Abstract

The image of the Yamaha Mio brand is one of the most important factors because the citramerk is very important to sell to prospective consumers, given the competition in the motorcycle business today can be categorized as a battle for the formation and maintenance of product images in the eyes of consumers. The purpose of this research in this thesis is to determine the extent of the influence of citramerk on YamahaMio's furniture decisions in CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought or used YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange, amounting to 290 people / month. The number of respondents to be sampled is 75 people. The results showed that the independent variables influenced furniture decisions. This is indicated by the results of partial testing of the calculated t value of the citramerk variable (X) of 11.284 greater than the t table of 1.982. Adjust R Square of 0.636 which means that the variable citramer has the ability to explain the YamahaMio purchase decision on the CV. The Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange was 63.6% while the remaining 46.4% was by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that citramerk influences the purchase decision of YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explain collaboration for active learning of vocational students through apprenticeships in West Java province, This program is to support Indonesia government program to revitalize vocational education in accordance with Presidential Instruction to improve human development index in Indonesia. This research involves 520 students taking apprenticeship in grade 11 from several vocational school in West Java Province. The participating schools were purposely selected by the first professional certification institution who conducted the field research through questionnaire answered. The results with from statistics descriptive of five indicators, which are student collaboration for active learning in apprenticeship showed that working together, obeying general rule, good speaking, respect and professionalism with positive ethics is more 35% (n = 520). It is very clear that collaboration is carried out by students from different schools. On the other hand, the role of the instructor is very helpful in apprenticeship. Possible explanation is that the finding of student collaboration using questionnaire answered for active learning in context vocational education and training has limitations to this research. It is indicated that further research be useful to be conducted by other researchers.

Abstract

The local language is one of the cultural properties that must be maintained. However, modernization can not be avoided and it causes the young generation to do not care about their own local language anymore. In Indonesia, there are already 11 extinct local languages. If there is no action to take care, it will increase the number of local language extinction. The Javanese language is one of local languages that is the most speakers in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta as the student city. However, the Javanese language itself is started to be left alone by the young generation. Therefore, this research is intended to give the scientific written idea to maintain Javanese language in Yogyakarta. This research is done by 2 steps of research, the first step is finding the idea by observation, literature study, and Focus Group Discussion with 3 experts. Second, prioritizing ideas to be realized using AHP with multi-expert. The result shows that there are 3 ideas that have to be realized sequentially. The first idea to be applied is ‘One day with Javanese language program’, second is the making of ‘Java café’, and the third is the selection of ‘Javanese language ambassador’.

Abstract

Retinoblastoma (RB) is the most common primary intraocular malignancy of childhood. There is no therapies that can eradicate specifically the whole cancer cells without any side effects. The disialoganglioside 2 (GD2), one of the cancer’s cell markers that can be treated using immunotherapy, is expressed in RB. Through this fact, immunotherapy based on chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered T cells targeting cancer-specific antigens has shown great potential in treating this cancer. Although in recent studies show that immune cells are not able to destroy cancer cells because in every cancer cells there is protein programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1). This literature review also shows the potential technology using Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)-CRISPR associated protein (Cas9) method to silence PD-1 in CAR T cell, so PD-L1 can not deactivate CAR T Cell through PD-1 signaling. The combination using CAR T cell and CRISPR-Cas9 will be the great therapy to eradicate RB without any side effect.
