Abstract

Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem (MTSP) is one variant of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) which involves several salesmen in making a trip to visit several customers. In this article, the Two-Phase Heuristic Algorithm (TPHA) is used to solve MTSP problems. The algorithm classifies customers into several regions using the K-Means algorithm, which will then find a route solution for each region using a genetic algorithm. The MTSP problems that were resolved using TPHA were implemented into the Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language. Application testing was conducted using 21, 32, and 46 point cases.

Abstract

The increasing number of package shipments of goods at JNE Mojokerto could highly affect the delays in time delivery. It is strongly necessary to mathematically estimate the number of package shipments of goods for the next month to prepare the resources that are needed by the company. The estimated number of deliveries is calculated by applying the Double Exponential Smoothing method. The monthly data obtained from January 2017 until December 2019 are used in that method, while the 4 months data from January 2020 until April 2020 are used to validated the estimation results. This result shows that the estimation for 4 months from January 2020 until April 2020 are 86421, 87787, 89154, and 90520 respectively. From the validation, the mean absolute percentage error 8%.

Abstract

A transfer function is one of the models contained in the time series. The multi-input transfer function is used to establish a simple model derived from the relationship between input and output series. The transfer function model will be applied to the forecasting of hotel tax revenue (Y) into an output series with the input series variables affected by the number of sold rooms (X^a), the number of staying guests (X^b), and the average of the guest’s staying time (X^c). The purpose of this study is to anticipate the failure of the realization of the hotel tax revenue target in Malang City and to determine the results of the next forecasting. The result of this study is the multi-input transfer function, Y_t = Y_(t-1) + 0.0052294*X^b_(t-8) + 573.32180*X^c_t - 0.0052294*X^b_(t-9) - 573.32180*X^c_(t-1) + 1.18967*a_t. Based on this function, the forecasting nearly coincides with the actual data indicated by the graph of forecasting result nearly coincides with the graph of the actual data. Thus, this multi-input transfer function could be suggested to be used in forecasting Malang City hotel tax revenues from January 2019 to May 2019.

Abstract

An ????-module ???? is said to be indigent if its subinjectivity domain consists of only an injective module. In this paper, we study some properties of the indigent module. We give some examples of rings which have an indigent module. We also prove that subinjectivity domain of a module is preserved and reflected under equivalence.

Abstract

Project scheduling is an activity to determine the duration of each activity on the project so that the project can be completed in an optimal time. Network flow in the application of graph theory is the theoretical basis used to complete the project schedule. Some methods that can be used to complete scheduling are Gantt, CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT method (Project Evaluation and Review Technique), and fuzzy application. This article will examine the advantages of applying fuzzy after project scheduling. In the PERT and CPM methods, there are forward computation, backward computation, and float or slack calculations, while scheduling using fuzzy calculations is carried out in one step, namely, the calculation starts from the 'start' node. and move to the 'end. In the application of fuzzy, the degree of membership is discussed to model uncertainty so that the value of the probability of reaching the target is represented in the form of a curve so that the tolerance for project completion can be determined if something unplanned occurs, such as changes in weather/rain or other constraints. The final result of the analysis of fuzzy calculations can be obtained as the most likely value, namely the value with the degree of membership equal to 1 to be the solution in the search for the fastest completion time of a project.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parameter estimation method of the ZINB model with the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm, and also to overcome the case of overdispersion caused by excess zeros in diphtheria cases in West Java in 2016 and to know the factors that significantly influence. Based on the results of the analysis, the factors that significantly influence the number of diphtheria cases in West Java Province in 2016 for the data count are the percentage of DPT immunization (X1), the percentage of residents who have access to safe drinking water (X3) and the percentage of TPM that meet sanitary hygiene requirements (X6). Whereas for zero-inflation data is the percentage of residents who have access to decent drinking water (X3), number of puskesmas (X5) and the percentage of TPM that meet sanitary hygiene requirements (X6).

Abstract

One of the strategies to increase the quality of basic facilities of residential districts based on livable house indicators is to repair the targetted houses using the RTLH (Rumah Tidak Layak Huni) grant. The nominees of the grant have been decided by the village officials subjectively by observing from the data of previous grants. The appropriateness of the nominees, however, must be reconsidered firmly in order to have the program done as purposed. The concept of Mamdani fuzzy logic can be used to determine the appropriateness of the candidates. The method used in this research is quantitative research by using secondary data collected by village officials of Tanjung Glugur. This research has one output variable, the appropriateness of the candidates, and four input variables: residential buildings, water needs, sanitation and waste management, and income. The Fuzzy numbers that are used are triangular and shoulder fuzzy sets, while for the defuzzification four methods are used, which are the Smallest of Maximum (SOM), Mean of Maximum (MOM), Bisector, and Centroid. By analyzing the data result, similar results are obtained from all four methods. There are 57 out of 76 candidates who are stated as successful.

Abstract

In this study, the SEIVR epidemic model was used to analyze the stability of the spread Hepatitis B based on data obtained from the 2016 RI Health Data of East Java Province. In analyzing the model there are several procedures used, namely find the equilibrium point, analyzing the stability of the equilibrium point, find the basic reproduction number (R_0), and the last one doing the simulation based on the data obtained using the Maple17 program. Based on the research that has been done, two equilibrium points are obtained, namely the disease-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point. If the reproduction number R_0<1 then the equilibrium point is stable asymptotically local, and if R_0>1 then the endemic equilibrium point is stable asymptotically local. For the cases of Hepatitis B based on data in the Province of East Java obtained basic reproduction numbers R_0 = 8,648215155x10^(-11) which means Hepatitis B is no longer endemic at any given time.

Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem with Simultaneous Delivery and Pickup (VRPSDP) is a variant of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). VRPSDP has special constraints, namely requests and returns are carried out simultaneously. In this article we will use the Variable Neighborhood Descent (VND) algorithm to solve VRPSDP problems. There are two steps taken to use the VND algorithm on VRPSDP, namely finding an initial solution with the Insertion Heuristic algorithm and improving the position of the customer by using the neighborhood operator on the VND algorithm. The implementation of the VND algorithm on VRPSDP has been successfully made using the Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language. Inputs contained in the program are point position, distance between points, customer requests and returns and vehicle capacity. The output contained in the program in the form of routes that have been completed using an algorithm and output in the form of images of the final solution that has been obtained. Based on the results obtained, an example with 6 customers produces 3 routes with a total distance of 266 km, while an example with 10 customers produces 4 routes with a total distance of 100 km.

Abstract

An image might have noises that could lose important information on that image. As a consequence, we need a consistent method to reduce the noise without erasing the important information. In this paper, ROF Total Variation using Split Bregman is applied to the image to reduce the noise. We choose the monochrome image of the human capillaries on the fingertips.
