Abstract

E-learning media online dalam melakukan belajar mengajar asynchronous melalui perangkat komputer yang memungkinkan tersampaikannya bahan ajar kepada siswa. Pemanfaatan media e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pada dunia pendidikan. Salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di kota Palembang, telah menerapkan media ini sebagai media yang membantu dalam pembelajaran. Mengevaluasi media e-learning merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan untuk melihat optimalisasi media tersebut terhadap penggunanya. Model DeLone dan McLean merupakan model yang memberikan evaluasi yang sangat optimal karena memiliki 6 variabel yang sangat berpengaruh yaitu variabel Kualitas informasi, variabel Kualitas sistem, variabel Kualitas layanan, variabel Penggunaan dan variabel kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat optimalisasi dari penggunaan media e-learning yang telah berjalan. Dengan menggunakan model dari DeLone dan McLean mendapatkan 20 pertanyaan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian (1) validitas dan reliabilitas bahwa indikator setiap pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, (2) uji F dan uji t setiap variabel mempunyai berpengaruh positif terhadap pengguna, (3) skala likerts memberikan gambaran 90% pengguna setuju dengan media e-learning yang telah berjalan saat ini, variabel kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengguna media e-learning.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menyebabkan tiap aspek kehidupan menjadi ikut memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, pekerjaan yang sebelumnya sulit dilakukan menjadi dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan cepat. Pada perguruan tinggi teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses yang berjalan agar menjadi lebih baik dan efektif. Pada Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku terdapat berbagai proses yang berjalan, salah satu contohnya adalah kegiatan surat menyurat di Bidang Akademik. Namun proses yang dijalankan masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan menggunakan kertas akibatnya terjadi penumpukan kertas yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik akan mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pengarsipan, proses yang berjalan akan terhambat, sampai pada terjadi kesalahan dalam proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meranacang suatu aplikasi sistem informasi Arsip Surat atau Repository yang dapat membantu dalam pengarsipan surat masuk dan Surat Keluar di Bidang Akademik UKIM.

Abstract

As a country so rich in natural products, the agricultural sector is an activity of utilizing natural resources carried out by humans so that it can produce food, raw materials for agency and industrial businesses, energy and natural balance. Every year the limited agricultural area of the city of Salatiga can be affected by crop yields and agricultural production. Departing from this problem, it is necessary to analyze agricultural products in order to know the increase or decrease in agricultural yields in Salatiga City, the existence of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that can facilitate tools as a decision-making tool by the government or agency. In this research, the methods used are collecting spatial and non-spatial data, analyzing agricultural product data of Salatiga City and digitizing it into a digital map. The result of this research is a digital map that provides information on the mapping of agricultural products in Salatiga City for 4 years starting from 2016-2019.

Abstract

At the Departement of Agriculture and Food, Kudus Regency, in the process of managing livestock data, they still use conventional methods. In the data collection process, Microsoft still uses Microsoft Excel which is still less effective and efficient. Previously, the community could not know the livestock data collection, the development of livestock in the Kudus Regency so it could not be monitored. In the livestock business data collection process, livestock development still uses livestock development records which can cause misinformation in activities and can resultin piles of livestock development data files so that they are less effective in managing livestock data because they have to work twice in the data management process at the Agriculture and Food Service Kudus District. For this reason, the research on making this information system aims to produce a system that can be used to manage livestock data (micro-scale) both commodity data, micro-scale data, livestock data collection, evidence of data collection, livestock development, counseling schedules, and reports. So it is necessary in this study to produce an Information System for animal Data Management (Micro Business Scale) at the Departement of Agriculture and Food, Kudus Regency. Abstract

Current technological developments play a very important role in organizations and companies, both profit and non-profit. Information technology has been widely implemented in organizations and companies to support or facilitate the activities of organizations and companies. With the development of information technology, the needs of organizations and companies in terms of governance are very important to achieve the vision and mission of the organization and company. The research was conducted using the COBIT 2019 framework for the design of information technology governance at the Salatiga City Library and Archives Service to be better in the future. Methods of collecting data by conducting interviews and observations to determine the current state of the organization at the Salatiga City Library and Archives Service in implementing the implementation of information technology. The approach and problem analysis were carried out to produce recommendations for the management of information technology at the Salatiga City Library and Archives Service. After conducting interviews and discussions with the Salatiga City Library and Archives Office, the incumbent wants the organization to be ready to face changes in the future. Which is related to one of the COBIT processes, namely BA105 Managed Organizational Change, this is very in line with the objectives of the office holders at the Salatiga City Library and Archives Service, which aims to assist organizations in preparing for changes that may occur in the future, especially in the field of information & technology. With this research report, it is hoped that it can be used as a reference or reference for the Salatiga City Library and Archives Service to help improve organizational performance and make information governance better.

Abstract

Putra darmawan travel is a company engaged in transportation services, located on Jalan Diponegoro No 64, Sidorejo, Salatiga City, Central Java. This company provides travel services, tours, car loans, and express packages. However, in carrying out its business business, this company has not yet applied SI / IT in its company operations, so he recommends to carry out strategic planning of information systems, aiming to assist in the preparation of information systems so that later they can have benefits and be in line with the goals and business processes that exist in the company. The preparation of the strategic design of this information system uses the ward and peppard method, with this method will be carried out several analyzes on the sons of travel darmawan in order to assist in the preparation of information system designs such as SWOT analysis, Value Chain, Five Porter's, Mc Farlan Strategic Grid whose output is in the form of proposed application portfolio recommendations in the form of Making SI Web travel, SI Promotion, SI Cashier, Asset Sim, which can be used as a reference for the putra darmawan travel company to be applied within the next 2-5 years
