Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) adalah suatu teknik statistik yang mampu menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel laten dan indikatornya, variabel laten yang satu dengan lainnya serta kesalahan pengukuran secara langsung. Pada studi ini dilakukan penerapan analisis SEM pada model loyalitas masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Padang yang diperoleh dari data hasil survey indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada 10 Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Kota Padang yang melibatkan 150 responden. Model loyalitas masyarakat ini menggunakan konstruk multidimensional. Reliabilitas konstruk multidimensional diestimasi dengan menggunakan koefisien reliabilitas konstrak, koefisien reliabilitas skor komposit McDonald dan koefisien reliabilitas konstrak berbobot. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan reliabilitas diperoleh bahwa nilai dari tiga tes reliabilitas yang dihasilkan diatas 0,70. Dapat disimpulkan semua konstruk pada model loyalitas masyarakat ini reliabel.

Abstract

Abstract Employee cooperatives that are trusted to manage mandatory savings funds with the aim of prospering their members must be able to calculate the creditworthiness value without being subjective to minimize the possibility of bad credit risk. So a decision support system is needed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with 5C analysis, namely Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Conditional of Economy, which is the best solution to calculate quickly, precisely and accurately about the creditworthiness of cooperative members. So that there are no mistakes in decision making that result in bad credit and harm employee cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic characteristics of the heads of poor households in Telanaipura District and determine the effect of education, number of work participation, age, number of dependents, working hours and type of work on the income of the poor household heads in Telanaipura District. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the social and economic characteristics of the heads of poor households in Telanaipura District, it can be concluded that the average length of successful years of education for the heads of poor households is 11 years, the average number of family members who participate in work is only 1 person, the age of the head of the household in seeking income for help support the family, which is around 45 years old, the head of the household has 2 dependents, the head of the household works for 8.5 hours a day and 51 hours a week, the average number of respondents based on the type of work as laborers and the average income is Rp. . 2.355,000 per month. Based on the results of the study that education, age, number of dependents and working hours have a significant effect on the income of the head of poor families in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. Meanwhile, work participation and type of work have no significant effect on the income of the heads of poor families in Telanaipura District, Jambi City

Abstract

Traffic jams in Jakarta have become our daily sight. There are many steps that have been taken by the government to solve congestion in Jakarta. However, traffic jams still occur today. The high mobility of road users is often constrained by the lack of limited road facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, road users must find their own way to solve this problem. That is, one of the most effective and efficient ways is to find an alternative route or route for the shortest distance that can be traversed using the Djikstra Algorithm. So that the journey from the Jelambar area to the STMIK NUSA MANDIRI Cengkareng campus can be passed quickly without being blocked by traffic jams. The use of the Djikstra Algorithm can provide a solution because the Djikstra Algorithm provides output in the form of the fastest and shortest path from the place of origin to our destination.

Abstract

Traditional gold processing in Sekotong District causes waste containing mercury (Hg) or tailings to be dumped in any place. Pollution of metallic Hg to the environment is unavoidable, because of the mobilization of Hg in the tailings waste which is influenced by water media, especially when it rains. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of dissolved Hg in the extraction process of logs tailings waste, the potential for pollution to the environment, to determine the proportion and potential of rice husks as an adsorbent of metal Hg in logs tailings waste extract. Prevention is done by adsorption method of heavy metal mercury using rice husk as raw material. The tailings waste was extracted using water and the filtrate was adsorbed using several doses of rice husk adsorbent. The results of this study indicate that the concentration of dissolved Hg in the tailings waste extraction process is 0.575 ppm. The concentration exceeds the NAV stipulated in PP No. 18 of 1999 which is 0.01 ppm, this story is great. The use of adsorbents with several dosage variations (1 g, 2 g, 3 g, 4 g and 5 g) of rice husk adsorbent was able to reduce the concentration of Hg in the extract solution of log tailings waste and the maximum proportion was 100%, namely the use of adsorbent as much as 5 g. Therefore, rice husks have good potential as an adsorbent of Hg metal in the extract of logs tailings waste.

Abstract

The diversity of language use in a heterogeneous society gives rise to language variations, including registers. The Aquascape Lovers Community in Rokan Hulu uses a separate register. This study aims to describe the form, function, and meaning of the limited and open circle register in the Aquascape Lovers Community in Rokan Hulu. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive method. Listening and recording methods were used in data collection. The informant is a Community of Aquascape Lovers in Rokan Hulu. The data were analyzed qualitatively by referring to the concept of form, function, and meaning of closed registers and closed registers proposed by Halliday. The results of the study are as follows. First, the limited circle register of the Aquascape Lovers Community in Rokan Hulu at the level of words and phrases in the form of abbreviations and the use of foreign words such as WC, kebo, and sticky rice with interactional and personal functions. Each word and phrase has a specific meaning. Second, the open circle register of the aquascape lover community in Rokan Hulu at the word and phrase-level in the form of abbreviations and the use of foreign words such as PH, lily pipe, and surface scum with interactional, heuristic, and regulatory functions. Each word and phrase has a specific meaning. It can be concluded that some of the registers used by this community can only be understood by community members and some can also be understood by people outside the community.

Abstract

The root of the problem in this study is the fact that the communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 2 Pandan Nauli are still very low and teachers tend not to use appropriate learning strategies and according to the characteristics of students so that the expected communication skills have not been achieved. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of generative learning strategies with the help of probing techniques in improving students' communication skills and what percentage of the effects of using generative learning strategies with the help of probing techniques on mathematical communication skills. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Pandan Nauli. . The instrument used consisted of observation with 10 question items and a communication skill test in the form of an essay test with 10 questions. Data analysis using t-test. From the results of the study, it was found that the accepted hypothesis was Ha, namely that there was an influence of generative learning strategies with the help of probing techniques on mathematical communication skills on the subject of flat shapes in class VII-E of SMP Negeri 2 Pandan Nauli and the influence of generative learning strategies with the help of probing techniques with coefficient of determination of 70.8% means that the variation that occurs in mathematical communication skills is determined by generative learning strategies with the help of probing techniques of 70.8% and 29.2% is influenced by other things.

Abstract

@POLKADOTKITCHEN adalah salah satu akun aktif dalam sosial media Instagram yang memuat informasi dan penjualan kuliner melalui sosial media dan membuka layanan promosi untuk makanan dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan namun cukup terjangkau. Penulis memiliki minat dan keinginan untuk melakukan analisa dan memberikan gambaran bagaimana @POLKADOTKITCHEN dalam hal melakukan suatu promosi serta melakukan penjualan melalui sarana media sosial dalam hal ini Instagram terkait dengan strategi komunikasi dalam promosi kuliner. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin menjabarkan tentang bagaimana strategi dalam merencanakan, mengatur, menerapkan, dan mengevaluasi tanggapan dari pembeli, pengikut ataupun penikmat @POLKADOTKITCHEN dalam aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui social media Instagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif memaparkaan hasil yang diteliti dari studi kasus kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa peran komunikator dalam membuat suatu perencanaan terdapat ada analisis pemilihan produk, kemasan produk yang tampilkan, menetapkan target klien atau pembeli, dan menargetkan pengikut yang nantinya akan menjadi pelanggan. Terkait dengan melakukan implementasi, @POLKADOTKITCHEN lebih terfokus pada bagaimana cara dalam persiapan dan proses pengiriman pesan yang dapat dianalisis dengan teori logika desain pesan. Sedangkan peran Komunikan dapat diamati sebagai respons yang dapat dianalisis menggunakan teori penerimaan pesan yang dilihat dari pembeli, pengikut (follower) atapun penikmat akun Instagram @POLKADOTKITCHEN.

Abstract

The effectiveness and contribution of the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax is one means that can measure how far the contribution of the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax to Regional Tax Revenues is and also how far the level of achievement of tax collection by local governments regarding Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax is because regional tax revenues are very important. to build an area. This study aims to determine how big the contribution of Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax to Regional Tax Revenue of DKI Jakarta Province. And to determine how much effectiveness the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax in DKI Jakarta Province is. This study is using a qualitative method. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness of Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax receipts for 2016-2020, it has increased but has decreased. The contribution of the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax to Regional Tax Revenues for 2016-2020 is still lacking but the achievements each year have increased and decreased. From this explanation, the results of the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax in 2016-2020 are very effective and still do not contribute to the regional tax revenue of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

Work fatigue can reduce performance, increase the error rate and work accidents. Data from the Director General of Labor Supervision of work accident cases in Indonesia amounted to 847 cases and 36% of them occurred due to high levels of work fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of age, gender, work shift, work period and workload were related to work fatigue in nurses. The research design used was an analytic survey, with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were all nurses who worked at Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Hospital in Medan with a sample technique using proportional sampling as many as 92 nurses. The analysis used chi-square statistical test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the working period p=0.003 <0.05 and the workload p=0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of age, gender have no effect on work fatigue, while working period and workload affect work fatigue in nurses at RSU.
