Abstract

Confidential text data is very vulnerable to wiretapping by irresponsible parties. The text is still plaintext, making it easier for the attacker to make use of it. Text data can be secured by several techniques. One of them is cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can secure secret text data by randomizing the hex value of the data into a data that cannot be recognized and read. One of the reliable algorithms is the eXtended Tiny Encryption Algorithm (XTEA) symmetry algorithm. The XTEA algorithm is a simple algorithm that is lightweight and fast in the encryption and decryption process. However, the concept of the symmetry algorithm is the encryption and decryption process using the same key. The security of this concept is very vulnerable if the key is leaked and is public. So that this can be optimized by generating keys using the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method. Key generation is used with prime numbers. The key sent to an eligible recipient is only the initial prime number. So that the recipient has to do key assembly first to carry out the decryption process. This can optimize the encrypted ciphertext using the XTEA algorithm.

Abstract

Salt & Paper Noise Is A Form Of Noise That Is Used To See Black Or White Dots On An Image The Cause Is An Error Or Damage To The Pixels In The Image. X-ray or radiography is the use of ionizing rays to form the image of the object being studied on film, radiography is generally used to see objects that are not transparent, for example, the inside of the human body. X-ray images often have unclear results, because the image is taken using X-Ray rays, the x-ray results usually have a black and white color, and can be clearly seen when placed right in front of a light source. The light source only helps to see the shadow of the image, but does not improve the quality of the image and reduce noise or dots in the image. For this reason, the author intends to try to implement the X-ray results using the Adaptive-Hierarchical filter method with the aim of eliminating noise or dots in the X-ray image and clarifying the existing image shadows. With the Adaptive-Hierarchical Filter Method I Use Two Noise Detection Methods Where Is Detection For Noise In Medium And Smooth Areas Where Noise Detects In Rusal Or Salt Pixels And Paper Detects For Noise In Strong Areas Or You Can Call It Edge Detection On Noise On The Edges Using Only Pixels That Have Been Defined

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for diagnosing Schistosomiasis at the Royal Maternity Hospital. The data collection technique used is the observation method. Schistosomiasis diagnosis expert system in this study was built using Visual Basic.Net 2008. The expert system method applied was Forward Chaining and Fuzzy Logic Takagi Sugeno Kang. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that Forward Chaining and Fuzzy Logic Takagi Sugeno Kang can provide diagnostic results that are relevant to the knowledge possessed by experts.

Abstract

Cabbage is an annual plant or more in the form of a shrub. One of the centers for cabbage production is in Simalungun Regency, Ancient District. Cabbage has good demand prospects. However, erratic weather factors and plant pests that threaten to make the quality of cabbage vegetables are not good so that the impact on farmers' income is uncertain. In determining the appropriate and unfeasible cabbage, the Datamining Method with the C4.5 Algorithm is used. The C4.5 algorithm can provide a decision tree that is easy to interpret and has good accuracy so that the results obtained are expected to be input and help the agricultural office and farmers to determine the quality of cabbage vegetables that are good according to the target market. Become a reference for further research related to the users of the C4.5 Algorithm.
