Abstract

North Sulawesi has a beautiful nature with extraordinary natural wealth. One kind of the natural wealth possessed by the province of North Sulawesi, especially Minahasa Regency, is the Object of Tetempangan Hill. It is a natural tourist’ attraction which presents a very beautiful natural scenery of the expanse of sea and mountains that stretches. . The Tetempangan Hill tourist attraction is located between Koha village and Agotey village. Day by day, more and more tourists visit this attraction both young and old who come to enjoy the existing natural beauty. This research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative method. Descriptive research was done to get description about group reference (X) which becomes independent variable in relation to decision of tourists (Y) as dependent variable. Research was through data obtained from the results of questionnaires, interviews and secondary data of Tetempangan Hill, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. Technique of collecting data used was survey method that is collecting data of an object in the field by taking a sample from a population by using questionnaires as a data collection tool spread to 60respondents. In addition, the authors use statistical tests. Group reference, in this case family and friends ,have a significant influence on the decision of the tourists to visit the attraction of Tetempangan Hill ,Minahasa Regency , North Sulawesi Province. Decision making by tourists in visiting the attractions of Tetempangan Hill has a positive relationship with the influence of the group reference ,in this case, family and friends.

Abstract

This research has been held in Eastern site of Bunaken Island coral reef area at May 22-28 2018. Using PIT method (Point Intercept Transect) in 5 meter depth with 25 m transect long. Research result show that in general coral health level at coral reef area in Eastern site Bunaken Island around 41.2 % and average unhealthy coral above 15 colony each transect. This fact show that condition of coral health in that area well off at fair category. Key words: Healty coral, Point Intercept Transect, Fair Category.

Abstract

Jolotundo Petirtaan Seloliman village, Trawas, Mojokerto is a tourist attraction located on the mountain slope. There has not been a significant increase in development due to the fact that it is still known for the locals and there is no public transportation and promotion has been done properly. The purpose of the study was to explain the development of the tourist attraction of Petirtaan Jolotundo Trawas which has high potentials for variou toruist attraction. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study recommend the addition of facilities and infrastructure to develop Jolotundo Petirtaan tourism attractions such as public transportation to Jolotundo Petirta, the need for bus settle as a tour package from tourism objects in Trawas such as bus settle starting from Ngoro Stop, Petolaan Jolotundo, Lanang Statue Men), Arca wadok (Women), Glass Statues (Mirrors), Dlundung waterfalls, organic acrobusiness farms (tourist villages), home stays, trawas shelters. This tour package can be done otherwise and promotions both online and offline are made that can reach national and international marketing.

Abstract

Pakuwon Mall is the biggest Mall in Indonesia with glamour concept as International Mall. Pakuwon Mall as a modern and tourist destination, especially for shopping, culinary and family entertainment destination. As a shopping destination, it has been filled with branded tenants such as H & M, Pull and Bear, Bonia, Stradivarius, Marks and Spencer, etc. For culinary destinations has presented a full meal tenants such as culinary domestic and overseas menu, except that there are unique characteristics of Pakuwon Mall which bring the atmosphere of street food inside mall, which brought the food counter food truck in area Food Society. However, the existence of Pakuwon Mall has not been well known among both domestic and International tourists. There is lack of cooperation between the owner, local government, Tourism Department and Tour Agents in promotional efforts. Supposedly with good cooperation and promotion of tourism, Surabaya can be recognized by many domestic and international travelers through Pakuwon Mall as a modern shopping tourist destination. Branded promotion of tourism and tours and traveling package includes the shopping tour in Pakuwon Mall. This research apply observation that was done directly on site in Pakuwon Mall, taking note of the observation, taking photo in some important places and tenants which showing the best sides of Pakuwon Mall.

Abstract

This research focuses on H2O Bar in storing fruit raw materials that is still not well controlled yet so that it affects the ineffectiveness of inventory and decreases product quality. Therefore the relationship between FIFO system control and product quality at the H2O bar at Novotel Manado hotels needs to be examined. The research aims to measure how much the FIFO system relates to control product quality at the H2O bar at the Novotel Manado hotel and then analyzes and explains how and why the FIFO system controls and product quality. This study uses quantitative research method, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that can be calculated with primary and secondary data collected by survey, observation and literature study methods. The study concluded that the correlation coefficient or r = 0.625, which means that there is a positive and strong relationship between the FIFO control system and the drinking product quality which means that if the FIFO control system is increased or reduced then the quality of the product will increase / decrease.
