Abstract

The image of the Yamaha Mio brand is one of the most important factors because the citramerk is very important to sell to prospective consumers, given the competition in the motorcycle business today can be categorized as a battle for the formation and maintenance of product images in the eyes of consumers. The purpose of this research in this thesis is to determine the extent of the influence of citramerk on YamahaMio's furniture decisions in CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought or used YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange, amounting to 290 people / month. The number of respondents to be sampled is 75 people. The results showed that the independent variables influenced furniture decisions. This is indicated by the results of partial testing of the calculated t value of the citramerk variable (X) of 11.284 greater than the t table of 1.982. Adjust R Square of 0.636 which means that the variable citramer has the ability to explain the YamahaMio purchase decision on the CV. The Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange was 63.6% while the remaining 46.4% was by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that citramerk influences the purchase decision of YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange.

Abstract

This research is conducted with the aim to know the influence of reward and punishment to employee work discipline to the PT Fajar Baru Sukses Kabanjahe.  The sample in this research were 35 respondents.  Techniques of data collection was done by filing questionnaires to respondents.  The research method to analyze the data using quantitative methods, statistical analysis.  From the results of data processing, it was obtained that partially the two independent variables, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline variable (Y), with each value t count > t table (5,468 > 1,692) for the reward variable ( X1) and t count > t table (6.668 > 1.692) for punishment variable (X2), the two independent variables, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) were able to influence the dependent variable, namely work discipline (Y) with a value of F count > F table (96.932 > 3.295).  R2 test: the coefficient of determination is 0.858 and a positive value, which means, the relationship between reward (X1) and punishment (X2) with work discipline (Y) is 85.80%.  This means that the work discipline of employees of PT Fajar Baru Sukses Kabanjahe 85.80% is influenced by reward and punishment and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is aim to find out how the influence of supervision and working motivation towards discipline of work to employee of Tourism and Culture Department, Karo District. The number of population on this research is about 37 people and all of those made as sample or total sample. For verifying hypothesis which is proposed, there will be done with partial examination, simultaneous examination, and coefficient of determination. The result shows that in partially, variable of supervission and motivation influences discipline of work to employee of Tourism and Culture Department significantly, where the value of tcalculated in supervission variable is 2.272 and value that is calculated according to variable of motivation is 4.431, whereever value of ttableis 1.687. While with simultaneous examination, Fcalculated is calculated with 32, 112 and the value of Ftable is 3.267. So, it is concluded that with simultaneous examination, variable of supervission and motivation influences discipline of work to employee of Tourism and Culture Department significantly too. The result of multiple linear regression obtained with this equation, y = 9,516 + 0,2321X1 + 0,497X2 + e. The Coefficient of determination stated that 0,654 or 65,4 % of discipline of work to employee of Tourism and Culture Department is influenced by supervission and motivation and the residual 34,6 % is influenced by another factor which isn’t researched on this study.

Abstract

Karo regency is a one of 33 Regency of North Sumatera Province wich geographically lies at Bukit Barisan Highland Mountain and 75 km from Medan, the capital of North Sumatera Province. Karo regency have two mount, mount Sinabung and mount Sibayak, and one of them, mount Sinabung in the year of 2010 have erupted and again 2013 erupted until now. These eruption created 6179 refugees that located in many location as refugees. Economically, according to local government of Karo Regency, the economic growth decreased from 6,34% 2012 to 4,71% in 2013. Then, since 2014 economic growth increase to 5.09% and 2015 become 5,01% perannum. The total Loss of society and government property around Rp 964,035 miliard which consist of agriculture field Rp 712,185 miliard, housing Rp 234,75 miliard and others Rp 17,1 miliard. In terms of tourism sector, the total of tourist visited karo regency decreased dramatically not only frainner but also local visitor. The total budget need for recovery post eruption Rp 506,653 miliard and, for rehabilitation and reconstruction Rp803,525 miliard (bappeda kab.karo). In terms of performance quality BPBD karo regency to serve all refugees based on survey, from 75 respondent of 287 population to the quistionaire result shown 0,534 by used statistical metod. It’s mean that there are positive and significant the relationship between the good performance of local government of karo regency toward sastisfied of refugees to received served as long there are at refugees location

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction, employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Head office in Karo District. In this study, the population was 32 employees of the Tiganderket sub-district office in Karo District. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo Regency, amounting to 32 respondents. To see the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Tiganderket sub-district office employees, four indicators are the measure of work, colleagues, leadership, career planning, data collection methods in this studied using the questionnaire method. The instruments that were compiled were then tested for validity using statistical formulas. The analysis uses descriptive percentages and multiple regression analysis which have been tested beforehand with the classic assumption test in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis the equation is Y = 4.094 + 0.323 X1 + 0.335 X2 + 0.202 X3 + 0.021 X4 + e. Test the significance of the regression equation using the F test, based on the calculation results obtained Fcount = 13.662 with a probability of 0,000 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of work, coworkers, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously was 59.1%. The results of the study conclusions, in general, the factors that affect job satisfaction at the Tiganderket Sub-District Office of Karo District, there are effects of work, colleagues, leadership, and career planning on job satisfaction simultaneously while partially not all variables affect job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that agencies should continue to explore the potential of their employees and improve performance standards.

Abstract

The era of globalization, this research aims to find out which factors increase the level of student satisfaction. The number of studies was 392 students. The sample of this study was calculated with the Slovin formula of 100 respondents. The sample chosen by stratified sampling technique is the sample selection technique by taking a sample by taking into account the strata (assessment) in participation. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.The results of the study prove that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy support partial to student satisfaction, while the Guarantee variable does not significantly influence student satisfaction. Variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are simultaneously guaranteed to Student Satisfaction. The results determine the facts received by students by physical proof factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan price discount terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan price discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan namun Price discount tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Reddoorz Near Mikie Holiday Berastagi. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 0,183 yang berarti 18,30% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan price discount.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pemasaran jasa di Suite Pakar Berastagi . Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitait, yaitu data kualitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk informasi lisanAnalisis SWOT strategi pemasaran jasa pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi yaitu:Berdasarkan tabel matriks IFAS dan EFAS didapat hasil pada faktor eksternal yaitu peluang sebesar 2.12 dan ancaman 0,58 dan selisih antara faktor eksternal pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi sebesar 1,54. Data tersebut diambil dari tabel matriks EFAS. Peluang ini dapat dikatakan peluang yang besar dikarenakan diukur dari parameter dengan 1,00 (tidak penting) dan 4,00 (sangat penting). Kemudian jika dilihat dari faktor internal yaitu kekuatan sebesar 2,27 dan kelemahan sebesar 0,75 serta selisih diantara kedua faktor tersebut sebesar 1,52, sehingga hasil selisih antara faktor eksternal dan internal yang ada pada hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dimasukkan ke dalam diagram analisis SWOT yang ada pada gambar 4.2. Dari diagram analisis SWOT hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dapat membuat strategi agresif untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Pada strategi ini, hotel Suite Pakar Berastagi dapat meningkatkan atau mempertahankan strategi pemasaran jasa yang selama ini dilakukan seperti menyediakan makanan dengan varian beragam dan enak, karyawan berpenampilan yang rapi, sopan, dan ramah, menyediakan jasa tour dan fasilitas pernikahan, banyaknya pilihan kamar, dan waktu pelayanan selama 24 jam yang mengutamakan kualitas pelayanan yang baik kepada pengunjung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Momo Jaya Lingga Kecamatan Simpang Empat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan. Sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan karyawan CV. Momo Jaya Lingga sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa disiplin dan kinerja karyawan sudah cukup baik namun perusahaan masih perlu menambah jenis kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan, karena akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap disiplin karyawan. Guna meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan pelatihan bagi karyawan, selain itu pimpinan harus melakukan pengawasan yang lebih baik untuk menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Abstract

The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. The population of this research is the employees of the PDAM Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the whole of the total population of 38 people. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work itself, the supervisor, the co-workers and the promotion as free variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary/wage was partially influential positively and significantly towards job satisfaction. Simultaneously the work itself, supervisors, coworkers, promotions and salary/wages have a positive effect and a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees employment Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch.The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent.
