<![CDATA[Abstract Many of our children are still bury their talents, it is because they feel less confident to their abilities. So that, their talents are not channeled. We as parents and teachers must motivate our children. Because gifted children are different from smart children. Talent means to have potential, while being smart can be obtained by learning something diligently. Although persevering, but not potential, a person will not be able to be as optimal as gifted child. For this reason, the aim of this research is that we as parents and teachers provide full motivation for our children to feature their talents. The subjects in this research is a child who has talent in dancing. The results of this study indicates that the environment is very influential in the dynamics of talent children motivation. In the research process of subject environment both at school and at home is very supportive, but the subject is easily discouraged when there is a talk that offends the subject. <![CDATA[Abstrac Learning is a conscious process, directed to achieve the goal to develop the potential to become a man of faith and piety and morality, in harmony with the aim of the science of recitation which is to make students fluent and fluently read and understand the Qur'an so that it can increase the faith and devotion as well as berakhlaqul karimah. In general, student achievement in junior high school is influenced by the background of students in elementary / MI schools. The method used by researchers is observation, documentation, and interviews with the analysis of paired T Test (independent samples T-test). This calculation with SPSS version 18, the results of this study that T arithmetic> F arithmetic so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, there is a difference in the learning achievement of recitation knowledge between students from MI and SD in Darul ‘Ulum. Based on the average orientation of elementary school student achievement is more achievers than students from MI that is 81.04 - 79.96 = 1, 08.]]>

<![CDATA[Parentes’ role is very important in learning motivation to autism child, because the change of child’s growth needs proximity and support from parents. Learning can be told successful if it can create the ways of thinking in new behavior to fulfill child’s need. Many of decreasing in learning motivation to autism child, one of the cause, is the lack of support and care from parents. Because the effort of parents in growing learning motivation to autism child is not maximal, it is caused many parents are busy and too much believe in shadow teacher. There fore the purpose of research to do this research is the role of parents is very important at autism child’s growt, primary in child’s learning motivation. From the research result shows the role of parents in learning motivation to autism child is very important. Especially on subject A, which whom the parents have low role in motivating the learning, because the parents only count on the teacher class and shadow teacher. While the needs in changing of childs growth is from parents different from subject B which whom the parents have completely motivation when giving learning motivation to their children and always watch their growth in academic, social, and communication. <![CDATA[The development of information technology in the digital era is rapidly increasing causing more abundant digital information resources. The condition of students at school now has a high dependence on information search on the internet. In addition, there are many demands for teachers to fulfill the tasks of digital education administration. Therefore, teachers as educators or instructors in schools must have sufficient digital literacy skills to be able to carry out their duties as educators and educators well. The purpose of this study is to explain and reinforce the importance of improving teacher human resources through digital literacy culture. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection in this study using the questionnaire method was supported by direct interviews. The sampling technique uses multistage random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the level of digital literacy competence of teachers in SMPI Brawijaya based on several aspects of digital literacy competency is relatively high Keywords: Human Resources, Teacher, Digital Literacy.]]>

<![CDATA[With the competency standard of education unit graduates from basic education units at the level of SMP / MTs / SMPLB / Package B, which among others are able to communicate and interact effectively and politely, while social guidance has an important role for individual students. Therefore it is important to know the relationship between social guidance and the ability to communicate in junior high school students in order to know the competency standards of graduates produced by the education unit. Formulation of the research problem, how is social guidance and communication skills of students of class VIII at SMP I Baburr Rohmah Mojosari in 2019, is there a relationship between social guidance and students 'communication skills and how big is the relationship of social guidance with students' communication skills. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between social guidance and the ability to communicate with students of class VIII SMPI Babur Rohmah Mojosari. The results of the study that social guidance in class VIII SMPI Babur Rohmah Mojosari is categorized as good at intervals of 35-44 (82.46%), and students' communication skills are in good category at intervals of 42-54 (64.91%). The result is that there is a relationship between social guidance and communication skills of students of class VIII SMPI Babur Rohmah Mojosari in 2018/2019, with the r pillar count (0.387) greater than r table (0.330) at a significant level α = 0.01. The magnitude of the relationship of social guidance with the ability to communicate with students by 14, 9769%, the rest 85.0231% is influenced by other factors. <![CDATA[Law Enforcement (Law Enforcement) is an activity to harmonize the relationships of values that are set out in the principles of solid values and attitudes not as a series of translation of the final stage of value to create, maintain, and maintain peace in the intercommunication of life. With the consistent law enforcement of taxation, it is one of the ways that taxation provisions can be obeyed by taxpayers so that there is no threat or coercion in paying taxes. The task of the taxation apparatus is to conduct various counseling and training so that the public is aware of their obligation to pay taxes, but to realize this is not easy and will be a big challenge for the tax authorities to make people aware of tax payments and in essence is to build how to make people aware of taxation law. Compliance of taxpayers is very important for the State to increase the state budget from tax revenue, therefore the need for attention from aspects of Fiscus Services provided to Small and Medium Enterprises taxpayers and Law Enforcement Strategies implemented by the government. Theopurposeofthis study wasto determine the effect of the tax authorities and law enforcement strategies ontaxcompliance in Gempol District. Datacollection methods usedwereobservationandquestionnaires. Theanalyticalmethodusedismultipleregressionanalysis. The results of this study are the tax authorities and law enforcement strategies have a partial effect on the level of compliance of taxpayers of small and medium enterprises with theoresults ofthetestused to determine each variable thataffectstheleveloftaxpayercompliance. To improve taxpayer compliance, it is necessary to have good tax management based on value, fairness, honesty, discipline of tax officers or tax officers (tax employees) and are guided by tax laws. The Improvement Critical Thinking Skills and of economic Test Student Learning by Cooperative Learning Type Think Talk Write atten grade class high school patriot jombang. STAISAM pungging Mojokerto. Economics is always assumed difficulty by students. So that way, the teachers must be effective to choosethe approach of learning. One of learning that use is cooperatif type TTW. This research was held on the 1st semester of ten grade high school Patriot year 2019/2020 with number 32 students. This research use techniq to collect observation of test studentslearning. . The result of research show that students activity of learning process of cycle show inproving from first cycle, to focuson the teacher's explanations by 75%, 78% asking questions, active indiscussion 87.5%, and make summary 81.3% .the result of first cycle 1 is about68.59 with 69%, second cycle 87.5 with 100%. so, learning through cooperative learning type TTW with economic systems can improve the result of students learning ten grade class High School Patriot academic year 2019/2020. <![CDATA[Abstract Woman’s role the more days ate more expand along with the development of Science and Technology. Not only in the domestic sector, woman’s role alredy very wide in the economy world because demand for the economics needs of the family that day by day more increased. This research aims to determine the shape of the woman’s role in fulfill the economic needs of the family, the problems that woman face in her role to help fulfill the economic needs of the family and the impact of woman’s role in her effort to help fulfill the economic needs of the family. This research method uses a qualitative approach with field research type, while tis research is descriptive. Data collection techniques performed with interview, observation, and documentation. Sample selection using purposive sample by taking research subjects that fulfill the criteria. The result of this research indicate that the woman’s role is very large in effort to help fulfill the economic needs of the family. Woman work in their own homes as brick makers and also work as laborers in the roof-tile manufacturing industry. Many obstacles that woman face such as decreased production during the rainy season, obstacles in the procurement of good quality materials and difficult to devide the time. The impacts of working woman are very diverse, there are positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts is help to fulfill the economic needs of the family, having savings and improving family status. The negative impact in time taking up time to do housework. <![CDATA[Arabic is a unique subject because it has many features and also has many problems. Arabic language is also a subject that must be implemented in every madrasa, starting from madrasah ibtidaiyah, tsanawiyah, aliyah and even universities. Because even though Arabic is not part of the official language of the State of Indonesia but Arabic is part of the Islamic religion. Teaching Arabic is not easy, the biggest problem that must be known by the speakers of Arabic subjects is the motivation to learn Arabic for students. One effort that can be done by a teacher in increasing students' motivation to learn Arabic is through developing the use of instructional media. This study aims to determine the use of Instagram as a medium of learning in improving the learning achievement of Arabic Maharah Kalam / MTS Sabilul Muttaqin Mojokerto speaking skills. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources are Mts Sabilul Muttaqin class XB students, and Arabic subject teachers. The results of this study stated that Instagram media can improve students' Arabic learning achievement, especially in the Maharah Kalam.]]>
