<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of road infrastructure development on the development of tourism in suburban areas and regional economic growth. This research was conducted using literature study research, namely by looking for theories and various references that have relevance to the research being carried out by the researcher. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, which makes the researcher as the object. Researchers have a role to collect, analyze, and describe all events and possibilities that will occur in the development of Setigi tourism. The data and information used in this study are secondary data obtained by researchers from various kinds of literature studies using internet media in the form of online journals. The results of this study indicate that road infrastructure development plays an important role in the development of tourism in suburban areas (Wisata Setigi), and the development of road infrastructure is also a very important influence on the economic growth of a region. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara harga dan kualitas produk dengan loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri. Penelitian ini berlokasi di PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri di Jalan Flamboyan Raya Griya Asam Kumbang Blok E-35 Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 36 Rumah Sakit Swasta yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Medan, Binjai, Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini adalah, variabel harga () mempunyai (-3.337) >(2.036) dan signifikansi (0,001) < 0,05. Dengan demikian variabel harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri. Variabel kualitas produk () mempunyai (3.451) >(2.036) dan signifikansi (0,001) < 0,05. Dengan demikian variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri harga () dan kualitas produk () berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas dilihat dari, (19.633) > (2,90) dan signifikansi (0,000) < α (0,05). Artinya, secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri. RSquare menunjukkan variabel bebas 47.5% persen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out partially or simultaneously the effect of sales promotion and service quality on consumer loyalty at PT. Independent Proverbs Exzer. PT. Exzer Amsal Mandiri is engaged in the field of medical devices (specially marketing liquid disinfectant products) to hospitals. This research is a descriptive quantitative questionnaire instrument. The research population was 36 hospitals with a saturated sample technique, the sample was 36 people. The results of the study are the tcount value of sales promotion is 6.168, the value of ttable is 1.692; the value of tcount > ttable and sigcount < sigtable (6.168 > 1.692) and (0.000 < 0.05). The tcount value of service quality is 2.141, the t-table value is 1.692; the value of tcount < ttable and sigcount < sigtable (2.141 > 1.692) and (0.000 < 0.05). The value of Rsquare is 0.611 or R2x 100% is 61.10%, meaning that the independent variable makes a big contribution to describe customer loyalty as much as 61.10%, the remaining 38.90% is influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[Inflation is one of the monetary phenomena that can disrupt the stability of a country's economy if it is not controlled properly. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of JUB, E-Money and BI7DRR simultaneously and partially on inflation in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is an associative type of research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. <![CDATA[Perencanaan pengembangan secara efektif dan efisien digunakaan ketika sudah mengetahui potensi masing-masing lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji sektor basis serta daerah yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di kota Binjai Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Informasi data dikumpulkan dari dokumen yang didapat dari lembaga pemerintah, seperti: Badan Pusat Statistika kota Binjai, dan Badan Pusat Statistika provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pada penulisan materi ini menggunakan 2 analisis yaitu teknik analisis Location Quotient (LQ), dan analisis Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ). Perbandingan dilakukan antara PDRB Provinsi Sumatera Utara atas dasar harga konstan 2010 dan PDRB kota Binjai atas dasar harga konstan 2010. Kesimpulan perhitungan analisis Location Quotient (LQ) saat semua kontribusi sektor diperhitungkan terdapat tiga belas sektor unggulan. Namun ketika di klasifikasikan lagi kedalam beberapa kriteria dari nilai LQ dan DLQ hanya ada lima sektor unggulan yang berpotensi unggul dengan potensi perkembangan lebih tinggi, tujuh sektor unggulan yang tidak berpotensi unggul, dan dua sektor unggulan dengan potensi unggul serta dua lagi yang bukan sektor unggulan dan tidak pula berpotensi unggul dengan potensi perkembangan lebih rendah.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menegaskan kembali hubungan antara ekspansi ekonomi dan urbanisasi. Secara umum diakui bahwa ekspansi industri modern dan peningkatan populasi perkotaan didorong oleh ekspansi ekonomi. Urbanisasi selain berdampak negative bagi kota urbanisasi juga bisa berdampak positif bagi perkembangan kota Surabaya. Karena jika urbanisasi dikelola dengan baik akan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Surabaya. Dari data BPS dari tahun 2016-2020 pertumbuhan ekonomi mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan namun pada 2020 pertumbuahn ekonomi mengalami kontraksi dikarenakan adanya covid-19 yang melanda kota Surabaya. <![CDATA[Pertambahan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia menyebabkan kebutuhan akan sumber energi semakin bertambah. Bahan bakar minyak (BBM) merupakan salah satu energi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat sebagai bahan bakar kendaraan seperti mobil, sepeda motor dan sebagainya. Permintaan BBM yang meningkat menyebabkan perubahan harga yaitu harga semakin meningkat. Kenaikan harga BBM apabila tidak dikendalikan maka akan berdampak pada masyarakat kurang mampu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan regulasi yang tepat dari pemerintah berupa strategi maupun kebijakan untuk mengatasi masalah kenaikan harga BBM. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab kenaikan harga BBM serta untuk mengetahui kebijakan dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan kenaikan harga BBM.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the impact of the conversion of agricultural land into housing on the economic sector in rural areas. This research was carried out using literature study research, namely by looking for theories and various references that have relevance to the research being carried out by the researcher. The research method used in this study is a research method with qualitative descriptive nature, which makes the researcher as the object. In writing this journal, the researcher's role is to collect, analyze, and describe all events and possibilities that occur in the development of land use changes that occur in rural areas. The data and information used in this study are secondary data obtained by researchers from various literature studies using internet media in the form of journals and online articles. The results of this study indicate that there are many various impacts that arise from the emergence of agricultural land whose functions are converted into housing, both positive and negative impacts on the economic sector. The impact on the economic sector includes increasing the income of rural communities and opening up business fields for the local community. <![CDATA[Currently poverty and unemployment are still problems that have not been fully resolved in the State of Indonesia. In a country the indicator is called a successful country is to look at the level of poverty. If the poverty level of the country is still high compared to the prosperous society, then the country is still not categorized as a successful country. This poverty has something to do with unemployment in a country. If the unemployment rate is still high, the poverty rate is also high because people do not get income. For that we need an economic system that can overcome the problems of poverty and unemployment in Indonesia. This participatory economic system invites people to take part in economic activities in a country. Optimizing community participation can be in the form of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) programs. This effort can help increase the economy. On the other hand, this can overcome unemployment because there are fewer jobs available for the whole community. Entrepreneurship helps absorb workers who have not been absorbed by the formal sector. So that entrepreneurship is a solution that can be taken to overcome these problems]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the quality of human resources has an influence on economic growth in Indonesia. The quality of human resources owned by a country is important and should not be forgotten. Human resources are a key that drives all activities in a country. Therefore, to improve the quality of natural resources, support from the fields of education and health is needed which is a factor in improving the quality of human resources. The method carried out in this study is to use qualitative methods by observing and analyzing several existing and researched reading sources. This type of data is secondary data where the author takes the data that has been studied to be used as a reference to determine the influence of the quality of human resources on economic growth. From some of the data found, it shows a lot of results that reveal that factors from health and education in creating the quality of human resources affect economic growth in several regions in Indonesia.]]>
