Abstract

This study wa conducted to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on constumer of Bank Sumut Syariah  Tranding,amouniting to 150. While the samples were 60. The analytical method use was quantitative,namely  simple regression analysis. This analysis inculeds, validity test, reliability test,and simple regression. Hytpothesis testing thourg t test, and determination coefficient test (Rsuquare). The results af this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect. This is evidenced by the –t test of financial Literacy T_ hitung 17.606.> t _tabel 1.671, H_o is rejected, meaning that the fiannacial literacy variable has a significant and significant influence on customer interest this is evidience by the significant level of 0.000. The significant level is proven to smaller than the finanacial literacy variable contributes 84.2% to determination is 84. 2% which meants that the financial literacy variable contributes 84.2% to the costumer interest variable. While the remaining 15.08% it can be counceld that H_a there is an effect of Islamic financial literacy (X) on customer interest (Y) at Bank Sumutb Syariah Tranding while H_o No can influcend the Islamic fianancial literacy (X) on customer Interest (Y) in the Bank of North Islamic Trade.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transparency in the application of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc. range. The research approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study 5 people consisting of company directors and employees. Data collection techniques using interviews. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results show that the company composes and discloses the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) every year in accordance with the Islamic Social Reporting index at the Amanah Bangsa BPRS is indeed very good in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority. Almost all items used as references in this study were disclosed by BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc Kisaran. BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc Kisaran revealed 6 themes including: Funding and Investment, Products and Services, Employees, Society, Environment, Corporate Governance.

Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the communication strategy in improving customers on PT. Altic Houseware. This research uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about the state subject of research. The most common type of descriptive research involves the evalution of attitude or opinion of individuals, organization, situation, or procedure. This study was conducted on PT. Altic Houseware Jl. HM. Joni no 53. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews are data collection techniques that use oral questions to research subjects. The marketing communication strategy carried out by PT.Altic Houseware in proving customer is good enough. This, the author can know from the resylts of an interview with source, namely consumers where they think that the strategies carroed out through social media have been able to channel information abaout the product price so that it makes consumers interested in coming directly to PT. Altic Houseware.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence consumer perception and consumer motivation simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Indosat Ooredoo cards. This study uses a quantitative approach which is carried out by testing research variables through the formation of an analytical model with statistical procedures which are then taken as a basis for interpretation of conclusions. The population in this research is the entire community in Harjosari 1 as many as 1085 people with a sample = 100 people. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, it is known that the consumer perception variable obtained tcount > ttable (6.560> 1.985) with a significant 0.00 < 0.05. This proves that consumer perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The variable of consumer motivation obtained tcount > ttable (2,368 > 1,985) with a significance of 0.02 < 0.05. This proves that consumer motivation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) obtained Fcount > Ftable (44.199 > 3.09) with a sig level of 0.000 > 0.05. This shows that the variables of consumer perception and consumer motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variables. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the R square value is 0.577. This means that the influence of consumer perceptions and consumer motivation on purchasing decisions is 57.7%, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of information technology through ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Alms, and Waqf) at LAZ Alwashliyah. This research focuses on LAZ Alwashliyah in collecting and distributing ZISWAF funds and how to manage ZISWAF through information technology. This research uses a qualitative method based on a descriptive study. Data collection techniques using observation, and direct question and answer. Data analysis was carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implications of information technology in LAZ Alwashliyah have been carried out. This can be seen with the application of information technology in the form of the LAZ Alwashliyah Website in the collection and distribution of infaq, alms, and waqf funds to date. With the ZIS fundraising process carried out at LAZ Alwashliyah using two methods, the first online and the second offline. In addition to collection, the process of distributing zakat is still offline with the method of going directly to the field and seeing the economy and giving it to people who are entitled to receive it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ZIS acceptance at Baitul Mall in Subulussalam City in increasing the economy of ZIS recipients in Subulussalam City and to determine the strategy for increasing ZIS acceptance at Baitul Mal Subulussalam City based on Qanun Number 19 of 2010. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the Baitul Mal strategy of the city of Subulussalam has succeeded in increasing the number of receipts and distribution of ZIS starting from the implementation of offline strategies such as direct debriefing to the community or amil and online strategies such as utilizing social media Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Websites in disseminating activities and conveying information. ZIS da'wah in 2019 to date. The influence of the distribution of ZIS funds on the improvement of the mustahik economy provides many improvements in which every poor community who receives Baitul Mal assistance is not only given free of charge, but is also given direct empowerment and guidance so that they can process the aid funds as well as possible for productive purposes. Thus changing the life status of those who were previously unable to pay zakat to be able to pay zakat from the results of their efforts which still exist today.

Abstract

This research has been carried out at LAZISMU Medan City, through the ZIS Fund Raising program. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach. The data presented in the form of a qualitative description in the form of reading so that to obtain accurate information, the researcher went directly to the field (field research). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are applied to a SWOT analysis that LAZISMU Medan City should carry out socialization activities and educate the public about how to use digital applications, the lack of introducing programs will be a weakness in its management. And also several LAZISMU programs have become strengths to make it easier for people to make ZIS transactions anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the strategy of developing the fabric business in the micro, small and medium enterprises of MSMEs in Binanga City, Kec. Barumun Tengah, Padang Lawas Regency. This research is descriptive in nature, namely research that aims to determine the development of the fabric business as the basis of the people's economy is something that needs to be followed up with real steps, by carrying out three strategies, namely management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy. The development of MSMEs needs to be destination directed at analyzing competitiveness, and formulating efforts to increase competitiveness in the context of developing competitiveness and the national economy, sharpening competitiveness is an effort that is in line with future competition. With a strategic location, promotions that can attract customers and sufficient capital will increase business development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion and financial literacy on financial performance in the region medan BSI. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, which is in the from of a data collection technique which is carried out by providing questions and written statements to respondents to be answered. The population in this study was all employees in the BSI medan Region. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling) with a total of 17 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicholinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, t Test, f Test, r Test, Multiple Linear Regression using the help of SPSS. The obtained multiple linear equation Y= 5.327 + 0.444 + 0.438. The results showed that there was an influence of financial inclusion on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.041 and t_hitung 2.256 > t_tabel 2,131, there was an effect of financial literacy on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.026 and t_hitung 2,486 > t_tabel 2,131, simultaneously there is an influence of financial inclusion and financial literacy on financial performance with a value of sig = 0.002 and a calculation of 9.549. The value of R Square of 57.7% the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. The conclusion of the financial inclusion research affects financial performance, financial literacy affects finances, simultaneously financial inclusion and financial literacy affect financial performance in BSI Medan Region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Ticketing on the revenue of Grand Darussalam Syariah Hotel. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were guests who booked rooms from the last 5 months, namely from December 2021 to June 2022, namely 1,500 and the sample used was 50 people using accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analytical model used in this study is a regression analysis model, with the F-test and T-test methods. The results of the T-test of this study indicate that the quality of the system has a significant effect on hotel income. Meanwhile, information quality, service quality, and user quality have no significant effect on income. While the results of the F test Simultaneously system quality, information quality, service quality, user quality simultaneously affect hotel revenue.
