JOURNAL OF SHARIA ECONOMICS, is a periodical scientific journal managed and published by Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Al Hikmah Tuban; and in collaboration with The Indonesian Association of Islamic Economist (IAEI). This journal specializes in the study of Islamic economics. The manager welcomes contributions in the form of articles from scientists, scholars, professionals and researchers related to Islamic economic studies. The article will be published after going through the mechanism of selection of the manuscript, review of reviewers, and editing process. All articles published are the views and are the responsibility of the author and do not represent this journal or the authors affiliated body. The Journal of Sharia Economics is published twice a year in June and December.

Abstract

Abstact In a developing country, the role of entrepreneurs cannot be ignored especially in carrying out development. A nation will develop faster if it has entrepreneurs who can create and innovate optimally, which is to realize new ideas into real activities in each of their businesses. Indonesia as a developing country is working hard to improve the lives of its people. One important role in improving the standard of living of its people is through education. Entrepreneurship education is one form of application of the world's care for education to the progress of the nation. In entrepreneurship education it is shown, among others, the value and form of work to achieve success. Entrepreneurship education is a help to teach Indonesian people so that they have a dynamic and creative personal power in accordance with the personality of the Indonesian people based on Pancasila. fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship is one of the important things to be job opportunities, income and welfare for everyone/individual. Abstract

Abstract Islamic economics regulates various economic activities based on Islamic Shari'a by avoiding Maisyir, Gharar, Haram, Dzalim, Efforts and Usury. The characteristics of Islamic economics uphold the protection of individual ownership aimed at the good and interests of happiness in the world and the hereafter. At least now Indonesia has more than 12 Islamic banks, 22 Islamic business units and more than 80 units of sharia-based public finance institutions that are spread throughout the region. The presence of economic institutions based on Islamic teachings is an indicator that society needs to get equitable welfare because the Islamic economy adheres to the principle of balance. This research is classified as normative research, using conceptual approaches, then critically analyzed. The results of the study show that the application of the Islamic economy is in line with the goal of Islamic law (Maqasyid Asy-Shari'ah), which is the benefit of the people in the world and the hereafter. Maqasid Asy-Syariah as a foundation for thinking to develop progressive and dynamic Islamic economics. Keywords: Islamic Economy, Maqasid As-Shari'ah

Abstract

Abstract Bawean is an archipelago administratively included in Gresik Regency, where the main occupation of the people is farming and fishing, but not all of the people have land to farm and ships to go to sea, and not a few who work in Malaysia and Singapore have even become citizens of that country. so that the land and rice fields below are unproductive, so there is cooperation between landowners and tenants or cultivators, in agricultural practices, landowners and processors or workers often make contracts and agreements in such cooperation, as well as in the village of Lebak, the agreement sees to the weather, or irrigation used to irrigate rice fields, and the yields obtained during the rainy season in certain months are different, there are at least three cooperation systems in the muzara'ah contract implemented there, in this study the three systems were analyzed to determine which in accordance with Islamic law , of the three, there are two agreements that use the muzara’ah contract, and the other one uses the ijarah agreement or lease agreement. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to clearly describe the quality of murabahah, haraga, service quality and customer satisfaction at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Nurul Ummah Ngasem-Bojonegoro. The second objective is to examine the significant influence of murabaha product quality on customer satisfaction. The third objective is to examine the significant effect of Price on customer satisfaction. The fourth objective is to examine the influence (quality of murabaha products, Price and Service Quality) silmutanously on customer satisfaction. The fifth objective is to test the most dominant (murabaha product quality, price and service quality to customer satisfaction). The study population is the Customer at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Nurul Ummah Ngasem-Bojonegoro. Sampling amounted to 56 respondents. Analysis of the study was conducted using data collection methods, questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 19.0 with the stages are (1) validity and reliability test (2) multiple regression analysis (3) hypothesis testing is t test and f test. Descriptive analysis results show: The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between product quality on customer satisfaction, while price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality, price and quality services, the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction in KJKS BMT Nurul Ummah Ngasem-Bojonegoro is product quality. Abstract

Poverty means a situation where there is a need to work harder to meet their needs because of lack or weakness in the material. Due to material shortages, poor people have difficulty meeting nutritional needs, getting proper education, working capital and a number of others. Whereas in terms of distribution, it is a process that shows the distribution of goods from producers to the consumer society. As for dealing with poverty and income distribution, there are several possibilities that can overcome poverty in the Islamic concept as follows; a) Feeding. b) Infaq. c) Fidyah, d) State Responsibility. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to find out and analyze the influence of sharia marketing strategy (X1) on customer decisions (Y) using Hajj savings products in BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district; 2) to find out and analyze the influence of the waiting list (X2) on the customer's decision (Y) to use the Hajj savings product at BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district; 3) to find out and analyze the influence of sharia marketing strategy (X1) and waiting list (X2) simultaneously on the customer's decision (Y) to use Hajj savings products in BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district. The research method is quantitative with the type of survey research. Research Results 1) there is a significant influence of sharia marketing strategy (X1) on the customer's decision (Y) to use the Hajj savings product at BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district; 2) there is no significant influence of the waiting list (X2) on the customer's decision (Y) to use the Hajj savings product at BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district; 3) there is a significant influence of sharia marketing strategy (X1) and waiting list (X2) simultaneously on the customer's decision (Y) to use Hajj savings products in BRISyariah KCP Genteng Banyuwangi district. Marketing and waiting list strategies are not dominant in influencing prospective customers to use Hajj savings products. The influence exerted was only 41%. Abstract

Money is a tool that can be used in conducting exchanges or transactions both goods and services in a certain area. Money is the standard of use found in goods and labor. Therefore, money is defined as a tool to measure the value of each item and service. There are two main policies in the economy called fiscal and monetary policies. Monetary policy is a policy that is carried out to control the supply and demand of money (money circulating in the community), the available money supply, the stability of the currency's value and the direction in which money will be allocated using appropriate monetary tools or instruments in order to achieve the objectives from monetary policy itself. The fiscal policy is a policy that is used to move the steps to obtain state income including tax revenue and control the direction of fiscal policy and control the amount of government spending and expenditure using fiscal tools, so that the objectives of the policy can be achieved fiscal itself in the economy. In this study, the author only focuses on discussing monetary policy and its implications for economic development in an Islamic perspective. Keywords: money, monetary, Islamic finance system

Abstract

Quality of service is one of the factors that determine customer satisfaction. The good quality of service and its effectiveness in carrying out the promotion mix will provide positive responses to customer satisfaction to remain loyal using its services. The creation of customer satisfaction can provide several benefits, including the relationship between the company and the customer to be harmonious, provide a good basis for repurchase and create customer loyalty and form word-of-mouth recommendations that benefit the company. This means that the existence of a good quality of service will be a driving factor for increasing consumer satisfaction so that there will be repeated consumption of products sold until consumer loyalty is created. This type of research uses library research or library research. Literature research is a study conducted in a library room to collect and analyze data sourced from libraries in the form of periodical books such as periodicals, periodicals, historical stories, documents and other library materials that are can be used as a reference source for compiling a scientific report. Data analysis techniques used content analysis. The results of this study prove that loyalty will be created by maintaining an image through creating a good perception of product attributes and implementing a service recovery program by apologizing for making mistakes, taking immediate action, showing remorse, providing guarantees and following up. Besides creating customer satisfaction is a variable that cannot be left behind in order to create a reason for customers to remain willing to establish long-term relationships with the company. Abstract

Saving is an activity to prepare future costs so that all the necessities of life remain stable and orderly. Mental preparation before saving is to be frugal. Without this it is very difficult to save. Various methods of saving, including saving at home, saving in the bank. The author examines the method of saving the number of perspectives in the time of the Prophet Joseph (as). that is, setting aside more of the earth's savings than allocating consumptive needs. As a result, when a famine occurs / economic crisis, the savings can meet the conditions of a famine that are met in a stable and orderly manner. Saving for 7 years, the savings can meet the needs for the next 7 years during famine. Writing this with the literature method, which uses the approach of interpretive studies and then analyzed and applied in the present age. Abstract

Economic Learning in SMAN 8 Kediri specifically in class XI IPS 2, so far it is still being agreed by the teacher. The student's questioning activity is still low. Mostly, students do not understand the concepts and the interrelationships between economic concepts. The researcher chose the Quiz Team learning method. Researchers chose the Quiz learning model because learning with the opinion of Silberman. The Quiz Team is a technique to increase participants' responsibility for what they do in a fun and non-scary way. This active learning type of Quiz Team is a technique to increase the responsibility of students towards what they improve through fun and non-frightening ways. In this study, researchers used the action research design model Kemmis and Mc. In the research design there are four stages of research namely planning (planning), action (implementation), observation (observing) and reflection (reflection). In cycle 1, researchers divided 3 large groups, A, B, and C, each group consisting of 11 students. The researcher chooses three topics which will be presented in three segments. The results of the study increased the number of students who achieved minimal completeness in each cycle. In cycle 2, researchers divided the group into smaller ones, in cycle II there were 6 groups, A, B, C, D, E and F. In cycle II, researchers divided into 6 national income calculation concepts namely the concept: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross National Product (GNP), Net National Product (NNP), Net National Income (NNI), Personal Income (PI), Disposible Income (DI). Indicators Success in improving student learning outcomes in this study was seen from 80% of students completing KKM (with a value of 77). The results of the study increased the number of students who achieved minimal completeness in each cycle. At the 42% level (14) students complete KKM. In cycle 1 Approximately 61% (20) of students have completed KKM. In cycle 2, around 82% or 26 students completed KKM. The data has increased from pre-cycle to cycle 2.
