation, tests and documentation. after applying the experimental method in learning science has increased. This is evidenced in the results of the observation of student learning tests in cycle I with a 52.20% completeness percentage increasing to 100% in cycle II. The increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 47.8%.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application of Cooperative Learning, particularly Think-Pair Share in teaching story-telling skill as one of the productive language skill. This study is a qualitative study. Place of this research at lower scondary school Yos Sudarsoh Kecamatan Ende Tengah. The sources of data include (1) the informant, the teachers and students, (2) events, such as the learning process of story-telling skill using Think-Pair Share, and (3) document. The data collection techniques used in this research include interview, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques used is an interactive technique which is presented in a descriptive form. The results indicate that (1) the stages of learning of the Think-Pair Share as described in the lessosn plan were in accordance with the general stages described in the the theory, (2) the implementation of Cooperative Learning especiallay Think-Pair-Share technique in the teaching learning process was in accordance with what has been described the lesson plan, (3) the appreciation of the implementation of the Cooperative learning method especially the Think-Pair-Share technique was pretty good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice compensation and procedural justice of compensation against the tendency of accounting fraud at SKPD Ngada district. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this stdy (1) justice distributive effect on accounting fraud at SKPD Ngada Regency. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient justice distributive with value 0,192 with tcount > ttable (3,251 > 2,010) and a significant level of 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Justice procedural effect on accounting fraud. This is evidenced by the valueof the regression coefficient of procedural justice by 0,407 with tcount > ttable (4,876 > 2,010) and the level of significant 0,000 < 0,05. The great influence of the variables of distributive justice and procedural justice against the tendency of accounting fraud amounted to 4,6%. While the rest the rest 53,4% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The problems raised in this study are: (1) What is the special relationship between landlords and rice cultivators in giving tribute in Leguderu Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency? (2) What is the form of tribute given by cultivators to landlords in Leguderu Village?. The objectives of the study were: (1) To find out the special relationship between landlords and rice cultivators in giving tribute in Leguderu Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency. (2) To find out the form of tribute given by cultivators to mosalaki in Leguderu Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency. In this study the author uses the theory of symbolic interactionism. The approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were: (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) Documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were: Data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawing. Based on the results of this study, the research can conclude that the special relationship between cultivators and landlords in giving tribute is a form of symbolic interaction. By giving tribute, friendship and kinship relations will be maintained between the cultivators and landlords. And advice to the younger generation to always understand and appreciate the land that has been given by the landlord

Abstract

preparing CAR proposals that are useful for teachers in increasing teacher professionalism This study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the application of group guidance in an effort to improve the competence of district teachers of SMP Negeri Ekoae in in daily tasks. This School Action Research (PTS) consists of two cycles, where in each cycle there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The success indicator in this study is the Competence of the District Teachers of SMP Negeri Ekoae: if > 10% of the total coaching participants have obtained an average score of 85.00. The results of the School Action Research (PTS) in cycle II obtained the following data; 1) supervisor observation (4.22), 2) teacher observation (4.14), 3) classical work results (84.02). The success indicator has been exceeded. The School Action Research (PTS) was declared successful, and the research was stopped in cycle II. Group guidance was very effective in improving the competence of the district teachers of SMP Negeri Ekoae in preparing CAR proposals because 90 percent of the total participants were 35 (thirty five) teachers have succeeded in compiling CAR proposals as expected. It is recommended that peer school principals carry out mentoring activities for teachers who are their responsibility in an effort to increase competence in sustainable professional development activities (PKB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the quality of teacher learning through clinical supervision with the PIS approach at SD Inpres Loworongga, Ndona Timur District, Ende Regency for the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers. The technique of collecting data is through learning activity documents and learning observations (observations) carried out by researchers using clinical supervision instruments, learning implementation plan assessment sheets and learning implementation assessment sheets. The results showed that all teachers were able to prepare the design and implementation well and have well-presented learning documents

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of parental motivation on students' interest in learning at SDI Boanawa 1, Ende Selatan District, Ende Regency. The type of research is correlative quantitative research. The population of this research was the students of SDI Boanawa with the samples being class IVA and IVB which amount to 38 students. The research technique carried out was by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is statistics with the help of SPSS 23.0 software. The results shows that the regression equation Y = 1.346 + 0.863 X. Based on the hypothesis testing obtained tcount = 3.118 and ttable = 2.014, a decision was taken that H0 was rejected because tcount >ttable  means that there is a significant influence between parents 'motivation on SDI students' learning interest at SDI Boanawa 1. So the regression equation can be used to predict or predict the size of the criterion variable (Y) based on the predictor variable (X). And obtained R Square = 0.990, this value implies that the influence of parents' motivation on learning interest is 99% and 1% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes. How to apply a thematic approach to Indonesian subjects using a thematic learning approach to The type of research used in this research is classroom action research with the research location in SDK Nuamulu with the subjects in this study being Class II students totaling 31 people. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire. , observation, interviews, documentation, field notes, and tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative.
