Abstract

This study aims to determine wheter the Ulumambi people are able to manage and develop human resources,especially in the economi field. This research approach is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were all people in the village of Ulumambi, Bambang sub-district,Mamasa district. The results showed that the management and development of human resources in the village of Ulumambi greatly influenced the community. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the influence of human resources is very important for the community to face changes that are more advanced. Keywords: Human resources, economics.

Abstract

The dividend policy reflects the quality and reputation of the company. In practice, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company had difficulties in determining and deciding on a dividend policy, namely the decision to retain profits to be used as the company's operational development or to distribute dividends to shareholders to increase investor confidence in the company. This study aims to determine the growth of company assets, profitability, and debt policy on dividend policy during the COVID-19 pandemic (a case study of companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period). The method used is panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 5% in the form of explanatory data analysis data. Sampling based on purposive sampling method amounted to 22 companies, in order to obtain 88 sample data. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that partially (1) Company Asset Growth (GROWTH) and (2) Debt Policy (DER) have a negative and insignificant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR), (3) Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy. (4) Growth of Company Assets, Profitability, and Debt Policy have a significant simultaneous effect on the Dividend Policy. Based on the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) the variables in this study contributed 29.35%, the rest was influenced by other factors outside of the research variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kantor PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi Bagian Selatan, (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kantor PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi Bagian Selatan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kantor PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi Bagian Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi penelitian, Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada bagian fungsional tertentu yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. peneliti melakukan uji validitas dan realibilitas untuk menunjukkan sejauh mana kuesioner tersebut dapat dipercaya dan diandalkan, tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tekhnik analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 ≤ 0,05 dan nilai thitung (4.002 > 3,19) ≥ ttabel (2,012). 2). Secara parsial komunikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dengan nilai thitung (4.452) ≥ ttabel (2,012). 3). Gaya Kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dan untuk nilai fhitung (13043915) ≥(3.19).

Abstract

The capacity of successful sports companies to maintain their competitive advantage over time and achieve their goals is directly correlated to the level of knowledge management such organizations use. This study's purpose is to investigate the management of athletic knowledge and the necessity of doing so in Pakistan in order to gain a competitive advantage in the sports business. Specifically, the research will focus on the following: The study sample is comprised of sixty male and female students who are currently enrolled inside the Sports Organization and Management Course at a several of higher education institutions in Lahore, Pakistan. These students are from different universities which are studied in HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) of Lahore Pakistan. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach because of the kind of the data that was gathered. To better understand how athletic knowledge management may be used to gain an edge in the sports industry, and how it can be used to improve the sports industry as a whole, a survey was sent to respondents that split its focus between these two areas. The overwhelming majority of respondents, 98%, are in agreement that effective knowledge management is necessary for achieving a competitive advantage in the sports work environment and for making improvements to the sports work environment. In addition, the data imply that knowledge management adds greatly to both the operations of knowledge management and the growth of the sports workplace. According to the findings, there are no distinguishing characteristics between males and females that can be supported by statistical analysis. There have been a number of key proposals made, one of the most important of which is the provision of safe, stable, methodical, and planned conditions for all courses in order to enhance and improve the athletic performance of employees. In order to materialize this concept, the upper management of the organization must place the provision of both physical and moral structure at the very top of their list of responsibilities

Abstract

The research is on “Impact of reviews on consumer purchase decision”. The purpose of research was to study the impact of reviews on consumer purchase decision. The primary data was gathered by floating questionnaires. SPSS software was applied to analyze data for frequencies regression parameters. The findings suggested that user’s reviews have significant impact on consumers purchase decision. Consistent positive reviews from a trustworthy source have a positive impact on the purchase decision of the consumers. Consumers having a prior experience related to a product also lead to a significant positive relationship with the purchase decision. It is a quantitative research. Which is a systematic investigation by gathering quantifiable data and performing statistical techniques. Primary data was collected through questionnaires. Primary research was conducted in order to collect the data. Data type is also primary because research is instrument based. The sample size for my research is 300 responses. The main aim of this test was to find the relationship of purchase decisions with prior product expertise, informational influence, perceived review consistency, perceived review quality and value expression influence. Prior product expertise, informational influence and perceived review consistency had a significant impact on purchase decision. However perceived review quality and value expression influence had insignificant impact on purchase decision. Prior product expertise have a positive impact on purchase decision

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of psychological empowerment on employee turnover intention with the moderating effect of career growth. A cross sectional survey was used to collect data. A total of 207employees of different pharmaceutical companies in Lahore, were participating through random sampling in this survey. Our finding shows that the two dimensions of psychological empowerment (emotional and relational) have an inverse relationship with intention to quit, whereas (behavioral and cognitive) psychological empowerment is not significantly related to the theory. Career growth shows moderating effect on relational psychological empowerment and turnover intention, although there is no moderating impact found in the remaining dimension of psychological empowerment (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) and turnover intention. Because of the strategic importance of human capital in an organization, it is important for the continuity of the pharmaceutical firms to retain their employees by providing best career growth path to move the employees as well as organization to the next level and save the human capital cost

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to establish and delineate a relationship between innovation strategy and strategic planning toward firm performance based on both theories resource-based view and diffusion innovation theory. Successful firms are always aware to effectively implement these strategies as a powerful resource, in order to ensure its survival among current and potential rivals. Therefore, this paper review previous studies and find a critical gap in the literature, since very few studies that investigate the two variables as a strategic resource in single research hence, this paper will fill the emerged gap and provide several implications for policymakers and related stakeholders.
