Abstract

This study aims to determine tha effect of brand image on consumer satisfaction on YOU cosmetic products at PT Chanel mandiri utama, to determin the effect of price on consumer satisfaction on YOU cosmetic products from PT chanel mandiri utama, to determine the effect of brand image and price on consumer satisfaction on YOU cosmetic Products PT chanel Mandiri. Main. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument, carried out on a number of populations, namely all consumers of PT. Medan’s Main mandir line which was obtained using accidental sampling, the size of the sample in this study was 50 people.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bagas Prayoga. 183435001. Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kota Medan. Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Skripsi. 2021. Semakin besar jumlah tenaga kerja yang diserap maka dapat diartikan pembangunan ekonomi dalam kondisi yang baik. Pembangunan dan tenaga kerja adalah hal yang saling terkait dan tidak dapat dipisahkan, pembangunan membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang baik demikian juga tenaga kerja yang tersedia membutuhkan pembangunan diberbagai sektor. Maka penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian statistik dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data pertumbuhan ekonomi, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Jumlah penduduk tenaga kerja Kota Medan tahun 2012-2021 publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang diolah menggunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Medan (nilai sig 0,832 > 0,05).IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Medan (nilai sig 0,002 < 0,05). Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan IPM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Medan (nilai sig 0,02 < α (0,05).). Diperoleh nilai Rsquare yaitu 0,840 artinya variabel bebas penelitian memberikan sumbangsih besar dalam menjelaskan tentang penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Medan sebesar 84% sedangkan sisanya 16% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, IPM, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

Employee work effectiveness is one of the factors that play an important role in organizational activities that need to be fostered and developed so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of work quality and work discipline on work effectiveness. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique with a total sample of 80 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of work and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Damai Abadi Medan employees, this could be seen from the sig value of less than 0.05. The RSquare value is 0.897 or R2 x 100% which is 89.70%, meaning that the independent variables of the research make a major contribution in explaining the effectiveness of employee work by 89.70% while the remaining 10.30% is influenced by other factors outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the tourism potential affects the economy of the people in South Nias Regency, and to describe what obstacles faced by the community in managing tourism objects in South Nias Regency. Data analysis used in this research is a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threts). The results of the study show that Baloho Indah Beach has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction in Teluk Dalam District, South Nias Regency because of the many opportunities and strengths that can benefit the government, managers and the local community. The obstacle faced in managing the Baloho Indah Beach tourism object is the lack of facilities and infrastructure that are used in managing tourist objects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor PDB, JUB, Inflasi dan suku Bunga pada perobahan Nilai Tukar Rupiah terhadap US. Sumber data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah data-data PDB, JUB, Inflasi dan Suku Bunga dan perobahan Nilai Tukar Rupiah terhadap US yang disediakan oleh BPS dan BI. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil selama 11 tahun yaitu tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan rumus Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel PDB (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kurs IDR-USD. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung PDB 1.573 < nilai t tabel 1.943 dengan signifikansinya 0.167 > 0.05. (2) JUB (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kurs IDR-USD. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung JUB 9.472 > nilai t tabel 1.943 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Inflasi (X3) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung inflasi 2.389 > nilai t tabel 1.944 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0.054 > 0.05. (4) BI Rate (Suku Bunga) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Nilai t hitung BI Rate (Suku Bunga) 1.769 < nilai t tabel 1.943 dengan signifikansinya 0.127 > 0.05. (5) PDB, JUB, Inflasi, dan BI Rate (Suku Bunga) secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kurs IDR-USD. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 43.968 > nilai F tabel sebesar 4.76.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential sector typology and analyze the dominant growth sector in economic development in Nias Regency. For the purpose of analysis, secondary data was used in the form of a time series from 2012 to 2021, which were sourced from the Nias Regency BPS and North Sumatra Province BPS. The methods used include Klassen Typology analysis and Growth Ratio Model (MRP) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the sector with dominant growth is the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector. Keywords: MRP, Klassen Typology.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze village money management in an effort to improve Lasarabaene's development and welfare. The direction of this research is to find out Lasarabaene's income and expenses from 2018-2022 which are sourced from Lasarabaene's income and expenditure budget reports. The data review process applied in this study is a qualitative data review. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Lasarabaene funds from 2018-2022 has been managed effectively with a percentage rate of 100%, the planning stage from management stage starting, stage implementation, stage administration, stage reporting, and stage accountability. Abstract

Penelitian Karunia Sadarius Gea (2023) Skripsi berjudul, “Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara" dibawah bimbingan Pembimbing skripsi I Ibu Evalina Pakpahan, S.E., M.Si dan Bapak Simon Patar Rizki Manalu, S.E., M.SPsebagai Pembimbing Skripsi II. Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara baik pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pengangguran dan pendapatan perkapita.Untuk mengetahuinya ada pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pengangguran dan pendapatan perkapita terhadap kemiskinan maka dapat digunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda.Data penelitian ada data sekunder dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2021 yang bersumber dari BPS 33 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan BPS Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil dari keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kemiskinan. Kata Kunci : Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis

Abstract

Investors, companies, and the public assessing the performance of the company certainly look at the information instruments provided by the company in the financial statements in assessing the company's financial performance. PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in aviation services in Indonesia; the condition and performance of the company have certainly been highly monitored by the government and other stakeholders, especially since this company in recent years has always experienced losses in its business operations so that it often injects funds from the government. This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance with Du Pont analysis techniques such as total assets turnover, net profit margin, equity multiplier, and return on equity for the 2020-2022 period. The analysis method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative analysis of the company's financial ratios with Du Pont analysis. The results showed that the Total Assets Turnover ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 was still below the industry average and was in poor condition. The Net Profit Margin ratio in 2020 and 2021 is below the industry average, negative with poor conditions, and 2022 above the industry average with good conditions. The Return On Investment ratio in 2020 and 2021 experienced a negative ratio with a conclusion of poor condition; in 2022, it improved with a positive ratio in good condition. The Equity Multiplier ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 needs to be in better condition, below standard, and hostile. The Return On Equity ratio in 2020, 2021, and 2022 needs to be in better condition. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on the effectiveness of teacher work at the Jambur Baru State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Batang Natal Distict. The population in this study were 32 teachers at Jambur Baru Elementary School (MIN) Batang Natal Distict. The result of this study are, the teamwork variable (X1) has tcount (5.123) > ttable (1.699) and significant (0.000) < 0.05. thus teamwork variable has a positive and significant effect on the work of teachers in Jambur Baru State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Batang Natal Distict. Work discipline variable (X2) has tcount (4.079) > ttable (1.699) and significant (0.000) < 0.05. Thus the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of teachers in the Jambur Baru State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Batang Natal Distict. Teamwork (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an effect on work effectiveness as seen from Fcount (10.107) Ftable (3.33) and significant (0.001) < α (0.05). This means that simultaneously it his asignificant effect on the effectiveness of the work of theacers in Jambur Baru State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Batang Natal Distict. R Square indicates the independent variable is 93.2 %, while the rest is influeced by other factors not examined in this study.
