Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth (x1), and poverty rate (x2), on human development index (y) in South Sumatera in 2010-2018. The data used is secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics.The method of analysis used is panel data regression. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously affect dependet variable proven by the f-statistic value smaller than α 5%. The result of t-test shows that economic growth (x1) has negatively and significantly effect on human development index (y), while poverty rate (x2) has negatively and significantly effect on human development index (y). The result of coefficient of determination test shows that dependent variable can be explained by independent variable amounted up to 89,3% and the rest of 10,7% is explained by other factors outside this model.

Abstract

The objectiveistodetermineifthere wasa significant effectof return on assetsandthe ratio of debt-to-equity ratio ofthe partialpayment ofdividendsandsimultaneously. Based ondata analysisanddiscussion, it can be concludedthatthere isinfluence ofReturn On AssetandDebt ToEquityRatio ofDividenPayout Ratio. Based on the resultsof dataprocessingresults obtainedfrom theReturn OnAsset(X1) to the dividendpayout ratio(Y), fort-count lessthant-table is (-0.011) <t-table (2.11) means that Hois acceptedandof Harejected. So it provedthatreturn on assetdoes notaffect thedividendpayout ratio. whileDebt ToEquityRatio(X2) onthe dividendpayout ratio(Y), fort-count lessthant-table is (-3.098) <t-table (2.11) means that Hois acceptedandof Harejected. So it provedthatdebt to equityratio does notaffect thedividendpayout ratio. As for theF test(simultaneous) 4829is greaterthanthe Ftable3.68thatthereis significant relationship betweenreturn on assetanddebt-to-equity ratio todividendpayout ratio. The percentagecontribution ofreturn on assetanddebt-to-equity ratio todividendpayout ratio of0392or(39.2%), while the rest of60.8% influencedorexplainedbyother variables notincluded in the modelisstudyis the ratio ofliquidity, solvency ratio, the ratio ofgrowthandrateof return(cashmere, 2008:106).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of population andbalance fund on the economic growth of Palembang City in 2001-2018 period. Theanalytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study aresimultaneously and partially there has no significant effect of population and balancefund on the economic growth of Palembang City in 2001-2018. The coefficient ofdetermination (R Square) is 0.119 which means the population and balance fundshave a contributing effect on variations in changes in the economic growth ofPalembang City in 2001-2018 only by 11.9% while the remaining 88.1% isinfluenced by other variables which was not included in this research.

Abstract

This study discusses the Influence of Work Motivation and Job Stress onEmployees’ Performance at the Fire and Rescue Service of Ogan Komering Ulu District.The population in this study was 23 employees. The analytical method used is aquantitative analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The resultsof the analysis show that partially calculate the Work Motivation variable (X1) (9,507)>t-table (1,724) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the WorkMotivation variable (X1) significantly influences Employees’ Performance at the Fireand Rescue Service of Ogan Komering Ulu District, calculate the variable Job Stress(X2) (19,558)> t-table (1,724) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning WorkStress (X2) significantly influences the Performance of Employees at the Fire Department Fire and Rescue of Ogan Komering Ulu District. Simultaneously F-count (3394,603)> F-table (3,10), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the variable Work Motivation and Job Stress together have a significant influence on the Performance ofEmployees at the Fire and rescue Service of Ogan Komering Ulu District. The results ofthe analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.997. This means that thecontribution of the influence of Work Motivation variable (X1) and Job Stress Variable(X2) on Employees’ Performance variables (Y) is 99.7% while the remaining 0.3% isinfluenced by other variables not included in this model such as, responsibility , workdiscipline and incentives. Abstract

Data retrieval method used in this study is literature study is a method used toobtain theoretical data related to the issues discussed. Then field studies are interviews,observations, related to the problem under study to obtain clear data. Based on theresults of research that has been done on Laundry Ananda Lahat, and the results of theanalysis of the Influence of Service Quality and Price Against Consumer Satisfaction canbe drawn conclusion as follows: In t test obtained there is a significant influence of thevariable Quality Service (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction while the variable Price (X2) hasno effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Case Study On Laundry Ananda Lahat). In F testobtained there is a linear relationship between Quality of Service (X1) and Price (X2)simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction(Case Study On Laundry Ananda Lahat) (Y). Of the two factors namely Quality of Serviceand Price which has the most dominant influence on Consumer Satisfaction (Case StudyOn Laundry Ananda Lahat) is Quality Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of communicationskills and work discipline on employee productivity at the Trade and Industry Service ofOgan Komering Ulu Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Theresults of this study are simultaneously and partially there is a significant effect betweenCommunication Capabilities and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity in the Officeof Trade and Industry of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The percentage of the effect of theinfluence of Communication Skills and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivityat the Department of Trade and Industry in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is 96.7% whilethe remaining 3.3% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in thisresearch model for example Training.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the theory of reasonedaction by Ajen Fishbein on attitudes and subyektive norm toward intention to savingstocks. Students College of Baturaja University were taken as the case studi. Bothprimary and secondary data were obtained in this study. Secondary data were obtainedfrom various sources such as journals, books and other related publication. Primary datawere obtained using questionnaires which were distributed to the target respondents. AMultiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS program was employed to analyzedata. The result showed that attitudes and subjective norm had a positive and significanteffect on the intention and subjective norm was found dominant. It suggestted the referentgroup can help provide information, educate and motivate to increase normative beliefsand motivate students to develop intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational culture andjob satisfaction on work performance at PT Aman Toebilah Putra, Merapi District LahatRegency. The sample in this study was 40 responden. The data were colleted throughquestionnaires and documentation. The simple linear regression analysis was carried outto test the hypotheses.Based on test result of multiple linear regression and t test shows that asignificant influence between organizational culture and job satisfaction on workperformance at PT Aman Toebilah Putra, Merapi District Lahat. And based on simulatetest show that organizational culture and job satisfaction together have a significanteffect on employee perfomance on PT. Aman Toebilah Putra in Merapi Sub-District ofDistrict Lahat.

Abstract

The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results ofthe study, it shows that in PT. Semen Baturaja, company current ratio is always in goodcondition which is more than 100 that the company is very capable in paying short-termobligations on time. And the capital issued, the company is able to manage capital well sothat loans can be paid on time. Debt to equity ratio of the company shows that everycapital used by PT. Semen Baturaja is widely is used by its own capital. Debt to assetratio shows that the profits owned by the company through the assets of PT. SemenBaturaja Tbk, it uses its own capital to increase the company's assets and profits. Theratio of company return on assets often decreases. The return on equity ratio shows thatthe company has the advantage of decreasing capital management. Whereas net profitmargin shows decrease in profits to be very small and continues to decline. Inventoryturnover ratio shows that the company is able to manage the existing capital while stillaccelerating the inventory turnover in the company. Accounts receivable turnover of thecompany has number that continues to decrease significantly which gives an illustrationthat the company's assets are not filled with receivables and the company has actualassets in every period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hotel and restaurant taxpayer compliance on2017-2018 regional tax revenue in OKU Regency. The analytical tool used in this study ismultiple linear regression. The results obtained partially in this study indicate that hoteltaxpayer compliance has no significant effect on OKU Regency tax revenue in 2017-2018with a tcount of -1,295 and restaurant taxpayer compliance also does not have a significanteffect on OKU Regency tax revenue in 2017 -2018 with a tcount of 0.482. Simultaneously,hotel and restaurant taxpayer compliance has no significant effect on OKU Regency taxrevenue in 2017-2018 with a Fcount of 0.986. The coefficient of determination (R Square)of 0.086 indicates that the contribution made by the variable compliance of hotel andrestaurant taxpayers to OKU Regency tax revenue in 2017-2018 is 8.6% while theremaining 91.4% is influenced by other variables not included into this research modelsuch as advertisement tax, entertainment tax, street lighting tax, nonmetallic mineral androck tax, parking tax and ground water tax.
