Abstract

Corruption becomes an important issue for countries in Asia including in Indonesia. The number of cases of corruption to make Indonesia as a nation with high levels of perceived corruption in the world. This study aimed to explore the perceptions of government officials at the State University in Central Java on the effect of pay satisfaction, internal control systems, and organizational culture against corruption tendencies. The sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 145 employees in the financial sub department of State University in Central Java. Data collection using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) component -based Partial Least Square ( PLS ) 2.0 M3. The results of this study indicate that the variable pay satisfaction does not effect on the propensity to corruption. Internal control system does not affect the trend of corruption. Organizational culture collectivism dimension negatively affect the tendency of corruption. Organizational culture dimension uncertainty avoidance does not affect the trend in corruption. Abstract

Within a company, employees are one of the most valuable assets. Employees are human resources that drive companies to compete with other companies. Employees who have satisfaction in working will certainly be able to increase performance productivity and achieve the goals set by the company. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is a company engaged in the automotive sector which is addressed at Jalan Boyolali - Semarang KM 1, Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali sells Honda motorcycle products and serves Honda motorcycle services. PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali is the largest Honda motorcycle dealer in the city of Boyolali which has 75 employees both sales and ahass, because it has quite a lot of employees of course need good management so that employees get satisfaction in working, this causes an influence on employee performance working at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali and which job satisfaction variables most influence employee performance at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali. This research was conducted at PT Timbul Mandiri Jaya Boyolali, a research period of 3 months by distributing several questionnaires with the object of Timbul Jaya Motor employees as many as 75 correspondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis and significance testing using t and F tests. The results show that there is no positive and significant effect of salary, the job itself, promotion and coworkers on employee performance, while the supervisory variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with t_table <t_count with a significance of more than 5% or 0.05 Keywords : Salary, Employment, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This is study aims to determine and prove the influence of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Mojosongo. This research using quantitative research method with the collection of data through the technique of questionnaires. Sample used for this research is 30 employees of KUD Mojosongo by using samplingjenuh method. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Then, seeing how big influence the compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance on hypoesis test. From regression analysis tes, explained that 26,3% variables of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance. Meanhile 73,7% influenced by other variables. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of brand image, price, and product quality of samsung smartphone purchases on all student users of samsung mobile phones (android-based) at the University of Boyolali. The technique of collecting data which used of these tests are the questionnaire and the interviews conducted in the months april and stay there until 2019 mt gas bali on june .The technique of the sample collection that is used accidental the sampling method of , all of the data have been analyzed from the analysis the percentage of , it is anticipated that analysis linear regression of multiple , the fit and proper test classical economic assumptions agreed to at , the test and been approved f , a satire or a reflecti efforts whatever survives this test and coefficients of determination. Percent of the population in this research was lecturers and students the user of mobile phone samsung ( the android based ) at the university of boyolali , with samples from 100 respondents in the present study. From hypothesis testing in mind that the goal of brand, price and quality of products simultaneously influential buying decision significantly to Samsung mobile phone (android-based). Partially variable of influential brand image quality significantly to purchase Samsung mobile (android-based). While variable pricing and product quality partially do not affect purchase decisions significantly to Samsung mobile phone (android-based). Abstract

Every company has a desire to make a profit in every production. In addition, the wider community measures the success of the company based on the company's ability to earn profits seen from the company's performance, but not only that the success of a company is also seen from the achievement of the company's vision and mission goals. One alternative to find out the financial information generated is useful by predicting changes in earnings. Including financial conditions in the future is analyzing financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity on changes in company profits in food and beverage Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013 - 2018. The type of data used is secondary data, namely regarding financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 13 companies. All data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show partially the variables that influence the change in company profits are only Net Profit Margin. And simultaneously the independent variable has no effect on the dependent variable. Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, changes in company profits.

Abstract

In the activities of a company, the main problem is working capital. Working capital is the capital used to run a company’s operations. Because without sufficient working capital, the company will experience a financial crisis and the most worrying is bankruptcy. This research aims to knowing the effect of working capital on sales and net income in the Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The type of data used is secondary data, that is about financial statements. Sampling technique used purposive sampling as much 12 company’s. All data analyzed with classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, determination coefficient. Research result indicate with significant level 0.05 that working capital has a positive effect on sales and net income. Keyword : Working Capital, Sales, Net Income

Abstract

Analysis of Return On Investment (ROI) is an analysis that is able to describe in detail the things that affect the efficiency and operation of the company. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of sales, operating costs, cash turnover and inventory turnover on Return On Investment (ROI) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013 – 2018 period. and The factors that have the most significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2013 – 2018 period. The population in this study is the financial data of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 – 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling as many as 13 companies. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and classical assumption analysis. Simultaneously there is a significant effect of sales (X₁), operating costs (X₂), cash turnover (X₃) and inventory turnover (X₄) to Return On Investment (Y), this is evidenced by the value of sig < 0,05. Partially inventory turnover (X₄) is the factor that has the most significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI) (Y), this is indicated by the sih-count value <0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of sharia factors, promotion and product quality on member decisions in choosing savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 to the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all members of the BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the research results it is known that sharia factors, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously significantly influence the decision of members in choosing savings services, this is because BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch sees a factor that can increase members' decision in choosing savings services, including due to sharia factors , promotion and product quality, so that many members choose savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch due to sharia factors, promotion intensity and product quality. Abstract

Perusahaan selalu berupaya untuk mengikat karyawan atau pekerjanya dengan berbagai usaha. Satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan teori motivasi menggunakan model kepemimpinan oleh pimpinan unit kerja. Telah banyak penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menerapkan teori motivasi dengan berbagai model kepemimpinan. Penelitian kali ini ingin melihat signifikansi penerapan teori motivasi ERG oleh Alderfer menggunakan model kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap produktifitas karyawan atau pekerja pada UMKM bisnis perawatan kecantikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan teori motivasi ERG oleh Alderfer menggunakan model kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional secara bersamaan berpengaruh sangat kecil terhadap produktifitas karyawan atau pekerja. Kesimpulan sementara, ketidak signifikan pengaruh disebabkan oleh karakteristik responden, yaitu karyawan atau pekerja pada UMKM bisnis perawatan kecantikan. Seluruh responden adalah perempuan, sebagian besar (82,5%) berusia antara 20 sampai dengan 40 tahun. Abstract

Involving the community in the process and business development of tourism will be able to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility so that people take care of and preserve the beauty of these attractions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in the management of Tretes Taman Tani tourism in Samiran Selo Boyolali Village. This type of research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods. Data was collected using interview techniques and field observations and documentation, while also utilizing data from books, journals, theses, theses, dissertations, newspapers, the internet, and other relevant materials. The results of his research are the management of the Tretes Taman Tani tourist attraction involving the participation of the village government, landowners and the community in this case involving youth organizations. Community participation is shown by their active participation in managing the parking lot, entrance window, managing the hall and canteen. The role of the government is expected to be a facilitator by giving a greater role and benefit to the community as well as providing an opportunity to channel aspirations or suggestions as well as criticism of the development activities of these attractions. Tourism education needs to be given to the community. Increasing cooperation between tourism institutions, which aims to increase the promotion of Tretes Taman Tani tourism. And people should be more creative in organizing and innovating their products and stall layout arrangements to beautify and provide comfort to the region
