Abstract

With the development of the era of technology and information, it has also progressed very rapidly. Social media is one of the internet-based media which has an important role in the world of government to communicate with stakeholders in this global era. Increasingly sophisticated technology makes it easier for everyone to get the information they want so that thanks to the sophistication of information technology with the help of the internet, online media is increasingly easier to access, making online media one of the alternative media for public information that is effective in meeting the needs of human interaction. The largest social networks include Facebook and Twitter. The objective of this research is to measure how much the community responds as Prabumulih's follower in receiving the information provided through social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). E-government can be interpreted in various ways because basically e-government can manifest itself in various forms and scope. The factors that influence the role of social media use in Prabumulih City Government are Technology Capacity, Interaction and Social media variables. In getting respondents, the writer used a questionnaire so that 200 respondents were obtained. The data from the questionnaire was managed using the SPSS program with the AMOS analysis model. From the Estimate value obtained from each variable is as follows, Technology Capacity has an estimate value of 0.863, Interaction has an estimate value of 1.06, and Social media variables have an estimate value of 0.857. Thus proving that these variables can be said to have perfect reliability values.

Abstract

Dapodikmen system has not yet reached its accurately and effective utilization.. The results of observation and interview done to school operators in some high schools in Palembang show that there are different factors which determine the effectiveness of the system, for example, the content of information, ease of access and availability of the system which often has not been in accordance with the users’ needs. One approach used to evaluate the effectiveness of the system is the System Utility. The approach by Kendall & Kendall, 2007 (in Martoyo, 2015:638) review the success of the system implementation from six points of view, namely possession, goal, place, form, time and actualization utility. This approach is included in the category of system effectiveness evaluation viewed from the user's expectations. The results of this study demonstrate that of the aspect of variable utility and value of the Dapodikmen system is 4, 2636. This concludes that the availability of the system in high schools in Palembang city is effective.

Abstract

Currently, technology has developed quite rapidly and covers all aspects, including in the insurance industry. Almost every insurance company has a website or social media that can be accessed by all internet users as a means of promotion and transactions. PT. Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi is an insurance company that also carries out promotions through websites and social media. This research will discuss the customer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Cakrawala Protection with the role of social media. Customer satisfaction is determined by looking at the difference between the actual value received and the expected value using the website and social media Facebook. From calculating the level of customer satisfaction with ServQual dimensions and simple analysis, a strategy will be produced to maintain or increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important sector for administering education in schools. The use of Information and Communication Technology is one of the determining aspects in competition. The condition of ICT in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Lubuklinggau City has not fully used ICT-based applications, several schools that already have ICT applications and infrastructure are built themselves and are managed according to local needs both in the administration section and the support units. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are still aspects of the public that are not yet based on ICTs with inadequate ICT facilities / infrastructure to support the success of organizational goals in the field of education optimally. For this reason, the researcher wants to help the Education Office of the City of Lubuklinggau to plan a technology strategy and information system that can be used as a guide in the ICT strategic plan. This study uses the SWOT / TOWS matrix as one of the methods applied for internal analysis in order to produce strategic planning proposals for ICT development for vocational schools in Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Currently the development of information technology has an important influence in the development of learning systems, one of which is technology in the multimedia field. Multimedia technology is an indispensable tool for the learning process. The use of text, images, audio, video, and animation in learning helps students to quickly understand learning material. Multimedia also provides opportunities for educators to develop learning methods so that they get maximum results. AMIK AKMI Baturaja is a computer college that has not fully utilized information technology in its learning, especially in the field of Multimedia. For this reason, researchers conducted this research for the development of learning at the Campus AMIK AKMI Baturaja. This study aims to produce a multimedia-based learning media at AMIK AKMI Baturaja which can be a driving force for student learning achievement. In this study using a research method of literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The media development method uses MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely concept (needs analysis), design (design), material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. . The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning system presented in the form of e-learning. This media is expected to have a positive influence in increasing student achievement and learning independence.

The implementation of enterprise architecture planning with the zachman framework results achieved in the implementation of enterprise architecture planning to produce a blueprint that can serve as a guideline that can illustrate designing architecture in Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu is proven to be very important for an enterprise. With the proposed application candidates can improve information systems based on current business processes so that the need for information technology that supports business needs can be a reference in long-term technology investment in Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu. Pentingnya sebuah data yang terintegrasi didalam perusahaan disebut enterprise adanya data yang tesusun baik dalam satu sumber data yang dikelola merupakan tujuan pengembangan perusahaan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan strategi dan perencanaan. Diketahui bahwa Cv. Ria Kencana Ungu memerlukan pengelolaan dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi satu masalah yang dihadapi pada RKU Computer yaitu penerapan perancangan proses bisnis sebagian besar di setiap bagian belum menggunakan sistem dan masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual untuk menyalin data proses transaksi juga pelaporan data service sehingga menjadikan proses pengolahan data belum efektif dan tidak berkesinambungan. Penerapan rancangan enterprise architecture planning dengan zachman framework hasil yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan enterprise architecture planning menghasilkan sebuah cetak biru yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman yang dapat menggambarkan dengan merancang architecture di Cv.Ria Kencana Ungu terbukti menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah enterprise. Abstract

The problem in this research is how to build an e-library application at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang based on web using codeigniter framework. The purpose of this research is to solve problems in the library system which is less efficient, especially in obtaining information on books in the library and member registration, in addition to the policies of the manager of the education and training (Diklat) office of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang to turn some of the books in the library into e-books. This study uses the waterfall method, often called the classic life cycle (classic life system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation and maintenance. Data collection methods are through literature study, interviews and observations. The results of this study make it easier for PT employees to collect data. Pupuk Sriwidjaja in finding information on books that are available for use and can read e-books anywhere and anytime. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara membangun aplikasi e-library pada PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang berbasis web menggunakan framework codeigniter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi masalah pada system perpustakaan yang kurang efisien terutama dalam memperoleh informasi buku yang ada diperpustakaan dan pendaftaran anggota, selain itu sesuai kebijakan manajer dinas pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang untuk menjadikan sebagian buku diperpustakaan menjadi e-book. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall sering dinamakan siklus hidup klasik (classic life system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing dan operation and maintaince. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini lebih mempermudah karyawan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja dalam mencari informasi buku yang ada diperputakaan dan dapat membaca e-book dimanapun dan kapanpun.

Abstract

In 2009 Shopee is a platform electronic trading that was founded as the first market mobile-centric social where Shopee application users can shop, sell and explore anytime via smart phones safely and practically. Shopee application is influenced by several factors to produce a shopping system that fits the needs of its users, does not rule out the possibility that there are still users who feel disappointed with services Shopee, this is what makes the application users feel disappointed. in-depth measurement of which factors influence the attitude of acceptance of Shopee application among students. The research method uses exploratory with the number of respondents as many as 100 students. Data analysis techniques use technology acceptance models (TAM). The results showed that the factors Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude, and Intention to use all had a significant effect on the acceptance of the use of Shopee applications among students. The overall test results producedR adjusted squares are by0.550 or 55% with T value on Perceived ease of use on Attitude having a value of 7.861, Perceived ease of useof Perceived ease of use has a value of 9,777, Attitude to Intention to use has a value of 8,476 so that these results indicate that the T value is greater than the 5% significance level and it can be concluded that the Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude, and Intention to use mutual factors have a significant effect on Shopee application users among Students. Pada tahun 2009 Shopee merupakan platform perdagangan elektronik yang didirikan sebagai pasar mobile-sentris sosial yang pertama dimana pengguna aplikasi Shopee ini dapat melakukan belanja, menjual, dan menjelajahi kapan saja melalui ponsel pintar dengan aman dan praktis. Aplikasi Shopee dipengaruhi dari beberapa faktor untuk menghasilkan sistem belanja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa masih ada pengguna yang merasa dikecewakan dengan pelayanan Shopee, hal inilah yang membuat para pengguna aplikasi merasa dikecewakan.Untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan pengguna sistem maka perlu adanya pengukuran yang mendalam mengenai faktor mana yang mempengaruhi sikap penerimaan pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kalangan Masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksploratori dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang pengguna. Teknik analisis data menggunakan technology acceptance model (TAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude, dan Intention to use semua berpengaruh signifikan pada penerimaan penggunaan aplikasi Shopee dikalangan Mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian secara keseluruhan yang dihasilkan R squares adjusted sebesar 0.550 atau 55% dengan nilai T value pada Perceived ease of use terhadap Attitude memiliki nilai sebesar 7.861, Perceived ease of useterhadap Perceived ease of use memiliki nilai sebesar 9.777, Attitude terhadap Intention to use memiliki nilai sebesar 8.476 sehingga hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai T value lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% dan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa faktor Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude, dan Intention to use saling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kalangan pengguna..

The Sanitation and Gardening Service of Palembang City is a regional apparatus as an implementing element for regional government administration which has the main task of carrying out part of the affairs in the field of cleanliness and gardening. At this time, the monitoring (patrol) carried out by the Sanitation and Gardening Office of Palembang City is carried out every working day. The patrol's targets include environmental cleanliness and the beauty of landscaping, and always maintaining landscaping so that it looks beautiful throughout the city of Palembang. Realizing a different reporting concept certainly requires a development, so that the reporting objectives can be achieved, and the results of cleaning and gardening reporting also increase. development of reporting that is tailored to the needs and cleanliness of the park, so that it leads to the satisfaction of employees who wish to report quickly and accurately. Development of monitoring software and reporting of landscaping cleanliness in the city of Palembang using cross platform android technology which can be implemented on Android, IOS and Windows based cellphones. Teknologi Informasi (TI), atau dalam bahasa Inggris dikenal dengan istilah Information technology (IT) adalah istilah umum untuk teknologi apa pun yang membantu manusia dalam membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, mengomunikasikan dan/atau menyebarkan informasi. Di era modern ini tentunya persaingan dalam segala bidang sangat ketat, maka dari itu kebutuhan akan informasi yang sangat penting untuk mendukung aktivitas seseorang sangat dibutuhkan. Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang merupakan perangkat daerah sebagai unsur pelaksana penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan sebagaian urusan dibidang kebersihan dan pertamanan. Pada saat ini proses monitoring (patroli) yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Palembang dilaksanakan setiap hari kerja. Sasaran patroli meliputi kebersihan lingkungan dan keindahan pertamanan selalu terjaga dan tata pertamanan agar terlihat asri di seluruh area kota Palembang. Dalam mewujudkan konsep pelaporan yang berbeda tentu membutuhkan suatu pengembangan, sehingga tujuan pelaporan dapat tercapai dan hasil pelaporan kebersihan dan pertamanan ikut meningkat. pengembangan pelaporan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kebersihan pertamanan, sehingga hal tersebut berujung pada kepuasaan pegawai yang ingin melakukakn pelaporan secara cepat dan tepat. Pengembangan perangkat lunak monitoring dan pelaporan kebersihan pertamanan di kota palembang dengan menggunakan teknologi android cross platform yang dapat diimplementasikan pada handhone berbasis android, IOS dan Windows.

Abstract

Technological advances have developed rapidly nowadays. These technological advances are also in line with the development of ways of communicating both orally and in writing. In terms of writing, maintaining aspects of data security and confidentiality is very important. Many technologies can be used to secure data such as cryptography and steganography. This research will use the First of File and End of File Steganography Algorithms to secure data. Steganography is the science of hiding messages or data in the media. The First of File and End of File methods are one of the many methods commonly used in the Steganography Algorithm. Generally, the First of File and End of File methods are not much different. The First of File method inserts a message at the beginning of the file, while End Of File inserts a message at the end of the file. This technology can also be applied again for the years to come. This research produces an overview after a review study of the application of the FOF and EOF steganographic algorithms, the speed of steganography and the differences in the image after steganography in terms of image size and pixel. Kemajuan teknologi sudah sangat berkembang dengan pesat pada era sekarang. Kemajuan teknologi ini juga seiring dengan berkembangnya cara berkomunikasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Dalam hal tulisan, menjaga aspek keamanan dan kerahasiaan data sangatlah penting. Banyak teknologi yang bisa dipakai untuk mengamankan data seperti kriptografi dan steganografi. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan Algoritma Steganografi First Of File dan End Of File untuk mengamankan data. Steganografi merupakan ilmu menyembunyikan pesan atau data ke dalam media. Metode First Of File dan End Of File merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya metode yang biasa digunakan pada Algoritma Steganografi.Umumnya,metodeFirst Of File dan End Of File tidak jauh berbeda. Metode First Of File akan menyisipkan pesan diawal file sedangkan End Of File akan menyisipkan pesan di akhir file. Teknologi ini juga dapat diaplikasikan kembali untuk tahun-tahun kedepannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan gambaran setalah studi review penerapan algoritma steganografi FOF dan EOF , kecepatan steganografi dan juga perbedaan gambar setelah di steganografi dalam hal ukuran dan pixel gambar.
