Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dari penggunaan sistem aplikasi Redmine, pada karyawan grup PRDC (Product Research and Development Center) PT. Anabatic Digital Raya, Tangerang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), Data yang didapatkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuisioner langsung terhadap karyawan yang menggunakan sistem aplikasi Redmine. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Social Influence berpengaruh positif terhadap Behavior Intention pada penggunaan sistem aplikasi Redmine.

Abstract

Project management PT. Visionet Data Internasional adalah salah satu bagian yang membantu perusahaan untuk memantau project yang dikerjakan oleh perusahaan. Project management memerlukan sistem untuk melakukan pengolahan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang ada secara berkelanjutan. Evaluasi kinerja SI salah satunya bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain MEA subdomain MEA 01 dimana kerangka kerja yang ada untuk menyediakan standar dalam kerangka kerja domain yang terdiri dari sekumpulan proses IT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif terhadap tim project management sebagai sumber informasi dalam analisa kinerja sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rekomendasi yang disusun berdasarkan kondisi Project Management PT. Visonet Data Internasional.

Abstract

In the current era, a development strategy is needed that can determine the success of all aspects of the business. If the company determines a strategy, problems will arise. In determining a business development strategy, it must be adjusted to the development of the current business situation, because even though the chosen strategy is very good, the situation and conditions are not supportive, then the strategy will fail. This study aims to develop IS / IT strategic planning in competing to increase pharmacy excellence, This research was conducted using the Ward and Peppard method and using the SWOT, Value Chain. The data taken are what factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and internal and external environmental analysis at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy Salatiga.

Abstract

The Salatiga District Court Class 1B is a legal institution. Salatiga state courts used information systems in their business processes. The existence of an information system is a powerful weapon or tool in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in agencies. However, the IS / IT in the Salatiga District Court has not worked optimally which causes the performance to be less effective so that it requires proper IS / IT strategic planning. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method with SWOT analysis techniques. The value chain will produce information system strategy recommendations for internal and external environmental analysis, and information system application recommendation. The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations for IS / IT-related problems through strategic planning of information systems to identify IS / IT in the Salatiga District Court and to analyze IS / IT that can be used in the future to achieve an effective and efficient performance.

Abstract

Technological advances and strategic environmental changes encourage the government sector to improve bureaucratic performance and services. Salatiga's Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo Kota Salatiga) is a service that provides communication and informatics, statistics and coding services. However, in carrying out their duties and functions, there are still problems which indicate that the IT governance process is still not optimal, so that there is a need for identification and assessment efforts. This study aims to analyze the maturity level of IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS). The results of this study indicate that the level of capability of the DSS01, DSS03 and DSS06 processes is at level 2 (Managed process). While the DSS02 and DSS04 processes are at level 1 (Performed process). The recommendations in each process may be an input for Diskominfo in improving the quality of public services and for realizing good governance.

Abstract

BKDIKLATDA in Salatiga is an Personnel Institution located in the Salatiga City Government area, which is currently implementing IT as a supporter of business processes. One of the IT used is the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG). SIMPEG is a system specifically designed to provide personnel administration management information quickly, accurately and accurately, and has the function to manage staffing data and information in the working environment of the Salatiga Municipal Government. In this study COBIT 5 was used specifically the Monitor, Evaluate, Assessment (MEA) domain to observe, evaluate and evaluate the performance of IT governance on the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. MEA is a domain in COBIT 5 whose purpose is to observe, evaluate and assess all processes related to IT in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to help the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA to optimize the SIMPEG process performance and find out the level of maturity and the ability to apply SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA. The research methodology used in this study is mixed method. Mixed method is a research approach that combines or links qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of this study are expected to optimize the effective and efficient performance process in the application of SIMPEG in the Salatiga City BKDIKLATDA so that in the future it will be even better.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) governance is used to manage and optimize IT resources in supporting organizational goals. The Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City as part of a government organization has built E-Legal Drafting information system to develop the functions of making regional legal products as well as the realization of e-government development in the legal field. The COBIT framework supports IT governance by providing work support to regulate IT alignment with the organization's business objectives. The results of this study are expected to show an overview of the implementation of IT governance in E-Legal Drafting information system from APO domain within the COBIT 5 framework, show the current system information level of capability and performance that is obtained from the measurement of capability levels, and also providing evaluation and recomendation based on the results of the gap analysis to help obtain the quality of information systems expected by the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City.

Abstract

Era sekarang adalah era digital, hampir semua orang menggunakan teknologi untuk melakukan aktivitas mereka sehari-hari. Dalam Pemerintah Kota Salatiga, diperlukan teknologi yang dapat mendukung pekerjaan yang dilakukan, di bagian pengelolaan data permohonan kerja praktek, pengambilan data dan survei. Oleh karena itu, peneliti dalam masa kerja praktek di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Pemerintah Kota Salatiga, diberikan tugas untuk membangun suatu sistem yang dapat mendukung kinerja karyawan di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Pemerintah Kota Salatiga dalam pengelolaan data permohonan dan pembuatan laporan. Peneliti menggunakan metode perancangan Agile dan framework Laravel dalam pembuatan website. Untuk menggambarkan kebutuhan pengguna, peneliti menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode White Box Testing. Keywords: Laravel, Waterfall, Unified Modelling Language, Data Flow Diagram, White Box Testing, Framework.

Abstract

The use of information technology system in managing data of various company activities, especially in the warehouse, is an important part for every company. From the observation that have been made, the information system for recording goods flow in PT Global Infotech Solution is still done manually. During this time, employees carry out the process of recording data of goods at the warehouse using paper, so that the risk of data loss is easily caused by tearing, wet or tucked with other data. The system development method that used is the FAST (Framework for Application System Thinking) Method. This study aims to design an information system for recording goods flow which is expected to make it easier for employees to record goods in the warehouse. Using a computerized system can shorten the time and protect all data items from the risk of theft. The result of this study is designing an information system for recording goods in the form of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language and User Interface. This item recording information system is expected to be able to change the process from a manual recording system to a computerized recording system, so that it can speed up every recording process and minimize the possibility of mistakes in entering the data of goods in the warehouse.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important things that determines the success of the services of a company, one of the things done to prepare a good HR is to launch a program of Job Training (PKL) or also known as an internship. PT.Gramedia Asri Media became one of the companies implementing the internship program, but the existing internship program was still carried out manually by distributing information to tertiary institutions via email. This journal aims to create an apprenticeship information system design by developing a system using the prototyping method so that the apprenticeship process can be carried out in a single system from the dissemination of information to the resolution of administrative problems related to finance and the need for an apprenticeship approval document. The system development method used therein is the prototyping method that starts from analyzing user needs to creating a User Interface (UI) that is easily understood by the user. The apprenticeship information system is expected to make the apprenticeship process more effective both in registering and processing the internship data contained therein.
