Abstract

Health is not only about physical condition but also mental condition. Mental health is an integral part of every individual. A healthy soul is described as free from complaints and in a peaceful and calm state. The disease outbreak called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) does not only attack physical health, but also has an impact on mental health. Those who work especially in an institution will affect its performance. Polkesyo as an educational institution as well as a Public Service Agency (BLU) requires employee mental health data as a basis for formulating appropriate policies so that they can anticipate future mental health problems. The aim of the study was to get an overview of the mental health of the employees of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Health Poltekkes. The research design is descriptive. Obtained 112 samples from 374 populations with a combination of snowball technique and saturated sampling using the Self Reporting Questionary (SRQ) instrument with google form. Data analysis technique uses frequency distribution. The results of the study were that most of the respondents were mentally healthy (58%). A small portion with mental emotional disorders is quite healthy, there are 33.9% and 8.1% are unhealthy. Emotional mental disorders are most often reflected in the form of feelings of insecurity and discomfort manifested by avoidance of certain people, places and activities (17.9%), feelings of anxiety, tension and worry (17%), and there are 1.8% even though they are small but very dangerous, namely thoughts of wanting to end one's life (suicide). The conclusion is that the mental health of most of the respondents is mentally healthy, a small portion is quite healthy and less healthy.

Abstract

The demand of the fuel oil in the world increasing with the rate population and industrial growth. The alternative solid fuel which is the main ingredient of that is coal, contains the high calorific value so that it can be replaced petroleum product and be used is briquette. In this study conducted proximate test on non-carbonized coal briquettes beetwen tapioca adhesive and Sago adhesive. In the study, the methods used approach issues of extracting research from established theories and data of observed objects. The analysis result of proximate test briquettes coal with tapioca adhesive on Balikpapan Formation, pulau balang Formation, kampung baru formation obtained the value of IM is 11,68% - 24,48 %, AC is 2,62 - 5,68 %, VM is 39,40 - 52,49 %, and FC is 12,95 - 46,32 %. whereas on coal briquettes with Sago adhesive on Balikpapan Formation, pulau balang Formation, kampung baru formation obtained the value IM is 13,11 - 30,57 % on, AC is 3,71 - 5,75 %, VM is 47,83 - 53,22 %, and FC is 10,47 - 41,34 %.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3), including one of the existing maintenance programs in the company. In this study, the design used is Literature Review. The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2019-2023 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Occupational safety and health can have a major effect on employee work productivity. Productive employees have the ability to work, both from the expertise and skills they have.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research was carried out in the form of applying the Guided Discovery learning model to the lesson on Making Industrial Clothing in Class XI TB1 in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The purposes of this classroom action research are 1) Knowing the application of the guided discovery learning model will improve the skills of Making Industrial Clothing in class XI TB1 in the 2019/2020 academic year. 2) Knowing how the application of the guided discovery learning model will improve Industrial Clothing Making Skills in class XI TBS1 for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle consisted of implementation planning, observation and reflection. The subjects of the research were the participants of Class XI TBS 1 Fashion Design. The data collection techniques were test and non-test techniques. While the data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the action research show that there is a good indication of a change in Industrial Clothing Making skills, that is, classically, Industrial Clothing Making skills are 80%. At the end of cycle II the change in student skills was very good. Conclusion In this study learning by applying the guided discovery model has a positive impact on student learning outcomes, which is indicated by the large percentage of learning outcomes on average. The application of learning with the guided discovery model provides a pleasant learning atmosphere because students indirectly discover their own concepts so that they pay more attention to learning and result in students being more diligent, diligent, neat and disciplined in learning and ultimately improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research intended to produce a Lectora Inspire-based learning media and recognize its effectivity on students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi. It was a type of developing research. The subject was students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi. The model of the research development referred to ADDIE model by Lee And Owen, which consists of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The method of data collection was observation, interview, questionnaire/ interview guide and documentation. The assessment of video propernesswas validated by media and content experts. The sample of the small class was 15 students and the big class was 30. The technique of data analysis was descriptive statistic. The result of the development research was a Lectora Inspire-based learning media properly used by students of Cookery XI Class not only in term of its suitability with the syllabus and lesson plan but also content and media aspects. The validation given by validators from content and media experts stated the properness in the scale of “Very Agree”. It was concluded that the Lectora Inspire-based learning media was usable for learning media. Based on the validation result, the media was tested to a small scale class and reached 91,42% of presentation result which was categorized in the scale of “Very Agree”. It was then tested in a field test with presentation result 89,79% which was categorized in the scale of “Very Agree”. As the result, it was clearly stated that the learning media of Preparation and Presentation of Indonesian Food was properly used as learning media for students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi.
