Abstract

The research aims to a) analyze the effect of Government Expenditure in the form of direct expenditure on Economic Growth in Ambon City, b) analyze the effect of Government Expenditures in the form of indirect expenditure on Economic Growth in Ambon City. The study was conducted at the Ambon Central Statistics Bureau by using secondary data, namely GRDP at 2000 Constant Prices, in 2009-2018. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using eviews 6.0. The results are: a) Direct spending contributes positively and significantly to economic growth in Ambon City with a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95%; b) Indirect Expenditures contribute positively and significantly to economic growth in Ambon City with a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95%; c) Direct Spending and Indirect Spending together contribute positively and significantly to economic growth in Ambon City with a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95% with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 96.44%

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of individual characteristics and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. The analytical method used in this research using Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program based on the analysis, the model used to determine the organizational commitment based SPSS output is Y = 5654 + 0,536X1 + 0,321X2. Results of testing the hypothesis states that the variable Characteristics of individuals and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on organizational commitment with coefficient value of 5,654.

Abstract

Fishing prospects in West Serum regency from year to year more and more promising. It can be seen from the results of fisheries production is increasing. Fish production in 2009 increased by 1,828 tons or 9.5 percent from the previous year, with the potential of fish resources around 592,008.7 tons of new and utilized approximately 2.71 percent. This condition is caused by a lack of such infrastructure is supported by a fishing vessel, which is still dominated by boats and outboard motors around 99 percent. This may reflect that most fishermen in West Serum still relatively fishermen.In an effort to increase the income of fishermen, fishery busineses rurehe (pole And Line) in the District of West rurehe (pole And Line) in the District of West Serum District of West Serum belong in household scale industries (home industry) and the efforts of hereditary existed long ago. Based on the results of research in the field, until now rurehe industrial fisheries (pole and line) has yet to show the maximum results it can be seen from the amount of production obtained are still below the average in the amount of 482.8 tons / year. This condition is a portrait of the ability of the fishermen are still far in producing tuna in the District of West Serum District of West Serum, this is because in addition to lack of knowledge about ways of catching (experience at sea, the low level of education of fishermen, thus affecting the mindset of fishermen in the arrest, as well as the low level of wages of fishermen, lack of technologically which is used also affects tuna arrest method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative methods. By using Data Analysis panel. The results showed the variables Age does not have an influence on the increase fishermen's income, variable production has a very strong influence on the increase in the income of fishermen. Technology variables also have a strong influence on the increase in revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Describe the actual conditions of education, health and welfare development of villagers in Kairatu and Kairatu Barat sub-districts of 2016. 2) Analyze the progress of human development that has been achieved by West Seram District in 2010-2015. 3) Calculating the size of HDI and its forming factors by village in Kecamatan Kairatu and Kairatu Barat 2016. 4) Analysis and mapping of villages related to HDI in Kecamatan Kairatu and Kairatu Barat 2016. Calculation method of Human Development Index (HDI) used in this research is New Method Year 2010. To improve the analysis result to determinant and performance of human development hence used qualitative descriptive analysis tool supported by table, graph / picture, area map, 4 quadrant matrix , ratios and percentages. During the period 2010-2015, achievements of human development performance in West Seram District showed an increasing trend year by year, with an average Human Development Index of 61.53% per year. This condition is supported / influenced by the economic performance of West Seram District, in the same period experienced an average growth of 6.03% per year. Nevertheless, the human development performance of West Seram District has not been satisfactory since it is still below the average of Maluku Province HDI. Local governments in Kairatu and Kairatu Barat sub-districts are still faced with a number of issues, namely 1) limited teachers and inadequate educational facilities. 2) limited health personnel and health infrastructure. Based on the results of HDI calculations at the village level in Kairatu and Kairatu Barat subdistricts, the first and second ranks are achieved by Kamal Village and Kairatu Village while Nuruwe and Lohiatala villages are ranked lowest. This condition is influenced by more advanced economic, health and education development in Kamal and Kairatu villages than other villages. In addition, low geographical and accessibility factors are the main constraints faced by villages with the lowest HDI ratings.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim to know and test the influence of world oil price, rupiah exchange rate, inflation and SBI interest rate to Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). This study uses secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Bank of Indonesia (BI) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from January 2011 to December 2014. In this study method of data analysis used is descriptive and satatistic analysis. The results showed that world oil prices have a negative effect on IHSG with coefficient value of 0.086. the variable of exchange rate have positive and significant effect to dependent variable of IHSG, Inflation variable has negative effect to IHSG with coefficient value equal to 0,073, and SBI variable has negative effect to IHSG with coefficient value 0, 084.

Abstract

This research discussing the finance self-support problem by using intensification of collection and extensification of PAD source at the government of West Seram District and Aru Island District, Maluku Province. The objective of research is to test and analyzing the factors establishing the intensification of collection and extensification of PAD source, to test and analyzing the effect of intensification of collection and extensification of PAD source on local finance self-support, and recommending a strategy to the government of West Seram District and Aru Island District in pursuance of the local finance self-support. Population this research is civil servants on the government office at West Seram District and Aru Island District who runs the function as assigned to manage and to produce PAD amounts 744 civil servants in the scope of the government office at West Seram District and Aru Island District. This research use factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Result of research indicates that the implementation of intensification of collection and extensification of PAD source in the government at West Seram District and Aru Island District have significantly influenced the improvement of local finance self-support.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the receivables management policy analysis on the profitability of the Village Unit Cooperative Unatisa in Allang Village. This study performed on Village Unit Cooperative Unatisa in Allang Village. Discussion of the results using; Analysis of receivables turnover, Return On Assets (ROA), the method is simple regression analysis. The results showed that: analysis of receivables management policy for the Village Unit Cooperative Unatisa in Allang Village has decreased every year, it can be seen in the results of the calculation of account receivable turnover, Rasio Profitability in Village Unit Cooperative Unatisa in Allang Village has decreased every year, it can be seen in the results of the calculation of Return On Assets (ROA), and from the results of simple linear based on the results of the proposed research is acceptable, because in accordance with the existing results which prove that the debt management policy has positive influence on the profitability of the Village Unit Cooperative Unatisa in Allang Village.

Abstract

Implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia provides the right and authority for the government to explore its potential and improve its financial performance to meet the needs and services. This study was to observe the effect of the independent variable is economic growth that is proxied by the PDRB, the original income (PAD) and the number of population on the dependent variable is the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) in Ambon City, Central Maluku and Southeast Maluku regency in Maluku province from the year 2003-2013. the method used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that there is significant influence of the independent variable, economic growth is proxied by the PDRB, revenue (PAD) and the number of population on the amount of central government assistance in the form of general allocation funds in Ambon City, Central Maluku and Southeast Maluku District in the Province Maluku.

Abstract

Absolute poverty is a problem in the economy is complex multimensional. Therefore necessary to find a solution to overcome or at least reduce the level of poverty. Analysis was conducted to determine the factors that affect the level of absolute poverty in rural coastal communities seilale districts nusaniwe. Analisis data used is quantitave data dan qualitative data. Improvement of food security is a top priority board clothing, food and clothing because the board is a basic need that is most important for this human. research determined purposive with consideration that the village Nusaniwe seilale districts in the city of Ambon has poor households.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of individual capacity, organizational commitment and locus of control on budgetary slack to provide evidence of whether individual, organizational commitment and locus of control influence on budgetary slack. This study is a type of survey study by distributing questionnaires to financial managers and finance staff to financial managers and financial staff to State-Owned Enterprises and Regional-Owned Enterprises in Ambon City. Questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondent questionnaires. The results of this study provide evidence that individual capacity has no effect on budgetary slack and is not significant, organizational commitment has an effect on budgetary slack and locus of control has no effect on budgetary slack but significant.
