Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic resulted in a new normal era that the Indonesian people must face. The unstable economic situation, the large number of unemployment and increasing poverty make the government have to be able to make the best decisions for its people. In financial management, financial planning is able to reduce poverty. Providing material and knowledge about good financial management can help the community in facing the new normal order. This research is a descriptive study, which examines financial planning in the new normal era. This study used online interview techniques and literature and literature reviews on financial planning in the new normal era. From the results of this study there are several things that must be considered such as a), regulating expenditure items, b) creating a budget, c) evaluating the amount of income d), looking for additional income e) delaying long-term investment f) closing non-important expenditure items g) avoid debt.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the largest countries in the world has very large natural and human resources, so manycountries want to invest in this country due to the huge market share. But this large market share does notindicate that the community is good in its financial management. This is evidenced by the results of a survey byOJK in 2016 that Indonesia's financial literacy rate is 29.7% and Indonesia's financial inclusion rate is 67.8%.This is the main attraction for the authors to conduct research on the level of public awareness in family financialplanning in the Medan Labuhan District because this area is a potential area besides the very large communitybut this area is also already an area where many people work as fishermen.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is Is There an Effort to Increase Motivation and Tips for Learning Inflation Through the Learning Process in Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Alahan Kae Ulu Pungkut? In general, the purpose of this study is to describe the Improvement of Motivation and Tips for Learning Inflation Through the Learning Process in the Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Alahan Kae Ulu Pungkut. This type of research used by the author in this study is an associative method, because associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, which are able to explain and look for an overview of the two variables, and see the effect of them. The method used is the method of literature and field studies. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study is to use the moment product correlation formula. Obtained rxy1 count = 0.672 and rxy2 count = 0.645. It can be seen that r count is greater than the value of r table with an error rate of 5%, namely 0.672> 0.349 for rxy1 and 0.645> 0.349 for rxy2. Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan adalah suatu perasaaan konsumen sebagai respon terhadap produk barang dan jasa yang telah di konsumsi. Kualitas produk adalah dimana setiap konsumen yang memperoleh kepuasan atas produk yang dibelinya cenderung melakukan pembelian ulang produk yang sama, salah satunya adalah kualitas. Harga adalah segala bentuk biaya moneter yang dikorbankan oleh konsumen untuk memperoleh, memiliki, memanfaatkan sejumlah kombinasi dari barang beserta pelayanan dari suatu produk.Dan kualitas pelayanan adalah segala sesuatu yang dilakukan oleh pihak tertentu guna untuk dapat dipahami, objektif, dapat dinilai seseorang, dan mempunyai aspek nilai dan harga. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas air, tarif air, dan kualitas pelayanan (service quality) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 pelanggan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara pada Wilayah Jalan Alumunium IV Tanjung Mulia.Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, dimana sampel yang dipilih secara acak.Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 88 responden yang merupakan laki – laki dewasa dan perempuan dewasa yang sudah menjadi pelanggan tetap pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan dengan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) dan studi dokumentasi.Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Analisis Faktor (KMO)-MSA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap variabel kualitas air, tarif air, kualitas pelayanan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara, dan hasil analisis data statistic menunjukkan tingkat analisis faktor (KMO)-MSA berada pada posisi buruk (miserable). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepuasan pelangggan terhadap variabel kualitas air pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara, dan hasil analisis data statistik menunjukkan tingkat analisis faktor (KMO)-MSA berada pada posisi cukup (mediocre). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap variabel tariff air pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara, dan hasil analisis data statistik menunjukkan tingkat analisis Faktor (KMO)-MSA berada posisi cukup (Mediocre). (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Cemara, dan hasil analisis data statistik menunjukkan tingkat analisis faktor (KMO)-MSA berada pada posisi cukup (mediocre).

Abstract

The corona virus that emerged in early 2020 globally has made massive changes to occur in the world. Starting from the economy, politics to education were affected. The change that has been felt in the world of education is the global implementation of independent study at home. Lecturers are required to deliver learning material through on line, face to face is no longer allowed. Various applications can be used as a means of delivering material. Google classroom is an option that is generally used by educators to deliver material.In this study using SSS 20.00 with the number of questionnaires as many as 30 semester IV Diploma III students of Budi Darma University which aims to see whether there is a relationship between the appearance of Google Classroom and student satisfaction in receiving subject matter Personality Development, Ease of use of Google Classroom on student satisfaction with receiving subject matter. self-development courses and whether the appearance and ease of use of Google Classroom simultaneously affect student satisfaction in receiving self-development course material.

Abstract

Covid-19 which has hit the world has made Indonesians experience the impact of termination of employment. Termination of employment results in many people who no longer have regular income every month. For parents who have children who have completed their high school education at the same level, of course, they will think twice about continuing their children's education to tertiary institutions due to economic conditions. Besides that, there are also parents who are very enthusiastic about continuing their children's education to a higher level, even though the economy is not sufficient because education has become one of the necessities of life. This research is located at Akpar Medan Hotel School by taking a sample of 30 prospective students who wish to register as new students. Performed with the multiple linear regression method where X1 is Covid-19 X2 is Study Interest and Y is Student Admission. From the results of the research, the authors found that the influence of Covid-19 in terms of layoffs (Termination of Employment) affects student admissions at Akpar Medan Hotel School which has decreased in the 2020/2021 academic year. However, interest in studying did not affect the decline in student admissions. Simultaneously both of them have an effect on the decrease in the number of new student admissions at Akpar Medan Hotel School.

Abstract

Facing change and competition both at the national and international levels, then employees must adapt to changes in technology, such as the emergence of new technology or new work methods in the company. Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy, which is a private tertiary institution where employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities still require training from the university as well as from the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI). But the problem in this study is training has an effect on improving employee performance at the Medan Hotel School of Tourism Academy, Medan? This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Methods of data collection are done through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 16 people with the determination technique is total sampling. The hypothesis in this study is to estimate the effect of job training on employee performance at the Medan Hotel School of Tourism, Medan. 1. Job training has an effect on employee performance at the Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy, Medan. 2. The most dominant indicator of job training in influencing the performance of employees at the Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy, Medan is that after participating in training, employees are able to complete work more easily and quickly, 3. The employee performance indicator that has the most dominant impact is the job training conducted by Medan Tourism Academy Hotel School, Medan are employees in carrying out and completing their work on time.

Abstract

The role of public relations or public relations is a form of optimizing public relations work that is tasked with creating, building, improving, maintaining the image and publishing all forms of corporate work programs. The role of a PR is to establish good cooperation with all the public so that they get direct feedback from consumers as a form of participation and convince the public to trust the company's excellence. Strategy is also very necessary in maintaining the company's image. That way the role of public relations in a company is very important, whether or not a public relations person can influence public opinion for the company. In the world of business organizations, a PR can compete with other companies. This research is considered important to know the role of public relations in improving the image of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara by using quantitative research. In addition, this study uses several things to be able to obtain data, namely questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. Then for data analysis techniques in quantitative research using statistics that have been analyzed using the SPSS application.

Abstract

The success of an organization either in whole or in various groups in a particular organization depends on the quality of a leader in the organization concerned. Because in an organization the leader has a very dominant role in the success of the organization in carrying out various activities. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Motivation of leaders to press workers in increasing the professionalism of the press in the Indonesian Journalists Association, Deli Serdang Regency". The conclusions obtained from this research are: Leader's motivation to increase the professionalism of the press provides energy that drives all existing potentials, creates high and noble desires, and increases togetherness. Each party works according to established rules or standards with mutual respect, mutual need, mutual understanding, and respect for the rights and obligations of each and the entire operational work process.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of online claims on the level of BPJS Employment Participants in the Meulaboh Branch. The method used is a quantitative method. This study uses primary data, namely distributing questionnaires, distributing questionnaires online by sharing a google link from the use of wattsap social media. secondary data were obtained from research method books, journals, participant documents and related literature. The research was conducted at BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch. Research samples from BPJS Employment Meulaboh Branch participants who made online claims. The number of respondents in this study which was used as a sample was 41 respondents. The research sample was taken with the type of probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, and the use of the SPSS version of the application 20.0. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that Rsquare is 0.710 nominal. This indicates that the influence of the Online Claims variable (X) on the level of participants (Y), which is 71%, not 100%, the remaining 29% is influenced by the factors discussed in this study. From the hypothesis of using the t test, it is known that the online claim value is significant 0.000<0.5 value tcount>ttable (9.777>2.02439) from these results it is concluded that there is a significant influence between online claims on the satisfaction level of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants Meulaboh Branch.
