Abstract

Pegawai pada hakekatnya merupakan salah satu unsur yang menjadi sumber daya dalam suatu instansi. Sumber Daya Manusia inilah yang menjadikan suatu organisasi bisa menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari. Pegawai sebagai sumber jalannya bagi organisasi, memungkinkan berfungsinya suatu organisasi dan menjadi unsur terpenting dalam manajemen. Oleh karena itu peranan manusia sangat penting dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara individu (parsial) terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh variabel kompetensi kerja secara individu (parsial) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh manakah dari variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan: (1) analisis statistic deskriptif, (2) uji asumsi klasik, dan (3) analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Kompetensi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (4) Komepetnsi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract

Sumber Daya Aparatur memiliki peranan yang sangatlah penti, dimana mereka merupakan sekelompok individu yang mengabdi terhadap kepentingan negara dan pemerintahan dan memiliki kedudukan yaitu sebagai pegawai negeri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Aparatur dan Inovasi Program Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Hukum Kabupaten Blitar secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bagian Hukum Kabupaten Blitar dengan jumlah 19 pegawai. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah populasi yang ada. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Sumber Daya Aparatur berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Hukum Kabupaten Blitar, dimana nilai Sig. dari Kualitas Sumber Daya Aparatur adalah 0.000 kurang dari 0.05. Inovasi program kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bagian Hukum Kabupaten Blitar, dimana nilai sig. yang diperoleh sebesar 0.008 kurang dari 0.05. Kualitas Sumber Daya Aparatur dan Inovasi Program Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Hukum Kabupaten Blitar, dengan nilai sig. 0.000 kurang dari 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap kinerja guru, menganalisa pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru dan menganalisa pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden adalah 60 orang guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi pada Kecamatan Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Disiplin sebagai variable bebas. dan kinierja Guru sebagai variable tak bebas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, dimana nilai sig. dari sistem informasi manajemen adalah 0,000 kurang dari 0,005. Disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru , dimana nilai sig. dari disiplin adalah 0,018 kuang dari 0,005. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah penerima tunjangan profesi pada Kecamatan Tanjunganom Kabupaten Nganjuk , dengan nilai sig.0,000 kurang dari 0,005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the variables of leadership style and organizational culture affect the performance of employees at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency simultaneously or partially, as well as analyzing the most dominant variables among the leadership styles and organizational culture. The population in this study were all employees in the District Office of Panggungrejo, Blitar Regency, amounting to 31 (thirty one) people. In this study, because the population is relatively small and relatively easy to reach, the authors use the total sampling method by using all employees in the population. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style and organizational culture together had an influence on the performance of employees at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Leadership style does not have an influence on employee performance at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Organizational culture has no influence on employee performance at the Panggungrejo District Office in Blitar Regency. Organizational culture is the most dominant variable in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intentions of Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (2) the influence of the family environment on the intentions of entrepreneurship in Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (3) the effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurship intentions of Economic Education students in STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (4) the influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment and student self-efficacy on the intentions of entrepreneurship in Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; The data collection method used in this study uses a questionnaire / questionnaire. The population in this study were 48 students of Economic Education at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020. Because this study uses population, the samples and sampling of the study were not used in this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that included in the type of quantitative research. Quantitative data analysis used is multiple linear regression and uses SPSS version 24.0 (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and student self-efficacy on student entrepreneurship intentions with a regression coefficient of entrepreneurship education of 0.093, coefficient value of the family environment of 0.453 and value of Self-efficacy regression coefficient of 0.462 and F arithmetic> F table (91.484> 2.82); (2) entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a coefficient value of 0.093 and t arithmetic> t table (0.730 <2.01537); (3) family environment has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a regression coefficient of 0.093, t arithmetic for (5.198> t table 2.01537)) self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a regression coefficient of 0.093 and t arithmetic for (3.834> t table 2.01537).

Abstract

Nganjuk District General Hospital has entrusted the cleanliness of the building and work area to outsourced cleaning service personnel from third parties. The number of cleaning service staff is seventy-one, consisting of 4 cleaning service coordinators or supervisors, twenty-two for yard and park cleaners and outpatients, forty-five for inpatients. Their work schedule is divided into three shifts, i.e. morning, noon and night including red dates or national holidays. In a hospital organizational structure, the performance of cleaning service personnel is under the responsibility of the Environmental Sanitation Installation. This study aims: (1) To find out and analyze the effect of work safety on cleaning service performance. (2) To find out and analyze the effect of occupational health on the cleaning service performance. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on the cleaning service performance. (4) To find out and analyze the influence of occupational safety, occupational health and work discipline on the performance of cleaning services. (5) To find out and analyze among the variables of occupational safety, occupational health and work discipline which have the most dominant influence. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been given a score in accordance with a predetermined measurement scale using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While the data analysis method uses: (1) descriptive data analysis, (2) classic assumption test, (3) and inferential statistical analysis.The results showed that: (1) The effect of work safety partially has a significant effect on cleaning service performance. (2) The effect of occupational health partially has a significant effect on cleaning service performance. (3) The effect of work discipline partially has a significant effect on cleaning service performance. (4) The effect of work safety, occupational health and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the cleaning service performance. (5) Work discipline variables that have the most dominant influence on cleaning service performance.

Abstract

Village Funds in the sample villages was still focused on the village development program (infrastructure development) and only a small portion of the Village Fund was utilized for community empowerment. The use of Village Funds raises a classic problem in the use of the Village Fund system in that the designation does not produce results that are suitable for village development. The study of Village Fund management is very interesting because each village has different uniqueness and characteristics. The purpose of this study is to find the pattern of the Village Fund management process in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency, a barrier and driver of Village Fund management in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency and prove the role of the Village Fund in community empowerment and increased development in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency. The primary data sources in this study are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Activity Implementation Team (TPK), Village Assistant and Community. In this study data collection techniques using triangulation / combined techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that (1) Village fund management in the District of Panggungrejo has been carried out well starting from planning, budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability in accordance with the provisions; (2) Obstacles in the management of Village Funds are the dominance of the Village Head in village financial management, poor quality RAB, very small allocation of funds for community empowerment activities, disbursement of funds disbursement with the proposed SPP, financial reporting and accountability are not timely. While the driver of the management of the Village Fund is the motivation of the community to advance the region, a large workforce, supporting PKT, HR Village staff capable of managing the Village Fund. Village Funds in Panggungrejo Subdistrict Most of it is allocated for physical development: road rebates, construction of village bridges, construction of sewers, TPT, construction and maintenance of madin / TK buildings, organization of Posyandu and procurement of village website networks. Community Empowerment in Panggungrejo District has a very small budget allocation of only around 3% of the total Village Fund budget. The small budget makes the impact of empowerment activities less felt by the community.

Abstract

Education quality that expected to be not only for just curiculum target achievement, but also concerning all performance which is support in achieving quality of school education. The implementation facing some problems, like the quality of human resources concerning creativity needs especially teacher creativity to develop education quality in globalization era. Teacher motivation needed in order to achieve teacher performance that expected. Beside that, through work satisfaction also become one of among factors in achieving good teacher performance of Rahmat education foundation, Kediri City. This research purpose is to analyze motivation effect towards teacher’s performance,analyze motivasion effect towards teacher’s performance through work satisfaction at YTP Rahmat, Kediri City.This research uses quantitative method, includes with 85 teachers of Rahmat edducation foundation as respondent. Operational variabels consist of motivation, teacher’s performance and work satisfaction. Using Path Analyze as data analyzing method. Research’s results are direct influence between motivation towards teacher’s performance at rahmat education foundation, Kediri City. (1) The amounts of motivation direct influence towards teacher performance showed in beta standardized value of 0,479 and for the linear regression coefficient of the motivation variable has a positive direction towards teacher’s performance of Rahmat education foundation, Kediri City. (2) Positive influence and significant between motivation towards teacher’s work satisfaction of Rahmat education foundation, Kediri City with the beta standardization coefficient value of 0,723 and significance of 0,00<0,05. (3) There is motivation influence towards teacher’s performance through teacher’s work satisfaction of Rahmat education foundation, Kediri City. The value of direct influence is 0,479 while the value of indirect influence must calculate by diverting indirect coefficient of (0,723) X (0,356)=0,257. Because of direct relation coefficient bigger than indirect relation coefficient the it can be said that the relation among the is direct relaton.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and work ability on the performance of the Employees of the Office of Communication and Information Blitar in partial and simultaneous. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Office of Communication and Information of Blitar Regency, totaling 43 people consisting of echelon II, III, IV officials and staff. The results showed that (1) the variable of work motivation did not significantly influence the performance variable partially, where the value of sig. the result is greater than 0.05. (2) Work discipline does not significantly influence employee performance partially, where sig. the result is greater than 0.05. (3) Work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Together - the Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Ability variables in this study significantly influence employee performance. In accordance with the basis of decision making, that the significance value is 0.024 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh morald hazard terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 5) untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan morald hazard sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan korelasi dimana pada penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang menyangkut sesuatu pada saat berlangsungnya proses riset yang dapat memberikan informasi yang mutakhir dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi yang dirancang untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih yang berbeda, dimana akan dapat diketahui besar kontribusi variabel – variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya serta besarnya arah hubungan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 3) Morald hazard tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 4) Komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 5) Morald hazard dapat memoderasi pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Nindya Karya (Persero).
