Abstract

The phenomenon of terrorism in Indonesia in the past decade has attracted publicattention, both nationally and internationally. There are those who react to it as usual, butsome also assume based on political, religious, social and ideological perspectives. As astrategic information tool, mass media is very likely to construct reality on the ground intoa news product that not only has business value, but is also loaded with the interests of themedia ideology itself. In the context of Communication Science, to describe the process ofselecting and highlighting specific aspects of reality in journalistic products, the analysisof framing (framing) can represent traditions that prioritize a multidisciplinary approachor perspective to analyze phenomena or communication activities.Keywords: Terrorism, Framing, Mass Media

Abstract

The service image is said to be important because it is the overall impression that isformed in the minds of the public about the public services provided by the villageapparatus. Community service can be categorized effectively if the community gets theease of service with a short, fast, appropriate and satisfying procedure. Most oftencomplained by residents of Klangenan Village is a guarantee of timely service processessuch as making E-KTP and others. Abstract

The homeland is a strong nature and becomes the character of every human being.Separating from the homeland or even the hometown feels heavy and tormenting. In Tafsiral-Kabir, Juz XV, p. 165; al-Imam Fakhr Al-Din al-Razi said that; "Allah made leaving hishomeland equal to suicide". Al-Razi's statement implies that leaving the homeland topeople of understanding is a very difficult and difficult matter, just as the suicidal illness.So, the love of the homeland is a very deep nature in the human soul. Political parties inthe world of politics, especially in local politics will be easily understood by firstunderstanding the definition of political parties. Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon (UMC) is a university that is currently developing in the region III Cirebon (Cirebon Kota / Kab, Majalengka, Indramayu and Kuningan) today. Bagging "B" accretion should be an attraction for prospective new students to join the main campus located on Jl. These Cirebon Sources. Moreover, Cirebon Muhammadiyah University has several advantages over other universities. Strategic campus location, relatively affordable tuition fees, is an added value for prospective new students to determine their choice to study at Muhammadiyah University in Cirebon. However, in fact, not all fresh graduates look at UMC as an alternative university for them to study. Keyword: Students, Promotion, Communication Strategy

Abstract

There are times when women become the economic support of their families. Primarily infinancial matters, their dependence on men has the potential to be counterproductive to thespirit of equality. This paper is a study of the Mentoring Program for Women KPPPA-RIHome Industry Activists in Cirebon Regency. Through questionnaire-based mapping, 100women entrepreneurs from two villages (Grogol and Mertasinga) in GunungjatiSubdistrict were categorized according to the business sectors they engaged in. Importantaspects such as capital, labor, raw materials, tools, packaging, selling prices, marketingand bookkeeping have become the focus of attention.Keywords: Home Industry, Women, Mentoring Program

Abstract

One indicator to measure the success of public organizations that provide services to thecommunity is community satisfaction. Of course the problems that arise can be seen fromthe complaints felt by the recipient community. The purpose of this study was to find out:the index of community satisfaction with public services at the Cirebon RegencyPopulation and Civil Registry Service and the factors that influence the level of communitysatisfaction at Disdukcapil Cirebon District. Abstract

Public services carried out by effective governments or corporations can strengthendemocracy and human rights, promote economic prosperity, social cohesion, reducepoverty, improve environmental protection, be wise in the use of natural resources, deepentrust in government and public administration. As a consequence of the implementation ofregional autonomy, the Regional Government is required to improve its performance inorder to provide services to the community. In essence the implementation of regionalautonomy is directed at accelerating the realization of community welfare throughimproving services, empowerment and participation of the community, as well asincreasing regional competitiveness.Keywords: Public Service, Government, Democracy, Resources

Abstract

Di Kabupaten Cirebon, peran pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan politik untuk mencapai tujuan demokratisasi di tingkat daerah yaitu dilaksanakan oleh Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Perlindungan Masyarakat sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Bupati tentang Rincian Tugas, Fungsi dan Tata Kerja Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Nomor 65 Tahun 2008, berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui peranan Badan Kesbanglinmas terhadap Pelembagaan Partai Politik Islam di Kabupaten Cirebon. 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peranan Badan Kesbanglinmas terhadap Pelembagaan Partai Politik Islam oleh di Kabupaten Cirebon.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara yang berpedoman pada lembar wawancara yang telah disusun, pengamatan dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive random sampling. Responden yang diambil adalah berasal dari unsur Badan Kesbanglinmas sebanyak 4 (empat) orang, Partai Politik Islam sebanyak 12 yang diambil dari 3 orang pengurus partai politik tingkat kabupaten dari empat partai islam (dua belas) orang. Jadi, jumlah informan yang diwawancarai adalah sebanyak 16 (enam belas orang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan Badan Kesbanglinmas dalam pelembagaan partai politik islam di kabupaten cirebon sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan tugas, wewenang dan fungsi Badan Kesbanglinmas yang rinci berdasarkan aspek rumusan kebijakan yang jelas sebagai pedoman pelaksnaan tugas, aspek dukungan atas penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan demokratisasi adalah fasilitasi bantuan keuangan partai politik yang terlaksana dengan baik. Dalam aspek pembinaan dan pelaksanaan tugas di bidang pengembangan demokratisasi sudah cukup bermakna. Kegiatan sosialisasi pendidikan politik, diskusi politik, pembekalan pengurus parpol serta sosialisasi peraturan perundangan tentang partai politik sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peranan Badan Kesbanglinmas dalam pelembagaan partai politik islam. Faktor yang berpengaruh dalam peranan Badan kesbanglinmas adalah, Pertama; faktor pendukung yang meliputi tersedianya kebijakan teknis yang menjadi pedoman pelaksanan tugas, keterlibatan partai politik islam yang selalu mendukung program kerja Badan Kesbanglinmas, serta ketersediaan SDM Badan Kesbanglinmas yang cukup. Kedua; faktor penghambat meliputi alokasi anggaran yang belum menunjang kegiatan serta kurangnya pelatihan bagi pegawai Badan Kesbanglinmas

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui kementerian sosial seiring bergantinya waktu akan digantikan dengan kelompok usaha bersama atau sering disebut KUBE. Hal tersebut dikarenakan agar masyarakat lebih mandiri dan tidak terus menerus mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah. Minimnya pengetahuan dari para pendamping mengenai wirausaha membuat program KUBE hanya jalan ditempat. Para pendamping tidak mampu mengkomunikasikan dengan baik bagaimana cara berwirausaha yang benar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Cirebon dan mengambil sampel dari delapan kecamatan. Dari hasil penelitian dikatahui bahwa masyarakat kebanyakan dalam mengolah uang KUBE membuat usaha konveksi, berternak, sembako, makanan ringan, dan budidaya jahe. Banyak dari mereka yang tidak dapat menjalankan usaha dan cenderung jalan ditempat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurang pengetahuan mereka tentang wirausaha dan kurangnya komunikasi yang efektif dari pendamping dalam menginformasikan kepada masyarakat dalam berwirausaha.

Abstract

In the midst of decentralization and regional autonomy issues, almost all sectors of the central government’s authority granted to local governments, including family planning programs (family planning). Similarly, the implementation of family planning programs in Tegal regency government. Based on qualitative research method, the family planning program is not running optimally due to changes in institutional planning and lack of political commitment from the local government Tegal regency. Family planning programs have not been considered as a matter of urgency. Lack of political commitment to produce policies that do not support the implementation of family planning programs and the impact on the lack of budgetary allocations, lack of human resources support, overlapping regional regulations, and institutions that have not been independent for family planning programs.
